Is there a possibility of becoming an equivalent PG if I take MRCP route ? Is there any more courses added to it that can make my UK degree be accepted as PG in India ?

The only proper PG qualifications are MD and DNB. MRCP does not offer any training unless you are doing it in the UK

Go for part 2 as soon as possible, apply for the next available window after Part 1 results are out.

Having MCI is not a requirement for MRCP part 1 , internship is enough.
