I had my first carnivore baby because of you Dr Kiltz! After years of failed infertility treatments at my local clinics I finally found you and started immediately. Conceived not even two months into your diet recommendations. My son is now 2 and thriving! He’s even taught himself how to read when my first child didn’t read until he was 4 and I spend so long teaching him. It truly amazes me and he never gets sick. Carnivore is definitely optimal 💕

The first 5 minutes I just broke down. 7 miscarriages followed by a 41 week stillbirth over 5 years and now for a 1.5 years a total inability to even get pregnant. When I was pregnant I was starving every hour and all I wanted was meat and dairy, I’d never eaten as much food despite being obese, my baby wanted it so I ate it and I lost weight, I think I was malnourished and by the time I got pregnant my body was desperately trying to play catch up to nourish the baby, my inflammation was masked by taking prednisone. I normally go all day without eating then have one meal that’s normally carb based and crappy snacks. I’ve just got a job for the first time in a decade so we can properly afford for my husband and I to go totally meat based after listening to these videos.

Wow, I'm so sorry for you losses. I truly believe there is hope for a life you long for! I've been carnivore for a year and a half. Honestly, I've found carnivore to be less expensive. Just stick with meat and butter and eggs if you like. See if you grocery has 73/27 ground beef chubs-- I've researched it and it's good and it's about 80% fat-- cook it on low just until it's done and then pour it with all the fat out and eat it until it doesn't taste good to you anymore. Or, get ribeye or chuck or anything when it's on sale. If it's lean, add more butter. Lots and lots of fat. Watch Dr. Chaffee's how to get started video. Learn everything you can from these carnivore doctors who keep it simple and pure. I think your life can change 100%. Believe me, it's cheaper. You can probably pretty easily eat for around $6 a day. For a month that's $180 a person. That's generally kind of hard to do. I save a minimum of $200 a month because I'm no longer chasing sugar alone. Not including drinking. It's amazing! I hope the very best for you.

@kmontgomery3690 like others mention, it is cheaper. It eliminates so much like pain pills, medicines, packaged snack foods, expensive sugar drinks. It is very simple. If you have a store like Krogers or similar, they often do mark-down stickers on their meats after a few days. Pop a roast in the crock-pot. Boil eggs. Do multiple days of breakfast sausages & bacon all in one cook hour each Sunday. Make your hamburger patties. Make steaks and cut them into strips for work - yummy as a fingerfood.

It’s so amazing that Dr. Kiltz is talking about the glycocalyx. Imho, this is much overlooked. I have a hunch that one day in the near future we will find out that CVD is more likely the result of a compromised glycocalyx (EGL) than cholesterol. There is decades-old research demonstrating that the people with the highest cholesterol have the least amount of disease and live the longest, so we must be blaming the wrong thing.
Dr. Kiltz mentions sugar damaging the glycocalyx, and I have no doubt he’s right. But, I’d take it a step further. I think glyphosate-tainted foods (perhaps other substances too) may be causing damage which ultimately causes the CVD possibly by letting calcium into the endothelium layer. But, it’s just a hunch.
    Re. Reproduction:
When my daughter told me she was pregnant, the first thing out of my mouth was, “What’s your Vit D level?” She answered, “27”. I went nuts (Bruce Hollis, Ph.D.; Vit D in pregnancy). Then, after some pushback from her, I got her on 5,000 IU/day, plus whatever was in her prenatal, and, I fed that girl as much steak as I could. She was pregnant with twins, went full-term, and had an uneventful vaginal delivery. In fact, they had to induce her because her babies were so content. They were each a good weight and very healthy. I also started the g-babies on steak when their teeth came in. To this day they eat meat and eggs for breakfast before heading off to school.

Thank you! 😇 I am 41 yr old female, 2yr carnivore. I had a son when I was 16. I hope to have another child one day soon, I love that carnivore makes me feel I will be healthy enough to achieve this. I make what I call a fresh pemmican, 800g of shredded beef and 500g of rendered tallow, salt 😋 it is really good and I feel soooo satiated by including that in my diet.

