Your heart represents your center. It is not just life giving for your physical body but it is also the energy center of love, compassion, balance. It connects your mind to your body. When we nurture the relationship and strengthen the connection to our heart we can anchor into this deep love and appreciation for ourselves and life. The more connected we are with our heart the more connected we are to our personal truth.
So in this class we will dive deeper into our center and continuously connect with our heart!

I will come back to these practices and also do the yoga sessions again of course. It really helped me to connect more to my body and bring more fluidity and ease into my movements.
