This recipe is the truth. I made roughly half of what she made with a different, slightly thicker, cut of steak and cooked inside on cast iron 😔 but it was still so flavorful. Definitely my go to recipe.

Carne Asada this is my favorite to have with no huevos rancheros to have. It was a side salad, and some beans and rice in a burrito with tacos any which way it is all good ❤❤❤❤

When I was living in Los Angeles there were carnecerias everywhere but now in TN theres not flap meat, flank steaks etc.. all the super markets had the marinade like Food4Less etc but out here nada . I gotta find some good steaks and make my own asada. This is why im gonna use this marinade for boneless skinless chicken thighs, chop it up once cooked with homemade pico, cilantro and onion with some avocado and salsa verde..

For the marinade (for people who can't eat spicy food) can one substitute the jalapeño pepper for a milder pepper like an Anaheim pepper or a bell pepper? Great video by the way and thanks for sharing!!
Quick question, after it's done grilling should I slice it into small cubes for tacos burritos etc? Or should I cube up the skirt steak, marinade overnight and then cook it in a skillet instead?

You can omit the peppers altogether or use which ever pepper of your preference.
