Another awesome all-in-one! The BMP was a new component as was the lunge/back row maneuver. Perhaps it's psychological, because I'm conditioned to your 30 seconds intervals (even if you do change them periodically), but the 20 seconds make the session feel faster. The balance portion also had a fresh move with the one-legged "back, out, down" challenge. Thank you so very much for keeping all your classes exciting and fun!
A lot of people mentioned the same thing about feeling that the workout went by quicker with the 15 sec intervals in Monday's workout. I think we're concentrating more on the moves since we know we have to switch them out so it makes our brains busier (and the time flies). I'll keep that in mind as I continue to create videos. I'm glad you enjoyed some new moves and exercises:)

I've told you this before but it bears repeating because it's true: whenever you post a new session, I can't wait to try it. And that goes for when I find one that I haven't already done. Really enjoyed doing this all in one exercises really like working my arms i ate my arms at the moment at My age they call them bingo wings 😭 they really look horrible at the moment but i keep working at it really feel happy in my self for doing them roll on tomorrow xx
Genetically, I have more fat on the back of my arms as well, so I can relate, Jean. I have started to focus more on my triceps and exercise them every second day. My suggestion is if you have time, you could do the same:) Do your usual workouts, but every second day, do more for your triceps. I do a set of 20 tricep kickbacks, then do 10-15 overhead right after (arms up, lower the weights behind your head and raise up so your arms go straight). Wait 1-2 minutes, then repeat. Do two sets the first day (otherwise your muscles will be too sore). Once that becomes easy, add on another set until you eventually get to 4 or 5 sets. You can continue to do this. Let me know when that becomes too easy.😉

Oh excellent!!! Congrats for completing it! Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. If you enjoyed this one, you can find plenty more at this same level under the 'beginner level' playlists. I also have a playlist dedicated to the all-in-one workouts (under the 3 levels I create).

This one was so great! It covered a lot of territory :) Also, I like how even when it's a talking video, you talk only enough to give instruction and it's mellow. I stopped using workouts where the trainer is so chatty that it distracts from the work. I appreciate you so much!

Ooh, was I sore from working at home yesterday. I stuck with it, though. The 20 second intervals were helpful to keep any one exercise from getting to be too much today.
I'll do another one soon with the shorter intervals. Still getting over the flu and vertigo and am hoping I'll have the energy to create a new one for Monday.
I know you have on your playlist a group of intermediate videos. Which one or ones would be comparable to this one at an intermediate level. Thank you.
Hi Cynthia, I put all of the all-in-ones together in the playlists. For example, all of the intermediate all-in-ones are together. If you go to that playlist, you'll have lots to choose from. Each one is a little bit different but every all-in-one focuses on cardio, strength, balance and stretching. I hope that helps.

Hi Teresa, you could likely do the first exercise that we did (where you press your hand against your knee lightly while sitting up straight). I'd suggest checking in with your doctor first. Listen to your body as well and if it doesn't feel right, then stop the exercise.
