Cash, you’re all the way Uptown, not too far from the Bronx. Both apartments are decent & spacious & for those prices, they’ll be snatched up in no time. Thanks Cash❤️!!!
Beautiful prewar apartments - they are rented already. The thing about a prewar building, once you’ve had one you don’t go back. Character, quiet thick walls and well designed. I would have contemplated a move for the second one, but as said, these were rented within an hour of Cash posting.
I'm so glad you made it to Upper Manhattan, Inwood to be exact. This is the most beautiful area of Manhattan with Fort Tryon Park and Inwood Park and the Palisades across the Hudson River. I lived in Washington Heights and loved to go to the Cloisters and the part along the Hudson where you can picnic right up against the river, with the George Washington Bridge as a backdrop. The apartments tend to be larger and well laid out.
2nd. That apartment ain't too shabby . Dykman Dogs are sooo good and they are pet friendly. That neighborhood is filling up so fast. The cross culture West Indian and Caribbean makes it a great foodie destination. The crime rate is low but it is a very youthful neighborhood. In the summer the streets are filled with people like Astoria . I like both spots .
Okay, 1. I hate orange, so get the blue. 2. I liked both these apts & the price was right. They will rent quickly. 3. I really liked the rental agent. 🔥
That's the neighborhood I grew up in. A lot of good memories and there's a fantastic park at the end of dyckman st with lots of trees, grass and softball fields.
"In fact, I would describe their coffee as tasting exactly like mind control". A very apt insight and description there, Cash! I agree. My g/f was a Dunkin Donuts junkie when we lived in Chicago (where there were like 100 locations) and I really shied away from consuming much there. Thanks as always for the virtual tours across NYC for we who will likely never (be able to) live there. Cheers, bro!
I have had a sink sprayer for 32 years in my current house. One a standard faucet with separate spray and the second we updated and it a pull down that is the faucet. I use them maybe once a month or less but the new faucet has a button that changes the flow from standard flow to spray without pulling it down. I use that fairly regularly but don’t remember the last time that I pulled it out.
Addicted to Cash's videos. I've been to NY and loved it. I own a house in Arkansas. Two stories, three acres, giant garage. Never thought about it before these videos, but I don't have a sink sprayer, or a medicime cabinet! FML!
Also, thank you for everything that you do and showing us the apartments and an all your hard work to edit your videos. It is a pleasure to watch your videos.
That's waaaaaay uptown! That's the reason for the rent price. But, it's actually only a 20-30 minute ride to midtown Manhattan. By the time you read a book chapter or the newspaper you're in midtown. Both apartments are nice and it is probably the time to jump at them since the neighborhoods are "changing".
wow nice floors, first bathroom & second apartment wooden. i suggest buying what you can try on, for shoes. ask the store if they can order the blue for you.
I lived there 30 years ago; shared it with a friend-HUGE apartment-we each paid $250 a month!!!! True story…long ride on the subway (A/1) but HUGE apartments!
1) That first apartment was really good- and at $1558, that's a real deal for a professional or a new couple . The second one was really spectacular- a bit more BUT so well cared for and spacious. People forget that uptown is a really good place and has really spacious places to live! 2) Get the orange ones, Cash- NYC is dirty and those shoes on the website would get destroyed with filth in a day!
I'd put the coach facing the door and next to the heater for winter. The flow to and from the kitchen that way makes it more homely. I don't even mind the view. It looks a quiet place you could enjoy living in
Absolutely love the second apartment. It’s one of the best apartments that you have shown in quite some time. The layout is so nice compared to so many other apartments even though it is much further uptown.
Hint: That neighborhood (Washington Heights) has a large Dominican -American heritage. You can expect the food to be well priced and excellent, with amazing bakeries, and very tasty restaurants serving Carribean-style food.
Good to see you uptown! Nice Washington Heights/Inwood rep finally, lol. Two one-bedrooms, hmm... Well, they're both big and worth the $1500-$1750 compared to the one-beds shown in Midtown (maybe some of the recent Brooklyn ones might rival them), though #2 is definitely more worth it thanks to the extra space. First apt, prop up the bed and store last season's clothes under it. Kitchen is real and nice. Probably a loveseat and chair in the living room. Second apt. That closet that is long and narrow is darn near useless. You can't hang a long pole for more clothes because the clothes will stick out in the walk way. I wouldn't even install shelves. An armoire or a couple dressers and under bed storage is the only way to go unless you hang all your pants in a hall way closet. Grab the second apt!

Small town Iowan here...thanks for the awesome videos Cash!
Cash in the Heights!!! That's Inwood, just teasing. I was in that area yesterday.
Finally! Cash is uptown baby! Where is at! I love Dyckman, too bad Cash didnt walk around the bar areas. 😊
Go for the orange one, Cash! It’s more fun and vibrant! Just like how fun and entertaining your vids are.
Get the blue! Nice apartments. Liked the 2nd one the best, that big bedroom.
