    I was once tested and said to be sensitive to eggs, both the whites and the yolks and also duck eggs. I discovered that by moving to pasture-raised eggs, I do great! Especially since finding a local farm source where they pasture the chickens unless it's Winter, at which time they feed non-GMO, non-grain, dried bugs and grass feed. The farmer has these same food sensitivities so they're extra careful... and therefore I'm extra lucky to have found them!! ❤🥚 ❤

    Karen Catlin, I had two teeth that had root canals that had gone bad. I had them pulled and my white blood cell count went to normal for the first time in years and full body inflammation is going down. I believe that having the teeth removed was a direct corolation to my overall inflammation. Good luck too you.

    • @Habanero777
      @Habanero777 10 місяців тому +7

      No one should ever get a root canal. And there is a movie on UA-cam I believe called root cause. I suggest everybody watch it because root canals are dangerous.😢

    • @tallcedars2310
      @tallcedars2310 10 місяців тому +3

      Agree. Had a jaw infection and the root canal tooth removed as it felt infected. It was only the odd pain here and there, barely noticeable, which is the killer here. I still have a nasal infection that I am seeing a doctor for.
      At all costs avoid root canals and posts etc., as people have actually died from brain infections that are barely noticeable and can be missed by doctors.

    • @vitalishus
      @vitalishus 10 місяців тому +2

      @@tallcedars2310 That’s both interesting and frightening to hear. I’ve had 2 root canals one directly above the other. Many years ago but they are playing up and causing me concern. Not really painful though. They are both major molars though which is why I’m procrastinating about doing something about it. Cost for me is an issue too. I have also had sinus issues for ages, not sure now if it’s related or not.

    • @tallcedars2310
      @tallcedars2310 10 місяців тому

      @@vitalishus Sorry to hear you might be having issues with root canals. Have you mentioned the irritation to your dentist, what was said about it. I googled sinus infection. It stated to see a doctor if the infection goes on for more than 10 days, it's been 5 years for me... It's better to get rid of the infection than being without molars, I'm sure you understand this.
      As user's original comment states, if your white blood cell count is high, it might be those teeth. If it is an infection, a heavy dose of antibiotics is prescribed to kill the bacteria, a standard procedure.
      Even now, 3 years after the removal of the root canal, my jaw has the odd ache. I suspect it's the lingering infection only due to my sinus symptoms, so I'm seeing my doctor in April.
      Please have your sinus checked and a doctor visit also. My dentist left it up to me to decide if I should have the operation. After removal of the small portion of jaw, about the size of 2 peppercorns, he said I made a good call to go ahead with the surgery(in the dentist chair), as infection can sometimes be difficult to detect in an x-ray.
      Take care and blessings vitalishus❤
      As an aside, if money is an issue for anyone, some dentists have monthly payment plans to take advantage of.

      When any teeth require removal the ligature around the root must also be removed. Otherwise a cavitate or cavitation, a hole in the jaw, will form because the area cannot properly heal. The ligature keeps the tooth from growing into the jawbone so it can be more easily removed if need be . However, if when it isn’t removed, lots of toxic material can build up and create problems in the jaw as well as in the meridian pathways and organs it is aligned with.
      NEVER get a root canal! Super toxic issues will arise. Not wise to keep a dead object in your body! Lots of info on this subject.

    I can safely say I had not eaten eggs until I got some from a local farm where the lil feathered raptors got to run around and terrorize grasshoppers and june bugs. On the farm they also follow cattle somewhat and snag critters around dried patties. Chickens around the house will be in the leaves all day scratching lookin for a worm or other snack. The color was a deep orange and the taste even in the whites was amazing. They were a big part of my healing and I even got tingles from the rush of nutrients just like I did when I was low iron and took a supplement for the first time years before.

    My local health food store just started carrying truly pasture raised eggs. They get no processed feed at all. They are 7.00 a dozen and well worth the price. The egg yolk is actually orange compared to the other eggs that I use to buy which are yellow.

    • @alexr6114
      @alexr6114 9 місяців тому

      The color of the eggs has less to do with nutrition content and everything to do with the chicken type. However, you are right that eggs from pasture-raised chickens are far more nutritious than eggs from corn-fed chickens.

    I have chickens, they wander around in a small fenced off part of my garden, but I also breed superworms for them, which are like mealworms, but bigger, sprout and ferment grain for them and they also get high quality meat based dog food daily. It's obvious that they are supposed to eat meat (bugs) because it's the meat based food that they go for first. I used to buy pasture eggs, but they are so expensive. I got notified of this requirement because I accidentally got a rooster and someone complained, so I was given a list of all the regulations. I got rid of the rooster and ignored everything else and they left me alone. I doubt they have the time or energy to be chasing after backyard chickens, unless someone complains about something. I recently weened off caffeine. 1 week slowly cutting down the caffeine. It worked with minimal side effects. Boy do I feel better. Caffeine on a carnivore diet is a net negative imo and in my experience. This coming from a huge caffeine addict. I miss the taste, but am fine with giving up caffeine forever if I continue to feel this good and energized naturally.

