I cant believe I finished the whole set. It is harder than I thought, especially the second part. I am glad that I did it! A tip for this workout, dont eat or drink too much before you do this, otherwise, you will have cramps.
I am back after two weeks. I still remember how bad I felt two weeks ago, I could only do this workout once a week. Now I can follow up 4 times a week. So proud of myself! 18/06/2022 two sets in a day, the benefits of the workout are obvious.
Back again after 2 months, I have to say I am so much stronger now. Unlike 2 months ago when I was out of breath, now I can easily follow the whole routine.
Hi guys, I am back again to motivate you. I did one set today and I felt great, no more out of breath, other than that my body is used to this workout obviously. My body weight doesn't change too much, still about 60 kg, but most of my friends and family do see a big change in my body shape. They asked me what did I eat, and did I go to the gym? Well YES, I will go to the gym once per week. Food-wise, I don't touch deep-fry or sweets too much but trust me, I eat a lot of other food. Without a cardio workout, I don't think I am able to maintain my current status. Having a habit of exercising and enjoying it, is the biggest harvest of my 2022. 20.12.2022

Bro I’m m so happy with the results, been doing this for a 2 weeks straight with normal eating and i lost about 3kg im so proud. Ik its not enough but its the only thing that works for me. The first time i did it i was sweating and dying and now after 2 weeks later i still sweat a lot yet the exercise seems more comfortable. Im only 14 anyways and plus im overweight (BMI of 28😫) my goal is to loose 15kg wish me luck. Bye GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!

I LOVEEEE this workout !!! I am 17 years old and I wanted to loose weight for a few years now. FINALLY lost about 20kg (44 lbs) in a few months!!!! This workout made me loose about 4kg (8 lbs) in like 2 weeks. To loose weight I was on a very strict diet but never really did complain about that. I weight about 51kg (110lbs) now 🥳. My goal is to reach 45kg (99lbs). I‘m 1.57m (5 feet 2 inches) btw.

It has been a LONG time and I achieved my goal to get skinny also I had a HUGEEE glow up!! There was this one friend I didn’t see for about 4 months and she didn’t even recognize me 😂 I get told im pretty now even by strangers on the street I am so happy and love my new self !!! I lost 10 kg in a month with diet and doing these exercise for at least 5x a week.it was so hard at first to the point that you feel like dying.hahaha😄😄 but,continue until you achieved your goal weight.

Just completed it for the first time. Didnt realize just how intense this was! Holy f. I feel so out of shape now. I had to stop halfway, stretch out my calves and breathe for a few mins before continuing. I vow to do this on a regular basis until i master it 💖💪. Good luck, all.

I did this routine in zumba class like twice a week & panting & almost died everytime lol... makes me wonder how she does this steadily & while giving instruction too. She truly inspires me..

Last year, I was diagnosed to have a PCOS and exercising is one of the treatments. I tried this cardioworkout AND GIRL THIS IS SO EFFECTIVE. I lost 7kg of my weight and my ovaries are now back to NORMAL in just 6 months!!! It was bilateral btw and I did this exercise for 4 months with cheat days. TIRING BUT WORTH IT. You must try this guys I highly recommend it!!!!
I love the way she explains every exercise, her movements are perfect and it is easy to follow her. We can see how the exercises need to be done so we do not end up with an injury. Also, her body is very relax, just imagine seeing Federer playing tennis, his body is like a feather. If our body is relax so are our muscules, we can avoid an injury and enjoy the exercises.
This exercise gives me so much joy and motivation, three weeks ago i couldn't stand even for five minutes, everyday it is getting better, thank you so much.

I can't express how grateful I am for this workout, it has changed me, I never had "time" to workout due to work and laziness but being at home made me realize I had no excuse and I can tell you that in a month and a week doing this workout and eating better I have gone from 220 lbs to 207 lbs and counting, I just needed some motivation and guess who I got it from?? My D*mn self! if I can do it YOU CAN DO IT, I am still no where near my goal BUT I STARTED which is what needed to be done!

