I LOVE this format! Lower upper and core and how u mix the moves on each round with the KBS made it fun and CHALLENGING! And yes I’m TIRED but feel energized. Thank-u Amy for a AMAZING workout!😊😅
I love back to basics and using my kettlebells. I really enjoyed the moves in this one, especially the racked lunge and the chest press! For a longer workout it actually went by quickly for me, so I barely noticed the time lol. I think because it was back to basics I was taking my time to focus and have good form. Lots of sweat and I had so much fun! 😍

i feel amazing after this class. I did add more weight whenever we lowered the time. Whew...now I will do the 10 minute core connection. I can't believe how much it has helped my form in regular workouts!!!

Thank you for another great start to my day!! I can see and feel the physical changes of my body! I am curious though, should I be working out more than 30-ish minutes a day or is that amount sufficient? I feel like I'm plateauing a bit.
🚨 🚨 spoiler alert 🚨🚨 Amy does nothing but swings at the end of each circuit 😩 3 circuits and swings at each end. 😅 I’m so done with swings. But she did decide to do a 60 second plank 🔥 at the very end And I still got to do cardio right now. I’m so dead 😵

You can sub deadlifts instead of doing swings.
Nope. Too long. Had to cut it at the 30 min mark. Those swings take up too much time 😅
Too many long workouts in this challenge, where are the shorter ones please.
Some of us enjoy longer workouts. She has plenty of shorter ones in her playlists.
