People need to relax. Do they glove up to coo their food at home. You’re not going to sell the food or give it away. Goodness. Lol. Make it for your home! Go girl. Love watching your videos. Hey cloud!
Not only that, but using gloves in the food industry is relatively new... my mom used to wash dishes and cook at the same Time. Let's not even talk about the amount of ashes that went into my food lol
If you can't physically watch the person preparing your food, then there is a VERY good chance they weren't wearing gloves when they prepared it. Trust me. Wearing gloves is really just a fast food thing
Top 5 star restaurants and chefs in general at restaurants do not and never wear gloves to cook with! People cook with their hands and they have done this for centuries. Lmfao wow!
I love how you have the ingredients in the description area unlike other channels. Because as you cook, I can look through the list to see what you’re using. It’s extremely convenient. I love your videos and your personalities! I binge watch them on daily basis now.
Made this last night. Used a stir fry pan to partially stir fry red and green peppers with white onion. Removed them and then stir fried the sliced beef. When almost finished I added the stir fried vegetables for only a few minutes to allow the marinate flavor to join the vegetables. Served with lemon quarters to squeeze on top. IT TASTED FANTASTIC! My husband prepared himself six tacos with corn tortillas. He is still thanking me for a wonderful dinner. Thank you for sharing the best fajitas I have ever tasted. Easy to prepare as well! THANKS again.
I mean this in the most respectful and and best kind of way; you are an amazing human being. The level of respect 🙌 for your husband, wow. I felt what u said.
I love how you say "Make it comfortable for your home" its just comforting 😊 to know you really care for your audience who are watching. Shout out from South Texas, El Valle
Just discovered your channel. Restaurant food has gotten so expensive so I'm learning to cook my favorites. Fajitas are one of the plates that have become crazy expensive. Thank you so much. Thus recipe looks amazing.
Oh wow, please show us how to make a manzanilla latte!! Sounds so good. That meat looks so delicious. Will have to try that for my hubby and I. Thank you for the great recipes.
I used this recipe with beef milanesa and my family was extremely shock of the flavor...now I'm going to do this on skirt steak for fajitas for tomorrow.
Oh my I did this last night and let me tell you my family LOVED it. I just found you yesterday and I've been watching videos since. Thankyou for sharing your recipe and skills with us I can't wait to try out more!!
Cant wait to try your recipes thanks for sharing se nota que cocinas con amor. Plastic gloves de donde son estas personas lol en nuestra familia cultura Mexicana cuando se cocina con amor y corazón no se nesecita plastico as que adelante mi chula y sigue adelante bendiciones para ti y para tu hermana hermosa
Idk even have to watch her videos b4 i press like and share every video i love she makes me feel like family ....i be feeling blaxican when i make her recipes...
I had some leftover beef roast and green peppers that I had to use up. So I decided to make fajitas using your marinade recipe. Because it was cooked I wasn't able to marinate it. I just added it to the pan as I cook the peppers onions and warmed the beef. They are some of the best fajitas I have ever put in my mouth. And I'm from California, where there's a lot of authentic Mexican restaurants. I can only imagine how wonderful this is if you have the time to marinate it. I do have to give a warning If you make this recipe. . BE prepared to be disappointed in restaurant fajitas from now on.
Just wanted to say thank you. Made these yesterday for my family and everyone just loved them. They wore so yummy that today I ended up marinating two flank stakes and chicken and stuffed it in my freezer for the next time we get a fajita craving, which I’m sure will be very shortly. Thanks again for sharing this.
Best home-made fajitas i have made so far. I used sirloin steak. Added some chorizo to half the recipe. I like it a little better with the chorizo added. Thanks for the recipe.
I just wanted to thank you for putting out these wonderful videos. Your recipes are fantastic. I was always intimidated by trying to cook Mexican dishes but you make it easy to do. I search your videos whenever I want to fix something different. Thanks again,
I made this for my daughter's birthday dinner, and everyone loved it!! I even marinated some sirloin steaks and made loaded mashed potatoes and it was a big hit.
New viewer here from California👋🏽 been doing the horchata recipe for weeks now. I just wanna say thank you for this recipe. Que rico se ve, I’ll be trying it today!
I made this two days ago and the fajitas are gone. I made four to five and they are gone! Had to go back to Kroger's to buy four more packs and making some more to marinade for days. Great recipe! Thank you so much!
Only ingredient I didn’t have was the ground ginger 😐 but it still turned out so bomb !! Thank you so much. You never fail me w some delicious recipes & I continue to impress my husband bc of you 😉❤️❤️
You are right! This recipe is the greatest. I used a local non expensive beef (I was worried it would smell or taste gamey). I marinated the meat for 1 hour and turns out the fajita flavor is bursting. My husband asked me to cook the same again 👍
I have the beef marinading! I can’t wait to cook this; my wife and daughter will so much enjoy this. And to have a touch of Korean cooking in the marinade, we’ll, now I gotta get a jar of kimchi 😊. ( I lived in. South Korea for three years working for a guitar manufacturer and the welding of these two cuisines thrills my taste buds).
