How refreshing to watch you cook. You handle the ingredients with such love and care. Cooking in real time is a joy and a comfort at the same time. I’m convinced that meals made with the prime ingredient of love are very different from those which we see where the food is smacked around and brutalised in order to create noise. Hi, Latif Thank you for your recipe for staff curry, my wife could not stop eating it. I emigrated to Australia 40 years ago, when we arrived in Oz, you could not find any Indian restaurants, so I started to cook my own. I must admit your recipes are delicious, and I will be trying a lot more. Just to let you know I lived in Cannock Staffs and my wife and I virtually lived in the Padma Indian restaurant. I made your 'no-nonsense' chicken biriyani recipe, and my family absolutely loved it! This was my first attempt at cooking biriyani or any curry-like dish, which I’d always been hesitant to try. The first time I’ve seen any of your posts. I was much impressed. I’ve been cooking my own curries since making friends with a Bangladeshi guy back in the early 1980s called Abdul who started a takeaway in Manchester that became immensely popular because he had a huge glass window behind the counter so people could see what they ordered being cooked. All his staff wore crisp white uniforms. He ended up so successful he opened up a restaurant in Bolton named after his daughter. I think he’s still there but I’ve lived in Australia for the past thirty years. Love the simplicity. I was surprised that you use a lot less garlic/ginger paste than I would. I make my own curry powder mixes (an add more different spices than you) but have always used tinned tomatoes. When I cook my next curry I’m going go try the fresh tomatoes and puree them. Keep up the good work. Loved your presentation. Stay healthy… Martin

Latif Bhai Saab - love your style of cooking and yup, will make this with fresh tomatoes and serve with basmati ‘brown rice’. Actually it’ll be awesome to see how you make brown rice (I use sliced onions). Thanks!
Very mouthwatering rice & chicken curry ,,,,, but Br you are stirring the rice rather too much it might break . I really appreciate you for starting with Bismillah ….. may Allahswt put brakah in your business, Ameen
What I've noticed when cooking spices, and they stick, is to put tomatoes in. The acid in the tomatoes release the spices from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Anyway, I love your videos (I've followed your instructions for various curries and they went down an absolute treat), and may love and light guide and drive you to be an even better person (there's always room for improvement).

Assalamualaikum Chef Latif. Your cook was beautiful and magnificent for me. Thank you for sharing the knowledge salam from Jakarta Indonesia 🇮🇩
Another amazing recipe! I’m cooking for about 30 people this weekend, I may use this along with the chicken jalfrezi and Rogan Josh and if I can find a butter chicken recipe on your channel, I’ll do that too. I’ve got a huge BIR gravy base made, I might make a paneer tikka masala and need to think about rice etc. I’m not confident to do the breads- but wish me luck, I love your recipes and pretty soon I’ll manage it! 🤣 thanks for sharing- any suggestions for the menu haha
What a great dish, I will definately try out this dish when my mates come round. thank you
Jazak Allah, just cooked it the way you did, it came out nice.
I was watching Gordon Ramsay he was doing curry in hurry and you came on you tube, so I'm honored to watch you Chef Latif, I have just joined your channel, I'm very impressed machallah, excellent staff curry. The cooking preparation nicely presented 🤲 Tomatoes looks like Moroccans Tomatoes are nice. I'm inspired 👍❤️ I love it you say Bismillah ☝️
Love all of your recipes. Trying this next
You actually should teach tbis stuff Latif.
This is one thing i love about this channel.
You take time to actually show us properly.😊

Latif Bhai Saab - love your style of cooking and yup, will make this with fresh tomatoes and serve with basmati ‘brown rice’. Actually it’ll be awesome to see how you make brown rice (I use sliced onions). Thanks!
Barak Allah Feek, Akhoua Habib. All Power to your elbow!
Very mouthwatering rice & chicken curry ,,,,, but Br you are stirring the rice rather too much it might break . I really appreciate you for starting with Bismillah ….. may Allahswt put brakah in your business, Ameen
Oh my goodness, I've got to cook this meal. Thank you for sharing!
Looks very nice, and I will try and cook that.
That looks delicious and the rice was next level. One day I will produce rice like that.
First time seeing one of your videos. That curry looked amazing. I have subscribed and will spend the rest of my night watching your videos. Thank you.
Thank you for this dish. I have never had a Staff curry before. I will make this at the weekend.
As-salaamu alaikum from South Africa, my dear brother. Love your recipes and explanations. I've tried a few of them and love it. I would love a breakdown of your stock. insha'Allah there will be enough requests. Have a beautiful day and may Allah(SWT) grant you many years of success and sharing of what you love. ameen
