Your honest opinion about chain restaurants is spot on and I like how you appreciate them for who they are if they are honest in what they offer. No matter what washer & dryer they would install, buyers are going to bitch about-too big, to small, don't like the color, can't pick water level, have to pick water level, would rather have different brand, etc.

Acshually its ONLY 1.296 M so with the spare money (btw for people that cant calculate 0.004 M wich is 4000$) you could easily buy a washing machine and a drier🤓 Ik im not funny but I really had to comment some bs also I totally agree with you

I love the UES. In the last few years, after my father’s cancer diagnosis, we have made the trip from Upstate on Amtrak numerous times, and we now have our hangout spots. While he was a patient at Sloan (2018-2019), I learned my way around and made friends with everyone from beat cops to a woman at Tiffany who loved my “Wine & Coffee” tee from Sam’s Club. Dad grew up in Brooklyn (Atlantic Ave.), and I was born there, at the now (apparently-haunted!) condos that used to be the New Caledonia Hospital. I miss pre-plague NYC so much.
The three bedroom apartment is great. The views are wonderful, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are beautiful, and the bedrooms are a good size. The price is not bad for Manhattan. In the suburbs, apartments this size are similar in price. One thing we never know is the carrying charges, including taxes. That could make a difference in the affordability of the apartment. The one bedroom is also well priced and a perfect size for a single person or a couple.
Butternut squash tastes best baked with butter and a sweetener like honey or brown sugar. Then mashed up with more butter and a bit of salt. Make sure when baking, to use foil to help. Seeds can be boiled then roasted as well. As for the pool table being scratched. The one who did the deed is the one who gets to pay. As for the wands. Women who have been educated on how to help prevent UTIs from happening, will use them too.

Ha! A few years ago I lived on an 8th floor. During blackouts or when the pandemic started (4 max per elevator ride), I'd take the stairs up. People look at me weird when I'm sitting around the 5th-6th floor panting for dear life. When I enter my unit I lie on the floor for about 5 minutes to recuperate lololol
I love how ‘Japanese’ you are Cash! I too hate shoes in the house! All shoes get left in the hall! I don’t provide slippers for guests but it’s ok because I don’t encourage guests… ever! The 3 bedroom corner unit is just stunning! I love the open style of that big room - there’s so many options with the kitchen area and dining/sitting room. Most of us don't leave all the shoes we own at the front door. Milady should be fit enough to carry them to the bedroom. But why awkwardly set them down toes toward her by the bed? Perhaps the maid did that? And why just leave her bag there? Are we assuming she is a visitor or lazy or can't open the closet door to put the bag inside? Perhaps it's the maid's job? That is something a detective would notice.
Now this is what those crazy renters that spend $3+K a month on an apartment should buy! I'd be at that Burger Bar every weekend! Great video as always!

If you understand New York a $1,000,000 2 bedroom across the Avenue from the "Projects " (public housing ) can be a steal . Serhant usually has great expensive listings . This looks like a great opportunity. Rich, middle, class ,working class and the less fortunate can share the same , zipcode in Manhattan.
Okay! So, I wasn't wrong! They were projects. I guess from your viewpoint this could be a fantastic opportunity and, I do like the idea of the fortunate & less fortunate sharing the same zip code, but honestly... for me... I'd have to think long and hard about it.

I’m from Brazil and when I’m in New York I always stay at Jaqueline and chef Jonathan’s a apartament! Literally screamed when I saw him on this video hahaha
10:51 it's not a full bath if there''s no tub. Such a shame the new trend is no bathtub in new buildings. I don't even stay in hotel rooms if i can't take 4 baths a day. 🛀

Great neighborhood and lovely bedrooms and bathrooms! Personally, I don’t care for the “Open Concept” the kitchen basically in the living room... Been there and done that it’s definitely not for me.
Eat a burrito and save the earth! That kitchen is beautiful, and the sink is actually a good size for once. Bathroom is perfect too. As a fan of pre-wars, this one would change my mind.
I am all about the window/views. I don't care about paying over a million, but having the kitchen practically in the living room. The view wins me over.

One of my New Year’s Resolutions is to win the lottery, visit Cash and ask him find us an apartment just like this! Gotta have a puffy jacket up here in the Great White North! Regarding minivans, I once rented one because there was nothing left, and I didn't mind it at all. The driving experience was OK (although I don't need exotic supercars), and it was comfortable. And goodness knows I could store people in it!
I'm always amazed at what goes for a "nice view" in NY or a "nice neighborhood". In my hometown basically the same view and neighborhood is where you really don't want to live.

I'm Eurasian, part Indian (India) we don't wear shoes in the house either.

This is far north - 101st St. Upper East Side ends at 96th St. People sacrifice quality for location - being more downtown.
