People need to relax. Do they glove up to coo their food at home. You’re not going to sell the food or give it away. Goodness. Lol. Make it for your home! Go girl. Love watching your videos. Hey cloud!

Not only that, but using gloves in the food industry is relatively new... my mom used to wash dishes and cook at the same Time. Let's not even talk about the amount of ashes that went into my food lol

If you can't physically watch the person preparing your food, then there is a VERY good chance they weren't wearing gloves when they prepared it.
      Trust me.
Wearing gloves is really just a fast food thing

Top 5 star restaurants and chefs in general at restaurants do not and never wear gloves to cook with! People cook with their hands and they have done this for centuries. Lmfao wow!

I love how you have the ingredients in the description area unlike other channels. Because as you cook, I can look through the list to see what you’re using. It’s extremely convenient. I love your videos and your personalities! I binge watch them on daily basis now.

Made this last night. Used a stir fry pan to partially stir fry red and green peppers with white onion. Removed them and then stir fried the sliced beef. When almost finished I added the stir fried vegetables for only a few minutes to allow the marinate flavor to join the vegetables. Served with lemon quarters to squeeze on top. IT TASTED FANTASTIC! My husband prepared himself six tacos with corn tortillas. He is still thanking me for a wonderful dinner. Thank you for sharing the best fajitas I have ever tasted. Easy to prepare as well! THANKS again.

I had some leftover beef roast and green peppers that I had to use up. So I decided to make fajitas using your marinade recipe. Because it was cooked I wasn't able to marinate it. I just added it to the pan as I cook the peppers onions and warmed the beef. They are some of the best fajitas I have ever put in my mouth. And I'm from California, where there's a lot of authentic Mexican restaurants. I can only imagine how wonderful this is if you have the time to marinate it. I do have to give a warning If you make this recipe. . BE prepared to be disappointed in restaurant fajitas from now on.

You are right! This recipe is the greatest. I used a local non expensive beef (I was worried it would smell or taste gamey). I marinated the meat for 1 hour and turns out the fajita flavor is bursting. My husband asked me to cook the same again 👍

I have the beef marinading! I can’t wait to cook this; my wife and daughter will so much enjoy this. And to have a touch of Korean cooking in the marinade, we’ll, now I gotta get a jar of kimchi 😊. ( I lived in. South Korea for three years working for a guitar manufacturer and the welding of these two cuisines thrills my taste buds).

In the future, could you also instruct how to serve the fajita - season and serve everything accompanying this? I'm Puerto Rican, so I know I could do a little something to put some flavor into it, but I really would want to know how to authentically serve this meal from beginning to end.

Hands down you are my #1 chef to watch and follow your recipes. Still pretty new but I am making your agua Fresca daily. The cucumber one is amazing😊now as I write my skirt steak is marinating using this recipe. I think it's give or take depending on what is in our cupboard but can you tell me how much fresh garlic you use. I am not clear if it cloves, teaspoons or tablespoons. I tried to see watching the video but I can't tell. I used 4 cloves or toes however you call it. I always like to follow a new recipe exactly at least the first time before changing it up to suite our taste. Anyway thank you for sharing this. You are so fun and relaxing to watch. So happy I found you.

I really enjoyed your video. I am new to you and will like and subscribe now. I made this marinade but added olive oil. I couldn’t taste the olive oil because of all the other strong flavors. But yum!! I used low carb tortillas and I used yellow peppers onions and inplace of green peppers I used jalapeños. Phew! Spicy!! Nothing that a little sour cream can’t help! lol.

Looks yummy!!! I may try this for the 4th of July carne asada!! I have never used ginger in any of my cooking, but there’s always a first time 🙃