      So does anyone know is it the caffeine that's the no, or coffee itself they find problematic? I'm not really caffeine addicted though I have coffee everyday. I can have decafe and feel the same as regular. I just really love the taste of coffee so that's what I'd miss.

    • @ryanturner8577
      @ryanturner8577 10 місяців тому +1

      @@j.h.9376 Depends who you ask. Some drink decafe with butter to avoid the caffeine because caffeine can mess up your bowel movements and suppress your natural appetite. Other's will avoid coffee for the chemicals in the beans/powder and maybe take a small dose caffeine pill for the extra boost of energy. It's really up to you. I just quit caffeine, which is a milestone for me, and I feel way better and have a much bigger appetite. That's good for me because I kept losing weight and don't want to lose anymore at this point since I'm quite lean already.

    So, I am just speaking on my personal experience on varicocele. To be honest, I don't know if I officially have it because I never went and got diagnosed. I never had any pain, so I didn't bother, but for a few years, I noticed my vein on the left side of my scrotum has significantly got thicker. I would say 50-60% thicker than the opposite side. Last year, I started the carnivore diet for and I believe it was few months into the diet I noticed the vein has got back to normal. It wasn't something I was monitoring purposely. So I didn't know when exactly the diet reversed the symptoms. But all I can say is the vein seems to be normal size now matching the other size. I am 15 months on this diet now, and I love it. Additionally, unrelated to the diet, a separate issue. I have recently started taking iodine and noticed that my urine flow has gotten much stronger. I am get up to the age where prostate issues are present, and my flow has been slowing down, and I read it's due to an enlarged prostate compressing the urine tract as some of us get older. Again I wasn't doing this protocol for this specific issue. Just want to do iodine because I learned most of us are lacking it. And later, I realized my flow got better. The only thing confusing is I just saw a Dr Berg video saying iodine will help prostate by enlarging it. So I am so confused. May be Dr Chaffee you can elaborate on what he means? 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Hey Anthony
    A really Important question I've been asking so many people but I haven't gotten any answer.
    So I have been on a semi keto/Carnivore diet a year ago which was a blessing and curse at the same time. I used to suffer from Seborrheic dermatitis, extremely itchy and flakey scalp which got cured with this diet but the biggest downside was the super oily scalp it came along with it. I've been using the same Shampoo, everything is the same it's just the diet that has changed and my skin is oilest than ever.
    Right after coming out of the shower, my scalp gets greasy within 2 hours as if I've heavily oiled my scalp. Due to this my hair looks very flat,thin and less density.
    I've tried different clarifying,anti dandruff, sulfate free shampoos, baking soda,green tea wash literally everything but still no luck with any luck.
    It would be a huge favor if you can look into this matter and help me get a solution from it. I tried going back to a vegan diet for 1 week just to test but the dandruff got back along with the same oily scalp😭😭 I've literally been soo insecure about this that it's taking a toll on my mental health walking around soo greasy and oily all the time

    Speaking to the person who asked about Morgellons. I am very familiar with this horrible condition as my son was/is afflicted. It is not a skin condition. It is a nano-tech condition where the body has been infected with nano technology that form very colorful fibers that self-assemble. As they move around they look like they are alive. The body works hard to get rid of them. They work their way out through the skin, causing lesions. These lesions itch and burn like crazy. It also feels like there are worms crawling under the skin. There have been reported cases where the person unrelentedly suffered to the point of suicide.
    As we were using a magnifying glass and tweezers to pull out red, white, blue, green, and black fibers, we were told it was a mental disorder. The doctor sternly warned my son not to mentions that he had Morgellons ever again. It is a man-made disease. My opinion is that those who are unlucky enough to get infected are also in poor health with low nutrition. Many have had issues with drug addiction. There also seems to be clusters of cases in certain areas of the country. It just so happens that these are also places that are heavily sprayed with chemtrails. Coincidence?
    What to do? One anonymous professional in the know says to take a pinch of Borax 3 times a day. this is to get the mineral Boron, which seems to mess with the nano tech fibers. I would also soak in a tub of warm water with a cup of Borax added, for 20-30 minutes, then rinse off thoroughly. Search for A solution they do not want you to know by Dana Ashlie.

