Go to a channel called SIAM boxing and watch their sparing wars videos, this is so awkward to watch and unauthodox takes the beauty out of striking(just my opinion). id love to see you go spar with those killers on a respectful one. they also do takedowns he has another video called sweat box also very clean high level sparing. i implaw you to reach out it would produce some very good content.
I love this, man. Brilliant video. I feel like that pull back off the cross to counter the counter along with a few other techniques can really up someone's game.
❤Jeff Chan is getting really good ! Any news of competitions he might be taking part in . In the future. I watched Mr. Chan win the Self Defence challenge series set up by. Martial Arts Journey .
I thought Jeff Chan was taking part in The One Championship.
Surely it's time to try and make a name for himself in Mixed Martial Arts now ? He seems to be The Hottest talent on UA-cam.
I would invest in Jeff Chan for sure. If there was a chance to buy into his Boxing Company for a share of future profits.
Like in the book : King of The World about Muhammad Ali.
They launced M. Ali with an incredibly intelligent deal. Selling some of his winnings to.
Newspapers. Very clever Boxing contract there was formed.
I have over 3 000 readers on Facebook now from 300 only in around August 23.
So A Robert Farr is experiencing incredible growth in Media ! ❤❤
"OOWEE PUT THAT SRIRACHA ON..." 😂😂😂
LOL
You are a master of motion, good sir. Don’t ever stop!
thank you!!
Exactly what I like about him.
He knows how and when to move.
Poetry in motion.
I 10xed my improvement when I learned from Jeff that I have the freedom to do and try anything. As a beginner in classes, you're taught all these dogmatic "rules" (like never double up kicks and punches on the same side, always have your guard in 1 certain way, don't use head movement in kickboxing, etc.) which made me afraid to experiment with different movements.
This video is proof that there's endless forms, which can be intimidating for beginners, but it also gives you the playbook to start improving, mastering each counter/counter-the-counter one at a time.
❤️❤️❤️
Love how Jeff has this down to a science! Very good study here.
thanks for watching!!
Jeff always so smooth with it showing technical excellence in those real time sparring footage. Love it
thank you man!!
Great review! Also thank you for your consultation on my CPMMA teammates' fights, and for reaching out for consent to use my footage of them! I appreciate you being transparent and respectful in communicating! I'm sure this will be motivating for them! 👍 Also hope to have you for a weekend seminar series at our gym soon! 🙂
cant wait brother :)

thanks so much man :)
Thank you for the quality of your channel !
thanks for watching!!
A much needed video. I love anything IQ. It is the area that makes so many people plateau. It is often a neglected area of training. None of it should be random without any thought but many times it is 😂. You are one of the smartest out there and probably THE best narrator in terms of adding learning value. Super impressive collection of footage too!
thanks so much, always appreciate your comments and support :)
Thanks for all the work you put on this🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Great video, I know it is not the subject of this one, just could you make a tutorial on how to fall properly after a sweep ? just checked your video on sweeps, looks like people fall on very different ways!
Jeff I was a Police officer for 30 years, and as a relatively young Cop (6 years in) I was lucky enough to get partnered with an ex prison officer who worked in a high security high risk prison, He had joined the job so was new in policing terms, but very highly experienced with dynamic high risk close contact situations. I'm only 46 seconds into your video, but you struck a very valid note. The Police had shown me lots and lots of different holds, strikes, and moves. My time spent in the gym with my apprentice, I learned so much. His view was find several strikes, moves, blocks you enjoy and are confident using and forget the rest. That advice saved my life on more than two occasions. I dealt with all manner of street weapons and idiots. I'm no tough guy, but I can think on my feet. Confidence and practice practice practice with your comfy moves will pay dividends. As always another great video Jeff. Good defensive fighting is reactionary and a product of repeated practicing of counter strikes and moves. I have never fought offensively, apart from reacting defensively. We are different !
Thanks for sharing your story and thanks for watching !!!
Good video.
thank you!
I just had my 2nd fight and I landed Jeff's low kick - cross - double step low kick so many times so just wanted to say how effective it is and how glad I am Jeff has put all this content out here 💚
Sweeeeeet!’n congrats !’
NOTIFICATIONS on! 🔥
oss thx!!
I have a suggestion video: what if you were stream a hour or more long video of just straight sparring I’m sure it would look good on your channel, where a live option in your profile page showing various hour long sparring (raw) and it can be reuploads of all the past sparring in a montage style. If this is a dumb suggestion pls don’t mind it 😂❤
haha maybe!
Jeff out here traveling the world and sparring everybody, what a legend.
thanks brother!!
straight up genius
My thoughts exactly.
thx guys!!
Thumb up 💪
:)
Ooooowhheee with that sriracha on it 😂 Love your videos Jeff