The one regret I have is not spending more time in the kitchen with my Nonna and her recipes are all but lost. Thank you for sharing your family’s recipes and get those boys in the kitchen; no regrets. 🥰
Growing up Mexican/american, these foods were life, but I never got to learn how to make them! Now I feel like Im learning how to bring it to my family since we are a military family and don't get to bring it with us! Thank you!!
I love your channel. It's helped me so much when it comes to learning how to authentically make these dishes. In the future, could you also instruct how to serve the fajita - season and serve everything accompanying this? I'm Puerto Rican, so I know I could do a little something to put some flavor into it, but I really would want to know how to authentically serve this meal from beginning to end.
Perfect timing with the warm weather creeping in. I'm in Northern CA and the weather is a bit whacky right now. I can't wait to try this. Thanks so much for sharing your recipes.
I've been wanting to make your recipe forever. Finally, today is the DAY! It took all my will power not to lick my fingers after massaging the meat. Omg, that sounds bad!
Love the video and the looks on the fajitas. I can just imagine what they taste like. Thanks to YOU & your MNL for the recipe. Looks , sounds yummy. God bless
Hello! I was browsing for recetas and the "chica con el pelo magenta" appeared and "habla español"!! Plus, Plus, Plus!!! Deliciosa receta!! Can't wait to try it out!
Hands down you are my #1 chef to watch and follow your recipes. Still pretty new but I am making your agua Fresca daily. The cucumber one is amazing😊now as I write my skirt steak is marinating using this recipe. I think it's give or take depending on what is in our cupboard but can you tell me how much fresh garlic you use. I am not clear if it cloves, teaspoons or tablespoons. I tried to see watching the video but I can't tell. I used 4 cloves or toes however you call it. I always like to follow a new recipe exactly at least the first time before changing it up to suite our taste. Anyway thank you for sharing this. You are so fun and relaxing to watch. So happy I found you.
OMG....sell my clothes I'm going to Heaven! This recipe is BOMB.... I marinated it for 24 hours and it was so dang tender and flavorful! Thank You..... I can't wait to share it with my family back home.
Why would we sell your clothes if you're going to heaven? Clothes are very tough to sell on secondary markets. Jewellery would be a better place to start.
Love those recipe, A Big Thank You to your mother in law for this fajita marinade, keep recipes coming,I enjoy them, and love you and your sister, she is beautiful like you Stephanie.
Honestly the best marinade! Had it sitting for 3 hrs and the flavor was amazing. And don't laugh, I threw it all on my foreman grill cuz I was too lazy to bbq it up and it still turned out great. Thanks for the recipe!!
Gonna try this recipe out. I'm going camping next week. I'll prep everything the night before and then before we leave in the morning I'll mix the marinade with the meat. It should be plenty ready for grilling that evening. I just hope i make enough marinade seasoning. If I'm doing both beef and chicken should I make double what the recipe is calling for?
Hello 👋. So excited about this recipe because I just slapped it together and the SMELL !!!! Alone 🤤🤤🤤🤤. I have been looking for a good marinade for years 😑. I know this is going to be flavorful 🤗🤗🤗 thank you for sharing.
I know this is an old video but today I made skirt steak using your marinade recipe and even my picky son that doesn't like steak kept picking it off my plate. It was delicious!!!! Thanks!
A New BBq'er on the East coast, and I luv Your recipes' especially this One ! (But) I have a Question for You... -Whats the (big ?) Difference of, or between Skirt, Hanger, and Flank steak... Aren't they very similar from typically the same area Cut...? ThanX 👍
Hi ladies 👋, my family loves beef Fajitas! I can’t wait to try this recipe 🤗. I love how you give suggestions so we can make it comfortable for our home. Thank you 😊 for this great recipe. 🤤
okay , I tried this and of course tweaked it a little bit - no ginger because i didn't have any and added some green bell pepper slices to the marinade process and it was super delicious. Thanks for the recipe girl! My husband absolutely loved this and it's most definitely becoming a staple in our household :)
Looks so good. I will be making. I got a question out of the lime and vinegar what is the best Or could you just tell me did you use the lime or vinegar?
My Treat Day is coming up. Grandma Views' fajita marinade recipe just jumped above an Adult mangonada(sp?) paletta. You keep making it harder to choose this week , Steph.🤔💞
This turned out delish! My husband said its the best tasting fajita he has had! Question: have you tried this marinade with chicken for chicken fajitas?
I really enjoyed your video. I am new to you and will like and subscribe now. I made this marinade but added olive oil. I couldn’t taste the olive oil because of all the other strong flavors. But yum!! I used low carb tortillas and I used yellow peppers onions and inplace of green peppers I used jalapeños. Phew! Spicy!! Nothing that a little sour cream can’t help! lol.
I was in a rush so I put my meat and marinade in my vacuum seal marinator and girl it push marinade into every cell of the meat and it was so tender and the flavor was to die for!

I agree. Others try linking to their long food blog pages and it's just way too much information for me.
Yes it helps sooo much
