I purchased another rack today. I did not put on as many ingredients this time. Now I'm waiting to see how they turned out. While flipping through the site I happen upon this gorgeous lady who was going step by step on how she prepare hers for her family. Needless to say, I wished I had seen your recipe first, because I would have definitely tried it. You had one very special ingredient that makes any recipe great. You added lots of love. I made these ribs today and they were awesome! I left out the liquid smoke and made them in my Pit Boss Smoker. Every other ingredient was exactly as written and they turned out better than I expected. They smelled so good when they were in the smoker that I'm surprised the neighbors didn't come a knockin'... hahaha. My hubby said they are even better than my recipe... he is correct.
Well my ribs are marinating as I type, after grinding my own Gauillo chile from whole, coffee grinder worked pretty good. Didnt have powder form at market. I used regular beef bouillon couldnt find the Dashi Korean beef stuff, not on amazon. Funny relating to your nephew story, I turned my 25 yr old son on to this video and I didn't get the the usual nonchalant response, he perked up and after watching said dad I think she's onto something here. Made me laugh, I ended up coating 3 slabs and vacu sealing the other 2 so I told him I got one on wrap for him already. Wow, Thx for sharing this one it feels like it would be a real family secret type of recipe or something. Knowledge is power, yet sharing it is even more so.

The rib paste is amazing!!!! My wife doesn’t like it hot so I left out the Chile powder but the layers of flavor are crazy good. I want to try this on chicken next time so thank you so much for a great recipe that I will use forever.

I have a full rack of babyback ribs and have to cook them and I love how great they taste and will be cooking them in my Instant Pot and then brown them in the oven over broil for 5 minutes and get ready to devour them. Those ribs you are preparing is looking great and must be so delicious once cooked too. I have an outdoor grill which I have cooked them on before and they came out perfectly after about 2.5 hours and then ready to eat. The paste you made looks great and covered the ribs good and the sauce was perfect also and helped in the taste of them. I want to be there so badly to help you all eat those ribs along with everything else you have and fill my hunger.

I kept marinated ribs in fridge for 2 days. My family LOVED THEM! My hubby said their “better than a restaurant.”