*UUUUUUUIIII* Put that Siracha on !🤣
LOL
The rear hand patty has been a cheat code for me in sparring recently
nice!!
Happy Saturday 😁👋
happy Saturday!!
Holy smokes

Hey Jeff, do you have a "how to increase striking speed video"?
the best way to increase striking speed would be better technique/footwork or strength and conditioning! Try my program here: www.mmashredded.com/fitnessfundamentals
Or my free footwork guide: www.mmashredded.com/footworksignup
One day Ima move to Canada for a year just to learn from u 🙏
would love that! im actually currently in NYC!
hey Jeff. i know it's a little off topic but I just really wanna know a little more about sweep kick. not like a Thai style trip or sweep but like more of a kung fu one or a roundhouse really. Is there any way to make that thing footproof or maybe turn it into another technique like sweeping the leg and catching it into a single leg or something xD
you definitely can do that! we see that in judo!
💥OooooWeeeeeeee‼️
:)
@@MMAShredded💥 I'm going to be rewatching this one for a good while. Any plans on a part II, III and etc?
I'll be getting that hit and hold pad coarse once I put aside a little money this month. This is perfect! I've been getting my fiance into pad work but I'm kinda lousy at holding still. Haha.
Email me at jeff@mmashredded.com if you have any questions :)
Thanks man! You know I will!
you're really the king of moving your head off center, even when you're the one attacking.
thanks man!!
Hi Jeff I’ve been training boxing for almost 3 years now and I am about to have my first armature fight next week. I am very interested in other martial arts and my goal is to become a ufc fighter I was wondering what martial arts you think I should learn next or if you think I should stick with boxing please respond 😊
definitely Muay Thai, wrestling and BJJ!
Thanks
“Owee! PUT THAT SRIRACHA ON IT!” LMAO😂😂😂
hahahaha
I can always tell when Jeff is fighting someone inexperienced because his fists are like "boop...BOOP...boop" on their head lollll ❤
lmaoo!
Everytime Jeff said counter i will take a sip
hahahaaa
Hi Jeff, which Primos are you using for sparring 14oz or 16oz? I am thinking of getting them and I read a lot about 16s being way too big.
I wear 12-14 oz
countering a counter is called "counter time," and is a fencing term. Bruce Lee picked it up from fencing. Funny thing is as I was intercepting these young national champ boxers over a decade ago, they started countering my counter. Good fighters figure this out and adjust. that's why being a one trick pony is not usually great for ring fighting. We began playing a game of feinting, countering and countering the counter (counter time. ) Boxing is the sweet science. You set up counter time by feinting and eliciting the counter, then, counter the counter.
cheers!
🥊
:)
"OUII PUT THAT SIRIRACHA ONN"
hahahaha
Jeff will these still work if the opponent has the ''mentality'' and is ''seeing red'' ?
I would watch my video on 9 ways to deal with aggressive opponents
whats the difference between check left hook and regular left hook?
Nothing really, just a fancy word for counter left hook
Jeff so smot
thanks bro!!
@@MMAShredded imagine you spar the ultimate fighter that knew every counter to every counter and was in continuous flow. You’d still get trades and exit shots. This is really high level stuff. I need to study this video to ingrain the principles🧽🧠
But what if they counter our counter to their counter
Then you just gotta counter their counter with your counter just to run into another counter
you either defend it, re-counter, or get hit lmao
Bruh did no one else here “oui put that Sriracha on him” 😂
LOL
661k subs!
:)
Who is the best fighter u spared
too many to name!
@@MMAShredded I would become one of them in the future 😃
Jeff can easily obtain a ufc or bellator title. Idk why he doesn't do it lol
I think im a decent fighter, a better martial artist and coach. With that said, i get paid more/take a lot less brain damage doing sparring then fighting . But thanks for the compliment :)
@MMAShredded but Jeff we believe in you man. Plz get the title one time😭😭🙏🏿
😮

Come spar me at radical mma in nyc
Hello, im a 13 year old kid in a small town with no mma gyms. How can i practice at home. I have a bag.
I would recommend you checking out some of my heavy bag workouts!
@MMAShredded Thanks you so much it is very much appreciated. I look up to u because we are both asian and have similar interests. So once again, thank you.
go on jeffy chan
:)
I think it's a shame that Jeff doesnt fight in any organization. He's so good, but i understand not wanting to put your brain more at risk.
thank you for watching :)
I honestly kinda suck as a pad holder 😅
super important skill to have for your own training and your partners! email me at jeff@mmashredded.com if you have any questions!
@@MMAShredded thanks a lot! I will have some questions soon. You among others have inspired the way I fight.
👌👌👌👌👌🙏🙏🐊🐊
:)
ever experiment with just lifting lead foot to stop kick or advance, instead of low round kick? too damaging to partners knees? (stopping shin and thigh bone keeps moving forwards... maybe not good)
What am I trying to kick?
