Goodness, this had my mouth watering! The hard part of that is waiting for tomorrow to grill it. There’s nothing better than marinated meats. Congratulations on being sponsored by Monument Grill. I think you did them proud. My family and I LOVE grilled chicken. That’s a very nice grill! Ewe doggy, that chicken looks scrumptious! Russ is so proud of you! Let’s us know how you made that rice, it looks delicious. ❤

First of all thank you, I honestly thought it was spam reading the email regarding the grill, but honey I was grinning from ear to ear for days 😂🤣 I truly am thankful for their generosity! Secondly you are right Russ is my biggest fan, he’s there to say you can do it when I think I maybe wasting my time, he’s also very quick to say, “I told ya so,” lol! This recipe is absolutely delicious and you are right it’s hard to wait on it so just mix it and forget it, the longer it goes the more flavor there is, but so worth it! I did get a few little crispy bits I do t grill but it was delicious if I do say so myself! That rice, honey it is so good and easy to whip up, that recipe will be out Tuesday so I’m excited y’all asked 🙌 Great to use leftover rice with, but it went so well with this chicken…amazing! Thanks as always friend 🥰❤️🤗

I love anything that reminds me of our trips to Hawaii. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe! Look up how to make Hawaiian macaroni salad. Perfect with this chicken. Have a sparkling Fourth of July!🇺🇸 ❤

Nice grill. Free is even nicer. Looks so good. It does look happy. 😂 I'm not a good griller either. I have a George Foreman and that is good as I get. 😆

Thank ya friend! They have been phenomenal! I don’t grill either but managed to make it through lol! Russ is definitely the one grilling and smoking the meat! It was really good though, I feel confident that I can do it again 🙌🥰❤️

    Review on this recipe:
I made this today using bone-in thighs. I was concerned that there wouldn't be enough marinade for over 5 lbs of chicken, but there was ample without being wasteful.
We don't have this wonderful flame grill so my husband put the chicken on our system for about 20 minutes at 375 to get a smoky flavor, and then I moved it to the oven at 375 on a baking rack on a baking sheet for about half an hour. When the larger thighs registered 160, I put the broiler on and basted twice over 5 minutes. There was a beautiful caramelized glaze. My family declared them delicious. Best of all, there's enough leftover to enjoy again another meal 😊
I wanted to make the marinade as presented before making any changes, but it's so good, I wouldn't change a thing😊

It really does work but I grabbed this bag out of Russ BBQ basket that he uses for his smoker so I got what I got lol! I do keep it in my sealed canister, thanks for watching friend 🥰❤️

I have a Monument prior to the Mesa series being released and it's held up very well. Cover the grease collector with aluminum foil or it will rust out rather quickly. It slides out from the back and channels the grease into a small pan. The first one rusted through but I replaced it and it should last longer now. That chicken looked amazing.

It looks so delicious . I love chicken anyway, but this grilled chicken is so visually appealing . I'm imagining those crispy caramelized marinaded crusts 😋
How long would you estimate you cooked it? I know outside weather conditions makes a difference as well as which piece of chicken, boneless or bone-in, but curious what your boneless breast took.
Sometimes when I've needed pineapple juice in a marinade, I've opened a can of pineapple slices or chunks and used that juice. The pineapple is refrigerated and is easily used later.😊

It didn’t take long at all about 7-8 min if that on each side, the crispy bits were delicious 😋 How about after getting the little cans of juice, I realized I could have just used my juice from my pineapple tidbits I used on the rice 😂🤣 🍍it didn’t go to waste though I drank it lol! The rice was sooo good, look for that video Tuesday 🙌 I’m ecstatic that ya’ll asked about it, it’s quick and incredibly easy to boot! Thank you as always friend 🥰❤️🤗
