I was thinking Luxembourg as well in the beginning. I only spent there a couple of hours on a trip and it seemed familiar. But I've never been to Scandinavia so I wasn't sure.
Yo Tom, I watched "How not to travel Europe" again the other day, I think it might be some of the best content on youtube. Please consider doing another one with Greg once the world is back on track.

@@kcg285 " I feel like I could do it" I did do it. A twitch streamer showed the view out of their window a while back. I was baffled would have not thought to check Luxembourg city but I was almost shouting at the screen at 13:28 when I saw the tower and he didn't, congrats for getting there in the end.
I think the fact that he is wearing a hoodie underneath the jersey makes it pretty likely that he is there to see a game. Maybe it would have helped to search for the cities in which sweden played. You also could have found out when this jersey was released and narrowed down to what time of year it was in the picture, so you might not have too many places left
I love this series so much. And i have to admit, you sounded so hounest with the names i was wondering about them but trustet you.. haha thanks for setting this clear omg

I thought a good idea could have been to google Swedish away fixtures. Sweden played Luxembourg in Luxembourg City in 2016. Could be a good reason why Bjorn was wearing his Sweden shirt ?
My idea was to google a list of all games of the Swedish national team in the past 10 years and looking up every city that seemed likely. Luxembourg was the first city I searched. Found him after ~8 minutes. I'm so proud of myself :D

I´m guessing this photo was taken on or around the 7th of October 2016. Why? Here´s my strategy: So Bjorn was wearing a Swedish jersey. My first thought was: Why is he wearing a Swedish jersey, that does seem to be a bit random (at least for me). Further, this photo does look like a touristy photo with the scenery behind it. So maybe he was representing Sweden on an away gameday. So I checked which year this jersey was introduced (2014/2015) and looked up which games Sweden had during this time or as in this case maybe a bit later. You can immediately exclude some cities based on the vibe of the photo and limited the search to a couple of cities! I mean it would still take a while to find it then but eventually, you´ll end up in Luxembourg where Sweden won 0:1 on the 7th of October 2016.

At 21:30, when you pointed out that the stone may have been updated and the look different than the other sections, you missed the fact that the 8 pillars supporting the stone railing sections in the Bjorn photo are resting on a short row of stone and not directly on the sidewalk area where his feet are (only a couple inches high at most). The new sections that you pointed out are the only ones that look that way. All the sections to the left where you moved have those pillars directly on sidewalk level. Just a kind of detail that might be useful in the future since I think it would have been easier to place the final spot.

Also excited for another straight line mission, when you can safely do another one. Anyway, thank you, and keep it up!
Future video: Which straight line in Sweden passes through the most massage parlors?
At 21:30, when you pointed out that the stone may have been updated and the look different than the other sections, you missed the fact that the 8 pillars supporting the stone railing sections in the Bjorn photo are resting on a short row of stone and not directly on the sidewalk area where his feet are (only a couple inches high at most). The new sections that you pointed out are the only ones that look that way. All the sections to the left where you moved have those pillars directly on sidewalk level. Just a kind of detail that might be useful in the future since I think it would have been easier to place the final spot.
Tom knows more than my tom tom
