I love, love, love this workout! The tabata style and pace was perfect for keeping my heart rate up while doing all the compound exercises! And, the kettlebell felt fantastic! Feeling so strong! Great workout!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🤩!
Great instruction, I think I would have liked a longer tabata interval in order to get the best out of each exercise, but that's a matter of taste. Good to have 20 minute options for busy mornings, thank you.

I've got so much out of these videos, and with them and a lot of other exercise have lost over 75kg in the last couple of months. I have to confess this is the only workout I struggle with - there's a heck of a lot of info to take in, to get in position, and to check the TV screen for reference, in a very short time, that I have to keep backing the video up. But turning it into a positive, I don't give up on it, and probably get a half hour workout after keep going back on things! :D
I've just done this fabulous workout after doing a 20 minute core one! Phew! Loved it! Now I'm going to take the dog for a walk!! Thanks so much Amy for putting all your amazing workouts online X

great workout! but this isnt a no repeat workout especially for those of you who are looking for more variety in movements. i wasnt expecting to repeat the same moves 4x over but stayed til the end because of how motivating Amy is.
