Hey Erik, this was very interesting to know and I thank you for the program Belgrade Beat
great stuff man, missing Serbia already :D
Nice and informative video for people inspiring to land in Belgrade
Great info that couldn't be found anywhere else online. Thanks
No need to be cocky.
My pleasure.
Thanks for the video. Probably the most helpful content I've seen on getting a privremeni boravak in Serbia as a preduzetnik.
One question regarding taxes: Why choose the flat-rate tax over paying a percentage of profit at year end? The latter used to be an option; not sure if it still is.
Awesome. Maybe its jusr me but I love informative videos like this. Dont get me wrong I also like the morefree form videos. But sometimes its good to get into some cold hard facts!
Good deal. Good info. Did you do one of these on getting a temp residency as a first step? Ima look see.. youre an inspiration and im looking to follow what youve done.0
good video b ro
i've been to Belgrade, Novi pazar. It is a wonderfull country.
Thanks for the informative video. In my experience, the biggest problem with business immigration such as you are describing for Serbia is that the rules change with the economic wind, so there is little stability.
What level of business activity/investment/income do you need to show in order to renew your visa?
How hard is it to get permanent residence?
Thanks!
Hello. Any idea how much revenue or tax paid you need to get an extension on the initial 6 month visa, or whether this requirement comes later? Or could one just have a sleepy little business that doesn't make much money and keep extending indefinitely? Thanks for your channel!
and not to forget to put a 10 euro note when going to the doctor between the papersheet, always a +
no lol
I just arrived last Sunday for my 3rd trip to Serbia. Rode the motorcycle this time. Will return to Portugal late Nov to pick up the car and pass household goods to a shipper. Have an apartment in a small town north of Belgrade (25 km).
So far things are working out well but I think moving to Serbia was a good idea.
Eu também vou regressar a Belgrado até ao final do Novembro, morei lá dois meses este ano e pretendo fazer da Sérvia a minha segunda casa, país que senti mais parecido com Portugal até agora :)
I agree and have found several similarities between Serbia and Portugal. I wouldn't mind keeping one foot in Portugal but the thought of traveling 2900 KM crossing 7 countries often isn't appealing. Would rather spend that time on the beaches of Montenegro.
seems a good plan :) I found Serbia by chance by I love the country so now my life will be half there half in Portugal :) and next summer i wanna go see the balcan beachs :)
and btw, how you do to stay more then 3 months in a row?
Hey Erik, Thanks for the informative video. I believe now you can get a TRC by way of investment in real estate. Could u perhaps make a video on that please?
Hey Erik, how much in total € would you guesstimate is needed for the process? thx
Is the work permit issued for 1 year or six months or same amount of time as one’s visa...or it just varies or depends...?
Hi brother ..u said flat tax....150 per month
Was that euro or dinar.
Kindly explain
Can you inform which businesses are in demand in Serbia.
Where is the sajkaca?
Thanks for the video. Can you tell me how much things changed in this 5 years for opening a business ?
Hii Karo , can I dm you
@@winfredafari7831 yes you can
Nice video man i was just wondering if you jad a car because you walk around in every video.
Shits Mcgoo
Yeah it make sense cus when i went to serbia i didnt see many cars anyways.
Not many cars in Serbia? U was in Serbia or Siberia, cus i cannot find a f..... parking lot in Belgrade.
no car. it wouldn't be practical for where i live in the center. Cars here are for people in suburbs with families, etc. I don't need it. I drive though, when I travel with my band to other countries I rent a 9 seat minibus and drive it with pleasure.
So, this white card...
I was in Belgrade last summer and no one told me about it, I did read a lot before my trip to prepare but after a week in the trip I did read about it for the first time! so now I'm asking myself, is it a big deal not to register when your just a tourist for a few weeks? and can you get in al lot of trouble not doing? (I would like to figure this out before my next trip, not saying I want to break the law if there is no (big) problems to expect)
It's not a big deal............................... Especially if you're flying into Belgrade, no one will ever ask. It is a legal requirement though........... in reality the police would be in trouble if they pressed charges against you for this, so don't believe what they say..........it's no big deal and they will tell you "next time" you should get it, but it's really the responsibility of the people hosting you... so remember that.
Sorry when you talk about business flat tax, that 150 that you mention is in EUR or RSD? Is per month? Thanks!!
EUR............ the amounts charged are RSD however everyone in Serbia thinks in Euros....
Belgrade Beat thx! Is that fee per month? Cheers bro
C. 150 euros it must be, bc 150 dinar is very little (around 1 euro in Feb.2020). Hungary has similar KATA system, with flat monthly tax of 50,000 ft./month. (c. 150 euros).
I have one Question, are Serbs people friendly People ?
do you assist ?
How much bank account do you need initially to register buisness in serbia??
i think average salary x 6 is okay, so 1500 EUR is good.
The real question is: when do you go back to canada?
The real question is why would he need to?
Health insurance for one year is only 50 € ? That's really cheap. In Hungary it's ~25€ / month.
That's also cheap.... But this one doesn't include like regular stuff i don't know, i just bought it for the visa.
I pay 175 a month in the Netherlands, plus for some medication
Why don’t you sit down and make this video. Appreciate the information.
i need to start business.. meat production.
What's is your what's up mate
Pokazi im ljude
Does anyone know how to say/pronounce Greece in serbian?
Grčka (Grchka)
Serbia job oppertuantie
Erik are you safe there? ..how they relate to lgtb people??
I'm safe. I'm pretty straight though... I have friends who are LGTB, however.. it depends how you behave etc.............. still conservative mainstream attitude but in Belgrade I think it's ok.
Sorry, I thought you could talk about it.. I understand.
lgtb people?this world has become mad! act and be normal don't try to be excempted from the rest of community. I get tired of that fake race of yours. I truly get a dislike for lgbt clowns
In Belgrade they're all gay
Erik enjoys it there..
