discovered Fab 50s a year ago and just started again with a 30 min daily workout and the 15 min stretch - honestly no need to trawl utube for exercise programmes - Fab 50s has got it all covered . many thanks from north west england

The 15-minute stretch above has helped my wife so much and almost eradicated her SI issues. She is SO happy to be almost free of the pain she has been suffering with for many years now. This is my favorite stretch video! I improve a little more each time I do this video. I started doing one of your videos 3 times a week for a couple of months and now I’m doing 45 minutes a day. I do a 30 minute cardio workout followed by alternating 15 minutes of weights and 15 minutes stretching. Can’t believe how great I’m feeling!
I'm so glad I found you! I've searched and searched UA-cam and always quit because of some reason or other. This is the PERFECT stretch routine for me. I can't do all the moves as flexible as you but each day I get up and even if I'm sore and stiff, I do it anyway and feel better afterwards. I started doing the 10 minute ab workout 3 months ago, and have stuck with it. My belly is gradually shrinking, and I am standing straighter and feeling more energetic all day. Thanks for creating a workout that is managable, pleasurable, and produces results.
I started with giving myself 5 minutes, then 8, and today a 15 minutes stretch. i do believe being kind to yourself is necessary and empowering. As you feel better, you pass it onto those around you! Thank you for another beautiful start to what I believe will be a good day!

I"m doing the Summer Challenge now, I know, but better late than never. Today is my day 3, I almost didn't do it. So many things on my plate. But I did the whole thing and so glad I did! Thank you for these challenges they help me to stay focused on exercising every day! You are a true blessing!

I really enjoyed this longer stretch. I have been doing your exercises for about two months. I love your workouts and have found they make me feel good, strong and fit. I have been a regular exerciser for decades as I was diagnosed with MS when I was 25 and told I was going to be in a wheelchair in 5 years. I determined that would not happen, so I embarked on a program to stay fit and 'outrun' MS. I am 71 yo and am NOT in a wheelchair. Your exercises have helped me diversify my workouts as I have always been into intense aerobics, dance, zumba. I still do those but I have added your stretches and your 30 minute workouts as well as the abs workouts. I like your style, substance and personality. Thank you for all you do.

One of the exercises in this video makes me feel like pinwheel. That free flowing and moving naturally! Let’s see knee on floor with one arm reaching sideways transitioning to the other side with arm in front of knee. It is moving toward spring time where I live and I am excited about feeling fabulous on most days!
I have been following several of your programmes for nearly 3 months. My body was very stiff before and the streching exercises gave me more flexibility. I enjoy the 30 minute workout and feel lively afterwards. I have also done several 10 minute workouts with dumbbells to work on my abs, arms and shoulders. I can see my body with a little definition. I will continue to do more. Love it.

Thank you so much for your wonderful workouts. I've shared Facebook, twitter and a few friends. My goal is to perform the 15 minute stretch workout and the 15 minute seated Ab workout everyday. I look forward to the day where I've fully challenged myself with the Ab workout and can move towards unseated workouts. Though I've done both workouts several times, but separate, today is the first day of 2 in a row performing both workouts. I can already feel improvements in lifting my leg unto my opposite thigh as well as performing lifting legs higher and pushing myself to do more. I have a little problems with the arm moves but I keep doing this stretch every day. I like the music in the background and your soft voice. Nothing is rushed
Much needed stretch~tightness in my body after doing this stretch feeling a bit more loose. I refuse to take on board any negative words from others. I am special. Again, calming and a very relaxing way to start the day....thank you.
Loved the stretches today but have problems with the wrist exercises, specifically turning them out. Love your encouraging words and am committed to your exercise program. I'm getting more flexible.

I really enjoyed this longer stretch. I have been doing your exercises for about two months. I love your workouts and have found they make me feel good, strong and fit. I have been a regular exerciser for decades as I was diagnosed with MS when I was 25 and told I was going to be in a wheelchair in 5 years. I determined that would not happen, so I embarked on a program to stay fit and 'outrun' MS. I am 71 yo and am NOT in a wheelchair. Your exercises have helped me diversify my workouts as I have always been into intense aerobics, dance, zumba. I still do those but I have added your stretches and your 30 minute workouts as well as the abs workouts. I like your style, substance and personality. Thank you for all you do.

I really needed the calming words of inspiration. As we get older we need positive affirmations.
One of the exercises in this video makes me feel like pinwheel. That free flowing and moving naturally! Let’s see knee on floor with one arm reaching sideways transitioning to the other side with arm in front of knee. It is moving toward spring time where I live and I am excited about feeling fabulous on most days!

I have been following several of your programmes for nearly 3 months. My body was very stiff before and the streching exercises gave me more flexibility. I enjoy the 30 minute workout and feel lively afterwards. I have also done several 10 minute workouts with dumbbells to work on my abs, arms and shoulders. I can see my body with a little definition. I will continue to do more. Love it.

Love this stretch routine, and your absolutely right about the body stiffening up as we age, I’m 60 and really started to notice that happening early to mid 50s, we have to stay on top of it, and this routine is great…thx!
Thank you so much for your wonderful workouts. I've shared Facebook, twitter and a few friends. My goal is to perform the 15 minute stretch workout and the 15 minute seated Ab workout everyday. I look forward to the day where I've fully challenged myself with the Ab workout and can move towards unseated workouts.
Though I've done both workouts several times, but separate, today is the first day of 2 in a row performing both workouts. I can already feel improvements in lifting my leg unto my opposite thigh as well as performing lifting legs higher and pushing myself to do more.

Last 1 of my Day 11~ Thankfully was able to do the other three vids well in time before the family thanksgiving zoom( on which I spared everyone pokes about the history of it all...). Wonderful unique stretches in this one! One thing I am not close to being able to do: Those backwards- wrist things!!! I am thankful for the incredible variety of life- enhancing workouts in this site.
