Loving every second
Just imagine being there in person!!
So do you suppose Katie Perry or Taylor Swift, when they are doing their soundchecks, are calling out which chords to play, adjustments to modulation, tempo... I sure they are. (LOL) The man knew what he was doing.
Exactly!!!
I mean, does it really matter? Taylor Swift has put out some pretty catchy stuff, and plenty of people obviously appreciate what she's doing. On the other hand, Prince put out some absolutely awful stuff at certain points and many people never appreciated even his best. Personally I think Prince was a genius, and certainly in his own league when it came to live performance, but what's the point in shitting on others to prove the point?
None of these current excuses of stars compare to Prince’s genius! Todays music is garbage compared to then!
The best there ever was & ever will be. The Real King of Pop.
The real king of music!
Naw. Michael had tht. Can't take tht away from him. And Prince was WAAAY Above & BEYOND pop. He was a master of literally EVERY genre of music. So there is no comparison.
As Stevie Wonder said, if MJ was the King of Pop then Prince is The Emperor.
Simply the Best💪🏽
Out of revolution comes love and live, and Prince did both, keep the faith everybody everywhere 🎧🎶🧕✝️☯️
HE SAID IT! HE SAID IT! I TOLD people it's "FUCK" not "FUNK"!
Yes, he said F**k, but Sheila E didn't want to cuss so she said Funk....look it up.

His best song.period.
I remember as a kid hearing this song in December 84, January 85, I used to wonder what in the hell was he using to make the sounds that was on this song. And even as I got older and started playing and experimenting with music and heard the song I was still mesmerized and wondered, What the hell is those percussion_backwards drums? What were those weird air sounds.
For a while you couldn't even erotic on youtube
@@yolandaclark1142 For real? Hell, I get a chance to hear it on a regular until I got it on vinyl in 2009.
@@alberthenley2988 Yeah I search and couldn't find it
@@yolandaclark1142 😂 I found it 24 years later and was still amazed at his genius.
@@yolandaclark1142 A couple of kids working at the hospital heard me playing it and was like What is that? Sounds pretty cool. I told em it was Prince. What album? No album. B-side left off Purple Rain.
I remember when I a kid in Chicago, they wouldn't play this song on the radio. 😄😄
A true Genius. 🌹🕊 Fly High, Purple Dove......🙏💕👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

You hear it too , sexy ain't it
The goat 🐐 🔥
When I was young Prince said it for us. What we were thinking and wanted to say how we felt about girls back then.
And his guitar ... like doing nothing ...moving around just giving the sound clues at any moment... Prince was an anomalie, not from earth. the Musician's Master .
Genius at work.....
Amazing! His voice was so sexy! 💜
He is truly missed and loved. Gone to soon. RIP.
Gone to early, R.I.P. Prince
What a gift for us to be able to hear this. Would have loved to be in that room when this was happening 💜
THIS IS BEAUTIFUL...And it's just a soundcheck!!!??? smh
