- If you only have 20 minutes to exercise, then we highly suggest that this is the workout you choose. Trainer Yumi Lee of Reebok CrossFit Lab will take you through an intense kettlebell workout that will not only work every part of your body, but is also sure to get your heart beating quickly too. Think of it as your go-to for building muscles and burning calories, all in one shot.
For this workout, Yumi suggests using a kettlebell that weighs 20 pounds or less.

*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*
After 8 (!) years this is still one of my favorite go-to workouts !
This workout has become part of my weekly exercise regimen i cant believe 20 minutes workout could've made me sweat so much, i absolutely love it.

This was my first ever kettlebell work out. Mine is only 10lbs, but let me tell you... This was probably one of the most challenging workouts I have ever done. But I loved it !! As a yoga instructor I'm trying to do more strength training. This is a beast a** workout !

this was a great workout! She goes quickly, but I love the constant reminders as you go. Also, love the energy in the room and the feedback from the other girls working out with her. Also, nice to have a good, yet relatively short workout for those with limited time. I was definitely sweating by the end.
For those who were wondering about weight of kettlebells, I started off using a 5 lb the first time I did it and you work your way up just like with anything. Just make sure you're using correct form for the exercises! You are able to figure things out without hurting yourself when you use lighter weight (i'm not a doctor, just my observation!)

This was a really good workout. I have been away from exercise for a year, and I really need to get healthy again. I figured a kettlebell workout would be my best bet...short, intense, effective. Love this one!

This workout looks deceptively easy. By the end I was so sweaty and tired. One of the hardest short workouts on UA-cam. No breaks or rest periods.

I love the workout, swings and everything. Never had an injury, probably because I only do it when I am warmed up. So before, I walk uphill on the treadmill fast so I am nice an warm for this routine. I have already noticed a difference in my arms, looking slimmer already!

Excellent routine thank you! I have adapted this to go from 15 reps to zero with increasing weight. Wow it gets me every time. Proper form is extremely important, definitely be careful about that.
