It’s crazy because before lockdown I went to the gym 5 days a week, trained for 2 hours sometimes more and I thought I was at peak fitness; during this lockdown I have been doing a mixture of popsugar and chloe ting workouts and I look the best I have ever looked in my entire adult life. I have abs??? This shit is crazy because I thought I was doing everything right at the gym but when I couldn’t go I had to find out how to keep fit at home - post Covid I think I’ll cancel the gym membership and carry on working out at home - maybe get some basic equipment for weight training but yeah! You dont need the gym! You need discipline, a good diet and consistency to see results!

Best workout I’ve found on the PopSugar channel. Challenging without being discouraging. Love how she adds tiny stretch breaks between difficult toning exercises. No ridiculous annoying chatter going on in the background. And she’s funny!

i have been using your workout videos since last year to reduce my postpartum weight. I reduced 11 kilo in a year. i should have turn down even more, but in between i took some breaks. I just did this Thanksgiving morning. It was great. Im a dancer but I have to discipline myself now that I am getting older, Don't want to lose my strength. I did it and I am 62 years young.

I LOVE THIS WOMAN! Her work outs are insane! I'm an ex-muay thai fighter (I've traind for 10 years of my life), I pole dance for about 7-8 years and I'm also a belly/tribal fusion dancer for 3 years. One of my favorite trainers! I haven't done any popsugar workouts for months now cause I've been mainly doing resistance/weight lifting at the gym but I just tried this at home today and PHEW I LOVED IT. Not too hard but still not for beginners. According to my Fitbit, I burned 282 calories if anyone's interested in knowing. *doing all the intermediate/advanced moves. (I'm 5'2 and weigh 117~120 lbs)
if I don’t have time to go to the gym Ill do popsugar workouts at home... a couple days ago I did a different 45 min one and wasn’t even sweating. But doing this one... omg 15 mins in and I could already feel the sweat! Love this workout sooo much. Definitely need more workouts with this trainer. Kept me motived and was actually hard enough to break a sweat but not hard enough that I was counting down the minutes to the end.
I´ve been following this channel for more than a year now, achieved incredible goals and able to maintain my fitness level and go back when for some reason abandoned the workouts. You guys make me want to come back always, because there´s a good workout for each fitness level, target area and day of the week where you feel more or less strong. I was both excited and dreadful to do this workout. It was totally enjoyable and challenging, but I totally love it. Jeanette's energy & enthusiasm is what help me to push through when I think I cannot do anymore. Absolutely love her. After making it through the first two rounds of high knees I was feeling so good, but when I had to do another round of high knees at such a fast paced -I just thought I'd die. I remember the first time I did a Janette workout and she kicked my ass in the best way possible. I was excited along with many other ladies it seems to try this video. Ive been doing PopSugar workouts since this last December almost every morning when I wake up. I have to say I am feeling more positive and stronger than I have ever felt. While Janette still kicked my ass I was actually able to keep up with her pace! And I love love love how she incorporates pilates moves into her high intensity work outs. Thank you so much PopSugar. Okay I have a few things to say. One, I love Jeannette! She is my favorite trainer. I literally do her other 2 videos on rotation. After 3 weeks of doing her videos, people started commenting on how much weight I was losing (baby weight I put on 2 years ago). It was the intense workout that I needed! The other workout videos were just not cutting it. Other trainers talk too much and I lose momentum and intensity. I love Jeannette cause she doesn’t comment on when the other trainers behind her comment on how hard it is. She just moves on. I also think she is so funny when she mimics what people might be saying. I love her sense of humor. She totally reminds me of my cousin who also was a trainer in LA. I looked into doing her Hollywood Trainer program, since I have been seeing such good results (down one pant size already), but being on one income, every little bit of $$ counts. So I’m super excited to have one more video to add to the rotation!! I wish she would do an arms video and then I would have a complete body workout every week 👏🏼 This was such a good workout! I also sweated my hair out! #worthit

I never consolidate abs alone for a workout so I struggled throughout the entire video... lol (still did it tho) this had me DRENCHED in sweat. Burned 405 calories (according to my Fitbit). I love Jeanette's workouts. I always feel like I'm burning calories even when I'm doing the low impact!!!

These videos have been saving me during quarantine. I made the mistake of working out to a non-Pop Sugar workout video, and it wasn't good. Pop Sugar actually makes workout videos that can be very advanced and intensive, but provide modifications for lower fitness levels. I need my hot sauce workouts! My abs still hurt from yesterday...

First workout I did with Popsugar and looooveeeee it! It's clear that the trainers aren't amateurs and know what they are doing, this workout is geniously balanced. Before I even realized I finished a 45 minute workout!!
I really enjoy the combination of cardio and abs workout, it not only increases your heart rate up, but also pulls these muscles and cores. Btw Jeanette is my favorite trainer

This is one awesome workout which combines cardio and abs. I have been looking for something like this which covers cardio and abs in short time and this serves the purpose. The 45 mins just went by so quickly. Loved it.