I started out keto 7 months ago but was still eating a lot of total carbs despite keeping my net carbs under 30. I’ve switched to Ketovore the last 2 months and have been keeping total carbs close to zero (my duck eggs do have some carbs in them).
Still no progress with my endometriosis but lots of positive results on other areas like losing weight, easier fasting, feeling more full and satisfied, more balanced hormones, etc. I hope the endometriosis improves soon, but so far, no luck for me… but, to be fair, I’ve had 42 years of bad nutrition and anxiety disorders/stress, so I need to be patient with myself. I dread having to go see him now, I dont think he even likes me anymore.. sees me as a nuisance to deal with because I constantly question all his advice.. not in an arrogant way I just ask "why? how does doing that affect my body?" and he never really has an answer.. he's just telling me what he was taught in med school to say. I had bad metabolic syndrome, like real bad and I completely got rid of it all in 6 months flat and when he was eyeballing my blood results he was stunned, I assume, at the drastic change (and i went from 280 to 220lbs) and I said "carnivore" he literally said "I want you to stop that, its not good for you".. he says this right after seeing every bad blood test I had, turn good. @@KittyRoyalty777 we’re teaching and creating generational physical degeneration if we teach having kids too early or too late. Malnourished epigenetically compromised generational degeneration holds the same weight as timing. And careers won’t matter if we don’t have any children to sell junk to. It’s never been more evident that the most important culturally defining occupation on earth is motherhood. An entire two (maybe three) generations of men are spiritually and emotionally lost. Women have delusional standards set by modern dating.
So many country’s and people have no future thanks to politicians obsessed with GDP instead of family. The focus on career or legal ability for women will likely end by the end of this century because of the catastrophe and the devastating collapse that will occur around the world. I’m dreading the extreme political “solutions” that will come from societally induced low birth rate collapses.
Most laugh and ignore it now because it’s not currently our problem but we’re entering a world of stretched thin resources that won’t even allow women en masse to switch to carnivore. There’s not enough meat in the world to do it! Why do you think they desperately want us to eat bugs and go vegan? They’d sooner go full soylent green than let everyone go carnivore.
If the solution was just go carnivore, we wouldn’t be in a crisis. There wouldn’t have been massive corruption in nutritional science. We wouldn’t be seeing fertility decline in every single culture and dietary practice. Sorry for ranting. I've learned quite a lot in the last four months. Now, If I was asked what I thought could bring happiness to many people's lives I would say make sure your energy levels are as good as can be. Energy = happiness. You feel good spiritually and mentally when your energy levels are up and you can make your life physically better because you have the energy to make it so.
Eating the right food will allow you to reach that optimal energy state. Eating junk will prevent you from reaching your potential at best, but is almost sure to drag you down further and further as highly processed foods are becoming more and more toxic.
Ask yourself what is lacking in your life. Are you always tired? Turn that around and see the world as you should. It's quite simple to do, just takes a little time to follow a new eating plan. The rewards are fantastic.

Good luck, hang in there, you are about to experience health on a level you never thought possible… assuming you can push past the start?

I love the intros-it’s nice to see a preview of what the video is about. ❤ What I don’t like are when people add loud music at the end, because often I listen when I fall asleep too, and it’s awful to be startled awake with a pounding heart due to loud music! 😂 So, I don’t listen to those if I think I may fall asleep, but Dr. Chaffee’s don’t have that at the end, so I can listen day or night, which is awesome!! ☀️ 🌝

I never wanted any children. I knew that very early in life. My parents had five children but no grandchildren. My mother told me shortly before she died that she had wanted grandchildren until she saw how her female friends were burdened with taking care of multiple grandchildren at a time when the women wanted more time to just do what they had wanted to do. They loved their grandchildren but they were exhausted with being responsible for child care in their late sixties and beyond. Not everyone wants to have children. And many people are fine with not having grandchildren.

Yes, and one meal a day isn’t always the best for women (plus it can add to belly fat, because it stresses the body and raises cortisol).
I’m mid 40s, and I try to always eat twice a day, but I intermittent fast all the time just by accident because I get busy. 😆
Elizabeth Bright has good info on why it’s best for older women to not fast (for anyone interested).

I would suggest getting an app like carb manager to track your macros (calories, protein, fat, carbs). I try to do 70% fat, 30% protein for my macros and have been losing about 10 pounds a month (I’m 42 y/o female and started out at 250 pounds this year - down 65 pounds so far).
While I’m still in my losing weight mode, I track everything I eat very carefully and I set my macros goals in carb manager to reflect my ideal weight, not my current weight, so I can adjust to what my eating habits should be at my ideal weight.
I try to do one meal a day but some days I do 2 meals. The ketovore diet for me controls what I eat and the one meal a day controls how much I eat. I am a recovering sugar addict and binge eater, so no carbs and limited eating window have been super helpful on my weight loss journey.
It’s trial and error for each person and I’m sure I will continue to evolve as I get closer to my goal weight.
