If jeff is outside a lot of times other guys in the gym seem to be filming, like that one time when he was with icy mike and he did the filming. But sure go ahead and send a bottle of mead, if you look close at Thor Vijeh he sure gonna embrace it. There seems after all a reaction delay with him through his drinking habit.

You know he was probably expecting the salsa walk;) Thor looks like a carnival strongman😂.
I love his control. He has that prowess where you can see a load of solid MA underneath. I personally love that grounded kickbox vibe he gives off. He is super controlled, and what a great pace. He looks like he is storing a lot of potential strike energy that you see when someone was kick heavy and then changes their game. I think that potential kick energy then manifests as KO hands. A really nice thing to see. A true example of the synergetic impact of mixing solid individual styles.
The weight difference isn't as obvious as it should be because of your skillset. The diversity of opponents that you work with is resulting in huge gains. You work exceptionally hard and have one of the highest fight IQs out there. Your ability to decode your opponent and to exert and, more importantly, preserve your own energy is exemplary. This was a really good one. In addition to the teaching points, we also get to see your growth as a MA, you are crazy good! Well done, sir.

I've been training on my own for awhile now. The one thing I forgot about until I heard it, was the MMA gym music. It doesn't matter where you go, it is notoriously not my thing. It sounds like the music that would play in a movie strip club to my ears; I'm over here listening to Tribal Trap or Northern European Ethnic Trance or some wild shit so I can channel my primal anime energy lol

Shows some greatness of you, i was thinking the same before you commented it, Jeff would have get knocked out under 60 seconds by this kick. But would not have counted having hurt yourself by kicking his kneecap with the bony parts of your instep as landing the low kick. As fas as i have counted Thor Vijeh knocked you out 5 times if he had pulled through, not just by weight but rather by technique. He is roughly 20 kg / 44 lbs heavier than you beeing a jiu jitsu middleweight. Seeing that he fought his king of the cage as Light welterweight, which is lighter than you he put on a lot of weight in the last 8 years.

    • @MMAShredded
