Did this one again. really enjoying it. You are so right about preventing falls as we age. An elderly friend of mine fell a few weeks ago and the impact has been dreadful. Mum also fell and that did not have a good end. Even though Im only 58 that's why I work out so that I am hopefully stronger as I age. Thanks Jules.
This video worked really well for me. I usually have problems with the 20 second intervals in the non-speaking videos, but with the instruction I was able to follow the exercises a lot better. Thanks!
Every time I do an All-in-One I think this is my favourite. I like the 20 second changes, the cognitive exercises, mixed up with the cardio and strength. Balance is very important for me. I am still regaining my balance skills. thanks.
Great workout! I don’t know how you keep coming up with challenging workouts that don’t allow the body to keep working the same muscles. And keep the mind fresh. If I had to go to a gym to workout I would never do it. I like to workout at home. If you offered a club membership I would join. I will be with you a year in September and truly you brought me back from a traumatic foot injury. I found you Looking for chair exercises because I didn’t want to loose my strength and body mass. After a while I was working out with a boot cast. Now until they decide if I must have another surgery I am in my special shoes, and while my foot is not in such great shape my body is toned and is better than before the injury. Thanks so much.
Hi Tracy, thank you very much for taking the time to let me know that you've enjoyed the variety of workouts. I'm so glad to see you're now able to do the more challenging workouts. I hope your foot continues to get better!
This made for a wonderful Sunday evening w/o, thank you so much, Jules. I loved the mix of cardio moves, and how you used the 35 minutes optimally, to give us a fantafabulous all-in-one! Have yourself a splendid Sunday, and I look forward to seeing you again soon.💖
No joke...this has got to be my all time favorite full body workout. It didn't leave me totally exhausted and discouraged like so many workouts that I never repeated. But this one...GREAT!!
Wow! What a great new workout! It’s a challenge to learn the new moves sometimes, but it also makes it fun and interesting. I don’t know how you keep coming up with new routines, but we sure appreciate all you hard work and dedication.
Jules, I really enjoyed this workout! With my heart pounding and my body sweating, it totally energized me and did I ever need that! I especially liked the leg movements and the stretches felt amazing. Thank you!
Climbing on the bandwagon with other subscribers to agree this one's for sure a full-body favorite. Everything about this one just hit a bullseye. The first of the "tiring the legs" moves (tap foot to the side, back, front -- I think) was definitely a brain boost when getting my arms to cooperate. Felt like a kid trying double jump roping for the first time to get the timing right. Kudos to your creativity. Oh! And adding foot circles while doing arm stretches was a great utilization of time.
Good morning Jules 🌄☕🌄 Happy Thursday. Fantastic combination session! Love the a little bit everything ❤ Excellent workout 🎉 Have a wonderful day ahead 🌈❤🌈

I loved the subtle changes of the cardio moves and as always, grateful it was your videos over the last 3 years that have actually changed my mindset to actually enjoy strength training. Thanks Jules for another 5 ⭐️ week for your 2 new workouts.
I did this workout this morning and loved it. I had to modify some of the steps for my knee problem but I figured it out and really had a great workout. Thanks for all you do for us. We appreciate you very much.

More challenging than I thought. Hmm. My legs were tired but I completed all 3 sections of the workout. I think I like the talkies better, lol. Have a good day. I’ll see you tomorrow . Thanks Jules. Oh, I seem to have a hard time keeping my shoulders down. Any suggestion for maintaining that? Thanks-Claudia
This one is a bit more challenging...I have a hard time sometimes deciding which category to put some of the workouts into. As for the shoulders, I do find I have to remind myself of relaxing the shoulders as well. It's just a matter of reminding yourself to set the shoulders back and down before starting a movement.
Good Morning Jules. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this video. It gave me a little bit of everything, and even for a beginner workout, I still found a few things to be a challenge. It's so individual. I wrote a blog post about what weights to use as a beginner. I'll attach the post for you here: www.improvedhealthforseniors.com/post/how-to-build-strength-and-continue-to-build-strength-as-a-senior-or-beginner@@terezaw2440
Hi! I do include some compound exercises but I'm not sure in which workouts specifically. I generally keep the gentle and beginner seated workouts less complicated, but make the intermediate workouts more challenging. If you go to my intermediate level seated workouts, and look under 'strength training', those workouts are intended to be more challenging. Give those a try and if they aren't what you're hoping for, send me a message and I'll create one for you.
@@ImprovedHealth ok.will check it out. I'm presuming that compound exercises are ones that you do more than one movement in and that is how I would recognise them?
Totally okay to do this one if you are used to the intermediate level. You can make it harder by using heavier weights. Push-ups are also a great way to make it more challenging.
It's difficult to create really specific videos since we all have different issues. My suggestion is to do the exercises that you can, and avoid ones that you feel might not be suitable for you.
I marvel at your no-talking videos, but I appreciate the extra guidance during your spoken videos. Thanks for them all!

Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'beginner level' playlists. I hope you enjoy more of the workouts when you try them out.
There is no like button, only dislike! What's up with that. This was a great video, thanks!
It might be because you already pressed it in the past? You can only hit it once so that might be why.
Thank you for great workout. How heavy are the weights that you have been using?
I typically use 25-30 lbs for deadlifts, 15 lbs in each hand for squats, 20 lbs for back row and 15 for biceps.
@@ImprovedHealth Thank you. I assume that lighter weights would be used by a beginner. What could you recommend?
It's so individual. I wrote a blog post about what weights to use as a beginner. I'll attach the post for you here: www.improvedhealthforseniors.com/post/how-to-build-strength-and-continue-to-build-strength-as-a-senior-or-beginner@@terezaw2440
Hi there. Do you have any seated compound exercises using weights ??. I had a look but couldnt really find one, so maybe not. :-)
@@lindyhawthorne2164 Exactly. But if you don't find what you're looking for, let me know:)
Is it OK to do this workout or would suggest staying with the intermediate workouts, also can I do adapted push-ups instead of the chest press?
Totally okay to do this one if you are used to the intermediate level. You can make it harder by using heavier weights. Push-ups are also a great way to make it more challenging.
Very Very beautiful ❤❤❤❤❤ enjoy ❤❤❤❤
Love your videos but need strength training for people with disc issues. ❤
It's difficult to create really specific videos since we all have different issues. My suggestion is to do the exercises that you can, and avoid ones that you feel might not be suitable for you.
Found this video too fast for Beginner level
Thanks for your feedback...I'll take a look at it and see if I should move it to the intermediate level.
