When your gym is the set of a dystopian sci-fi movie
So nice of Batman to lend them his basement
Lmaoo I notice that in the beginning too 😂
Yessss😂
And all the players are incredibly hot 👄
Thank you Les Mills for making this class available for free!!! ❤ it was awesome
1st time I did this I could hardly complete 10% of total reps. After a month of dedication I finally completed today like a pro. What a killer workout! Seriously man! This workout is engineered to perfection ❤
did you see a difference?
@@mitalijain8181 absolutely this workout has helped me loose lot of extra pounds. I do it only twice a week as it is very exhaustive
So proud of U 🤩
@@shivanipriya3084 ty

I have been doing this workout since 2018 and never tire of it.
Never stop stopping.
it took me two hours to complete this thirty minute torture!
it took me two months jajaja
You did it and it’s all that matters. I did it too my legs hurt the entire next week
I’m not ashamed to admit I took about 20 breaks throughout!
You did it! Kudos. Now you can apply to become an Avenger 💖
i get major divergent vibes from this
All the more reason to do it!
😂😂But this is really worth it. I still follow this routine after so many days.
Lmao yesss
Lol yea they’re all in the pit working out together
hhhh me too !
This workout is craaayyyy
This is hands down the best HIIT workout I've ever done. Wish to see more like this in the future 🤩
Did this!!!! In 1 take!!! Had to take a 50 seconds break halfway.., but still, I DID ITTT!!!! Didnt slack off on the moves either!!
Now how about that diet? 🤣
I would love be to be in that room doing this with that awesome crowd!
this is the most inspirational workout video I've ever seen!
I'm gonna challenge myself and one of my friends to do it tomorrow. Love it!
And the energy that is coming from the trainers is so powering and it spreads through the screen!
Mimosa Kokko That’s exactly how I felt! I watched this while in break at work. I’m always looking for something new to do. This one made me want to do it right then and there. Plus it felt like I was already a part of the class.
Everyone that finishes this workout should receive an award.
Their warm up is my WHOLE WORKOUT 😂
Well this video literally motivate me to level up my stamina
Maranantha
Today, my first day, I've lasted 30 seconds of the warm up only and that's it !
Well you have to start somewhere ! 🙂
That was only warmup ?
true🤣😂🤣
Beautiful stuff how technology is able to bring the world closer and encourage one another to stay fit and healthy! Two thumbs up from me
It has been like 3 years since I saw this Video and i have never done it, because my motivation as well as my sportiness was at the lowest it has been. Now, three years later it is one of my favourite Cardio workouts. I have to admit, I sometimes have to pause, but it is hyping me the f up I love it
Lol I’ve been warching it since 2020 and never done it. I mean my fitness level has been improved so much since last year and I’ve regulary do body combat.. but this... I still dont have the bravery to do it 😂
Amin and a couple more of me in the morning with a few of the lads back and the other one in my house
my first time doing this workout and that's insane! definitely loved it! for me the hardest parts are the track 1 (yes the warm up, I didn''t expect a warm up can be that hard),5 and 7
They are so fit... Felt like crying just by watching them
We can tell Nina started regretting that😂
😂😂😂😂
finishing this work out is always going to be the best start of my day
With music like this, and such a motivator for a trainer, the workout feels amazing even though it feels like I'm going to die at the same time
True 👍
Agreeed
the warm up got me dead just looking
Alex Fe trust me, in real life it's worse. Im out of breath and feel it burning already and I thought i was in good shape. I was wrong😂😭
I was dying after the warm up. I forced myself to get through the rest and I Barley did it
me, after 3 mins: *i think im having an asthma attack*
guess im switching back to popsugar fitness
carat. oneit popsugar absolutely killed me, this, I don’t even need corona to take me out at this point after doing this
With that lil whistle on the breath
Try les mills bodycombat classes, you can build up your fitness to them. But GRIT is super hard! I've done this workout dozens of times and it still kicks my butt!
Ramchandra Naik if it’s alright to ask, do you do each type each day, like Tabata on mondays, full body Thursdays? It sounds like a good plan!
@@melody0007 yeah I do body strengthening on Monday and on Wednesday I do this, I follow through a full workout if I feel uncomfortable in chest I stop(not until my body cool down, just to stabilize breath usually it just happens in the start then the body does not reject further) rest days are very important to do some stretches, massage to legs
Note: everyone's body is different, feel changes to body and pain and decide routine when I started on strengthening I needed to rest 3 days and now I'll recover in 1 day so I do this cardio after 1 day and recover for 3 days, in recovery days stretching is important, and hydrate a lot and don't be hasty if you are a beginner give time for your body to get comfortable with what you do, don't go directly to this workout strengthen your body so you can do normal HIIT workout and then progress to this cardio(especially of this length)
ps: i m not new to workout, ive trained b4, studied, read books, due to some reason i wasnt able to workout for 4-5 yrs, so decide your routine based on your body and your goal my goal was in steps:
1.strenghten body for normal workout
2. workout HIIT + calisthenics
3.cardio + endurance and stamina
after that, i want to be able to do it in single week to a normal athletes level
OMG I did not think I was going to survive that whole thing!! I feel absolutely incredible right now! I would recommend this workout to everyone, it’s amazing!
It felt like I was in Divergent
Cheska Bascur
OMG YES
So true
Sammee
HAHA yes!!!!!!
feeling abandoned by unwatched divergentity s-)
They are all smiling and having fun but I’m dying inside
Sara Sweet believe me i think they are tired but enjoying the workout at the same time haha
I definitely looked like a complete idiot running across my room LMFAO
LMAOOO same my family was probably like “tf is she up to 👀“
I don't know why you're saying that. Play hard your exercise isn't for stay good looking, and you're only in front of family, most of people go to the gymnasium.
Don’t worry I’m with you
Hi
Thank you for this workout! After 2 months I can finally do a squat jump and the full set of proper burpees Inc the pyramid set! Those that have just found this keep with it!!! YOU GOT THIS.
The trainer in the beginning is an absolute beast! Holy shit!
Yuh she gives me goosebumps
this is not a simple exercise its a military training.. lols
Sis, this is 0.1% of what they practise each and everyday.😂😂
im agree
Really? Oh... I d like to see real military workout
@@minkasmr Depends on the day, could be full cardio or a 20k hike with 120lbs+ of gear.
Nah this is way worse, I ve seen nerdy and skiny teens survive Military drills but the fit men in this exercise tire way too easily. The resting period in this exercise is too short thats why its a torture and way above the mma training routine in our gym
I rarely ever comment on social media, but i think this video is worth lauding.
Admittedly this was one heck of a work out, yet I completed every second of it, cherished even. The sincerity of the workout, seeing the candid version of these athlete was even more encouraging as it smashed my inner perfectionist dogma.
After a long time I felt powerful in my body.
Probably the best but also THE most challenging hiit workout on youtube, thank you guys for showing us how to work out properly! ;D
something about working out in a group and seeing even the coaches taking a break made this so much easier
It was very nice of Batman to lend you his garage for your workout videos.
3:44 That's just the warm up?? I'm dead.😱🤢
Barb Keen SAMEEE!!! hahah
Just watching this gave me a 10 pack
Whitasaurus :3 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Could you even imagine being THAT in shape? I was out of breath just watching.
I love the way they all keep smiling 😂... Awesome Beast Mode Cardio Coach!!
THANK YOU Nina and Les Mills. This is the best workout I've had in a while. Signing up now!
i was lost in her movements and the music and how tough and good it looked!! thats when she said "that was your warm up" and i fell off my chair
