Think you should write a book mate. Recipes are great and the food turns out tremendous following your videos. Keep up the great work.
Yes
Been wanting a book from Latif for ages! In fact 2 books, one BIR and one like this one home style.
3 years in and I'm still banging out your amazing dishes to my mates. Thanks ❤️
I thought your other recipes were outstanding but hadn’t tried this (rogan Josh is my fav curry) due to the cost of lamb…I bit the bullet and bought half a leg today and made this…..Latif this is the best curry I have ever tasted in my life outside of your restaurant. I cannot express enough to readers coming here after me how important it is to try this curry it is something else.
When I asked for more one pot recipes, I couldn't have anticipated the level of generosity you've displayed!! Thank You So Much!!
I made this today. Was amazing, I used the pressure cooker also for 15 mins. Lamb was melt in the mouth. Thank you for the recipe!
Made this tonight, was absolutely outstanding! The flavour from the lamb, the richness of the tomatoes, spices, green chilli and the cherry tomatoes give little bursts of sweetness, spectacular!
Made your chicken pathia for my brother, his wife and family last night. Everyone finished everything and couldn't believe how good it tasted. I am going to make this lamb Rogan Josh on Saturday for myself and my partner. Can't wait. I hope youre good Latif, sending you many many well wishes for the new year.
Another great recipe Latif!👨🏼🍳👨🏼🍳
Latif,a massive yes. I don’t normally leave comments but I have tried every recipe including more recently the quick vindaloo. I absolutely love the alternative ways of doing things.
Thank you for the support
Love the vibe, the attitude, the food!
@Latifs inspired Mate, you should do a book!
In the US and my wife went to a local Indian grocer to pick up ingredients, we’re making this tomorrow night. Thank you for the recipe my friend!
Yes the rice dish please :). Rogan Josh is my favourite, especially mad the BIR way with plenty of tomatoes
Love to see the rice dish with the off cuts!🙌🏻
Yes
Your recipes are brilliant. I’ve found that once I’ve got the basics I’m now able to whip up a decent curry with virtually anything following some of the basic principles you’ve shown me. Awesome channel. ❤
That's basically Indian cooking!! Well done!!
And not an onion in sight. This recipe is just fantastic and very different to most of the other curries in glavour, being tomato based. Using liquidised fresh tomatoes makes this one of the best curries I've ever had.
These are your best videos yet, love them! More please!!
My new favourite channel, I was a pro chef for 20 years but my curry/indian/pakistani/bangladeshi/BIR game have all been a bit lacking this channel is a beast. Great stuff.
My two favorite dishes are this and Lamb Korma. I could eat it every single day!
Looks so delicious 😋 Ma sha Allah. Would love to see the rice recipe using the bones.
Inshaa Allah
Loving these one pot meals… could you do a garlic chilli chicken next please
Yes on me to do list
Yes please
Just watched it Steve. Now that's responding to requests.
@@harshadagashe how's your channel doing buddy?
@@harshadagashe if you try going to a BIR curry house rather than iceland for your curries you may learn something.
In fact mate, I’ve been to latifs restaurant and can vouch for his cooking in real life. Can you tell me where to find the successful Indian restaurant that you run so that I can critique your rogan Josh?
Amazing... as always. Love watching your videos for some takeaways, if not for recipes. I used to pressure cook lamb before. Seeing you cook it in pan, I tried too.... and it took more than an hour and I had to finally pressure cook it hahahah... Next time, I pressure cooked the lamb, then bhunering it (as you say it 😉😉) with masala in the pan and woooow.... thats the only way I am making lamb since then. The way you caramelise your onion, adding tomato chunk at the end..... I did everything and it actually takes the dish a level up. Dhanyabad for your techniques. Keep posting 😊😊
Ahh bless. Thank you for the comment
Looks mouthwatering
Brilliant mate - bangin ! You should run a in person course, Im sure everyone would love it.

Loving the one pot series Latif. Made the chicken Pathia earlier last week and it turned out amazing, Have made many of your other curries from older videos but i find the one pot methods much better for the home cooks who do not have base gravy. What size frying pan do you use? Thanks again Latif for your great videos.

Fair play this one pot series is just great. I've redone this one but used beef short rib, added glass of red wine and finished in the pressure cooker. Was like fine dining curry. Keep it up completely hooked. Dhansak next please!
Instant like, just for the looks
Got to admit it looks stunning
Outstanding. The recipes are just genius and more importantly accessible. What’s comes across mostly though is your passion for food, it’s great to see! Keep them coming 👍🏻