Hell na I don’t have what it takes just yet! Lol. It holds true that you should have a variety of work outs. I have been doing hiit cardio and killing it. Then I come here and MAN! I could barely get through it. But I modified and finished up with my best. Thank God for UA-cam trainers who take out the time to do this. To everyone who may read this, I’m proud of you!!!!! I did this exercise for 7 months along with other short exercises (for the arms and for the abdomen) and my weight decreased from 151 lbs down to 123 lbs. It wasn't easy because I still tend to eat fast food in some busy days but this exercise helped me a ton. Thank you.

I cannot recommend this enough! Perfect for me, I can do it from my own home with nobody watching, but it is really good exercise. I do it two time in a row and there you have it - a 40 min workout. So so so good, I've been using this video for 4 or 5 months now. Love!

Being doing it on and off for a few weeks now and omg! The team amazes me and what the workout is doing to my body! I thought at first "20 min is nothing" then I was with my tongue out begging for mercy. Still the most awesome workout I came to know.

Amazing job, I've done many different workouts in my life and I can easily say this is one of my favorites, I feel sweaty and tired, but it makes me even more motivated to do more and it's not that obvious with the rest, sometimes I get really discouraged post-workout, so good job on this one!

Wow! This is AWESOME! First time seeing this and I just finished following the workout video. It's sort of like Bodyattack but this is more fun and creative. Makes me feel badass while working out. This is pretty good actually. It's a good 20 mins exercise to be done daily. It's just the right balance. Better than the others 20/30 minutes classes online.

That is good, keep going, muscles have memory so, with time, will be better and better, but the nutrition part is super important if you want to loose weight, both things and lifting, will help out all transformation! 🙏
Me too on that scissors time I don't like it coz it's so hard for my legs and feet but I have to so it for the sake of loosing weight and to remove my fats on my body my sweats and sickness in my body ;)
I was dead with only a quarter of the moves done.. but I did not quit... I modified the versions to suit me and finished it. Now this is a challenge. i definitely aim at doing all if not most of her moves non stop!!! thank uuuu!!!
Those who are wondering if the workout works, it works great alright. I have been doing this for 2 weeks now and girl, the first and second time was NOT easy. Now I manage to complete the workout with ZERO pauses and rests. Push through and trust me it helps. I went form 65 to 64.5 not much difference but imagine the potential after doing it for next 5 months. All the best 🎉

I do this on my long workout days. So maybe four times a week and twice after a 2mile walk. I’m covered in sweat by the end by I feel so good and I can’t wait until I start to see more results. Working on my diet has been the hard diet especially during lockdown but I’ll get there. Don’t give up guys it’s worth the hard work at the end

Thank the Gods. I used to do this workout on Prime couple yrs ago and recently saw it’s not available there anymore! :( I thought it was gone forever but sooo happy that I found it here on youtube!! I’m ready to try it again.
This has become one of my favourite workouts. It's still challenging. I go for a 5K run, then do M.r London's fupa abs work out. The next day I do this and the Mr. London fupa abs workout. And that's it, just this on repeat with a day or two in between for breaks. I have seen great results and my cardio stamina has gone up significantly.
Man I've done this workout several times, but after a covid diagnosis and being asthmatic, I had to take a long break. I already struggle with flexibility. Let me tell you, I barely was able to modify, I had to just break for breath and my muscles were super tight. I will be doing this again this week until I can get fluid again. I wish yall had DVDs with only Al Lee as the instructor. She's the best.

Ive known this video since 2018 and ive done the work out and it really works for me! For some medical problems i stopped doing this exercise for almost a year. Im excited to be back and did my first work out earlier and it felt really knowing I worked this morning and really exhausted. On top of that i do this work out in the garage! lol..youll sweat non stop! ^^,) LOve it..
