    Thanks for the video. Probably the most helpful content I've seen on getting a privremeni boravak in Serbia as a preduzetnik.
    One question regarding taxes: Why choose the flat-rate tax over paying a percentage of profit at year end? The latter used to be an option; not sure if it still is.

    Thanks for the informative video. In my experience, the biggest problem with business immigration such as you are describing for Serbia is that the rules change with the economic wind, so there is little stability.
    What level of business activity/investment/income do you need to show in order to renew your visa?
    How hard is it to get permanent residence?
    Thanks!

    Hello. Any idea how much revenue or tax paid you need to get an extension on the initial 6 month visa, or whether this requirement comes later? Or could one just have a sleepy little business that doesn't make much money and keep extending indefinitely? Thanks for your channel!

    I just arrived last Sunday for my 3rd trip to Serbia. Rode the motorcycle this time. Will return to Portugal late Nov to pick up the car and pass household goods to a shipper. Have an apartment in a small town north of Belgrade (25 km).
    So far things are working out well but I think moving to Serbia was a good idea.

      Eu também vou regressar a Belgrado até ao final do Novembro, morei lá dois meses este ano e pretendo fazer da Sérvia a minha segunda casa, país que senti mais parecido com Portugal até agora :)

      I agree and have found several similarities between Serbia and Portugal. I wouldn't mind keeping one foot in Portugal but the thought of traveling 2900 KM crossing 7 countries often isn't appealing. Would rather spend that time on the beaches of Montenegro.

      seems a good plan :) I found Serbia by chance by I love the country so now my life will be half there half in Portugal :) and next summer i wanna go see the balcan beachs :)

    Is the work permit issued for 1 year or six months or same amount of time as one’s visa...or it just varies or depends...?

    • @BelgradeBeat
      @BelgradeBeat  6 років тому

      no car. it wouldn't be practical for where i live in the center. Cars here are for people in suburbs with families, etc. I don't need it. I drive though, when I travel with my band to other countries I rent a 9 seat minibus and drive it with pleasure.

    So, this white card...
    I was in Belgrade last summer and no one told me about it, I did read a lot before my trip to prepare but after a week in the trip I did read about it for the first time! so now I'm asking myself, is it a big deal not to register when your just a tourist for a few weeks? and can you get in al lot of trouble not doing? (I would like to figure this out before my next trip, not saying I want to break the law if there is no (big) problems to expect)

    • @BelgradeBeat
      @BelgradeBeat  6 років тому

      It's not a big deal............................... Especially if you're flying into Belgrade, no one will ever ask. It is a legal requirement though........... in reality the police would be in trouble if they pressed charges against you for this, so don't believe what they say..........it's no big deal and they will tell you "next time" you should get it, but it's really the responsibility of the people hosting you... so remember that.

    Sorry when you talk about business flat tax, that 150 that you mention is in EUR or RSD? Is per month? Thanks!!

    • @BelgradeBeat
      @BelgradeBeat  6 років тому +2

      EUR............ the amounts charged are RSD however everyone in Serbia thinks in Euros....

    • @nfjtjfghhgrghre
      @nfjtjfghhgrghre 6 років тому

      Belgrade Beat thx! Is that fee per month? Cheers bro

    • @brigitalarsen7335
      @brigitalarsen7335 4 роки тому

      C. 150 euros it must be, bc 150 dinar is very little (around 1 euro in Feb.2020). Hungary has similar KATA system, with flat monthly tax of 50,000 ft./month. (c. 150 euros).

    Health insurance for one year is only 50 € ? That's really cheap. In Hungary it's ~25€ / month.