      Dehydration 100%. When you eat meat, your body breaks down the protien and produces nitrogen. Your kidneys filter this out. When you increase your meat intake, you need to increase your water intake as well. Most people drink far too little. I put water in small pint bottles, and it's surprisingly easy to drink eight of those a day.
      BBBE is definitely a balanced diet, but it should be BBBEW to accent the water!

    We feed our chickens some grains that we buy. Otherwise they free range on grass and clover. I’m going to add piles of woody materials to promote bug activity. Their eggs are super thick with dark orange yolks. Nothing like store bought.

    To the person who asked about leaning down |fat loss],, what worked for me was having 80/20 f/p |red meat + extra lamb or beef fat] once weight stable for 2 weeks to lose fat, every other day I would not have the added fat to my meals - in the old language this cut my calories by about half.. In the past, if I was on a mixed macro diet, I would be starving at that calorie level. Effortless fat loss at about 0.5% body weight per week.

    Genuine question I haven't been able to answer from people asking about carnivore and stored body fat:
    If you are already high in stored bodyfat from years/decades of poor diet, can your body liberate those fat stores for cholesterol and fat used to generate hormones? or do you still need fatty cuts or red meat regardless ie is there something in consumed animal fat that is essential to the role of fats we can't get from our own stores? (at least until we have lost the excess stored fats and return to healthy levels).
    I ask this as I know some obese people may feel the need to have leaner meats if they're open to try carnivore out of fear of excess fats
    I am aware that we have limited level of bile so our body is great at regulating fats and dumping excess consumed animal fat into the digestive track.
    I am just curious about people who are already high in fat stores.

      It sounds like you're a bit confused about why your body stored the fat in the first place. It wasn't a 'natural' process (like bulking up for winter hibernation), it was an emergency dumping of stuff your body couldn't handle at the moment, on a chronic scale. You overloaded your bloodstream, so your body's like "We'll just stick this over here for now." And then "for now" becomes permanent.
      When you stop overloading your bloodstream like that (and reduce chronic inflammation by going keto/carnivore), your body says "Hey, I can process that stuff now" and your cells start releasing it (this is why some people have problems with oxalate dumping). IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR MOUTH. You can get this thru fasting as well. This comes completely from your body healing and balancing what it's already got stored.
      The reason you should still go high fat is because your body is going to use the fat you eat for fuel. You'll feel tired without it. You will lose weight no matter how much animal fat you eat (dairy the only exception, I mean, it's for babies to help them gain weight, so that makes sense). Your body will release its fat stores as it HEALS, not bc you ate/didn't eat fat.
      As far as nutrition, trust me, there is no better feeling than 2-3mos in and the pounds start flying off! Your fat cells are STORING nutrition you can't access right now. You're gonna feel fantastic with all the unlocked nutrients you didn't know you had! The hard part is really the last ten pounds, after you've used up nearly all of your stored nutrition and start to feel a little run down. More fat helps here too!
      This is way oversimplified. Hope this helps ❤

    I've been soon two years carnivore. I loved eggs before starting but after going few months in carnivore I had to drop them off. I can't eat them for some reason. I get stomach problems and skin rash and feel awful.. I eat only beef. Everything else is irritating way or the other. I'm surprised how in such a short time my system seem to adapt just beef and don't want to have anything else. Is this actually normal? I don't mind if it is, just surprised and confused as most carnivore women seem to thrive with butter and eggs together with meat.

    Question for anyone knowledgeable about this topic. My wife (age 58) and I have been low carb for several years. Prior to starting Keto in 2019, she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia after many tests to determine why she had pain in various places in her body. She pretty much always had pain somewhere. Dr. prescribed Gabapentin which helps with the pain. She still takes it nightly to sleep, but often doesn't sleep well. She had ger gall bladder removed a few years ago due to a dark spot on an ultrasound (possible cancer). I've been learning a lot about carnivore and I'm leaning that direction, but I'm wondering if she would be able to do carnivore without a gallbladder? She has issues with periodic diarrhea, but actually she has had that her whole life. She also was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis, beginning stages. I've been throwing out the idea of doing Carnivore and she feels its too extreme. Any thoughts on how she would respond to a high fat diet without her gallbladder? I think I can get to to try it on a trial run, but wasn't sure about the gallbladder situation. Thanks in advance.

      There are some videos by Dr.Chaffe and Dr.Berry that address this. I had my gallbladder removed years ago and started carnivore 5 to 6 months ago. If I remember correctly your body will developed a pseudo bladder. I had problems for about a year after surgery. Anything fried or real fatty meat caused diarrhea. Now I don't have any problems. I gradually built up to carnivore by eating more meat, fat and started eliminating other foods gradually, like vegies,bread pasta,sugar,ect. Most people I've followed did a gradual change to carnivore. Hope you give it a try. It has resolved a lot of chronic issues for me.
