Mike shows you can be cocky and confident as well as open minded and humble. It's up to you to pick which one to use given different situations. Sparring with a pro fighter is a great opportunity to learn if you dont let your ego get in the way and he shows that here.

Wow! I knew Jeff Chan was really good at sparring (I take lessons with him - he’s one of the best), but I didn’t realize that Icy Mike is also very skilled at sparring as well! That was fun to watch!!

Jeff I just want to say that I really appreciate your intensity and honesty with a partner that shows the same. Many times I have been in your shoes and been blasted back. I'm now 10 months recovering from my 2nd concussion and still just trying to get back to a baseline. I miss the sport. If you have any advice (as I have seen you have rough spars along your journey too, things can always get out of hand), I would be grateful for the input. I want to get back to MT training, but I won't until I truly feel like I don't have symptoms. Regardless, I want to be smarter about my training and sparring, and I am trying to figure out my best approach at getting back into a combat sport SAFELY!! Always appreciate your content brother.

Great technical sparring match with Icy Mike aka MMA Dad bod. Guy is hilarious. You guys had some nice feints and head movement. Hoping my sparring game can level up to your guys' skill set. Always learning something watching your breakdown.
