- This Super Cool 2-Floor Loft Towers over New York City and has amazing views you can’t get anywhere else but NYC. Its got all high end appliances, huge windows, and 2 full baths. Definitely, an NYC Apartment every person who’s ever gone apartment hunting would be interested in renting. I’d rent it, and I think its going to get snapped up possibly even before this video gets posted because this is one amazing place to live.

FYI to everyone; That Kings Theater (built in 1929) is indeed a historic landmark and a classic example of French Baroque architecture interior & exterior. The theater was fully renovated in 2015 (Diana Ross opened the renovated structure) and it is now a National Landmark. Beautiful structure and I'm glad it was saved from the wrecking ball!

"Upon its inception in 1929, the Loew's Kings Theatre was one of the most exquisite theatres in the nation. Originally designed by architectural masters Rapp & Rapp with interior design by Harold W. Rambusch, the theatre was truly an ornate spectacle for the masses. As one of the five original "Loew's Wonder Theatres," the Kings was originally ordained a movie and live performance theatre of epic proportion. It officially opened its doors to the public September 7th, 1929 with the screening of Evangeline, accompanied by on stage performances from Wesley Eddy & His Kings of Syncopation, The Chester Hales Girls, and Frills and Fancies. The Loew's Kings Theatre would become the epicenter of cinema and live performance in the thriving Brooklyn arts and shopping district along Flatbush Avenue."

Really, really nice apts !! Imagine that same apt in Manhattan? I wouldn't be able to afford the doorknobs. Love all those windows, and the fact that there's nobody at eye level across the street. I would put some large floor plants by those windows, a couple of Areca Palms....keep the interior minimalist. Lots of outlets in the kitchen is a plus. Really, everything about these apts is a plus! Not familiar with that neighborhood at all, but it looks pretty nice, has convenient stores.
I'll never move to NYC but I adore these videos showing me the 'what if...' option. Cash does such a great job of giving you the look and feel of the city.
And the features of all the neighborhoods. A great way to learn about NYC without going there.

As a native New Yorker born,raised and who still resides in NYC. He really doesn’t. A super wealthy minority of people live like this in the city. He’s showing apartments only trust fund babies and filthy rich foreigners can afford. That’s the truth.
@@richardgranati7188 Not true at all. The prices are high but so are prices in a lot of places. Middle-class incomed people share housing and split the costs very commonly these days. And I know people who live there---no trust fund babies---who rent those places. The rents are very equivalent to Silicon Valley where I lived for 50 years. ROOMS alone (with or without kitchen privileges) rent for $1,000 a month and working people pay it.

Ok, Cash, you have managed to wow me with these apartments! I'm not one for modern, but these are super nice and surprisingly spacious. I think the private outdoor spaces and those massive windows are what really sold me. And I never thought I would say this but for what you get there, the pricing is actually pretty reasonable for NY. I could see myself living there! Omg those bedroom windows alone and a balcony are spectacular and totally make this space a cut above the rest...this was beautiful 💸
I loved all 3 apartments but would probably choose the 3 bed using the smallest as a home office/guest room. Another thing I love about the videos is you get to see where supermarkets/grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and takeaways are not forgetting where can walk your dog. Hope your wife is feeling better and 2022 brings you the apartments of your dreams.

The rooms in this building are so nice! Every apartment has those beautiful window designs! I especially like the layout of the 3 bedroom!
My God, what a great building! I jumped more at that price for a one bedroom then the other units, it sounded really fair! Cash, thanks for taking the extra time here to show these units a little more than usual. I guess you know when you have a winner on hand. 🙂👍👍👍
I grew up in Flatbush. It's always been a shopping hub. Kings theater is a historic site with great shows.
I love this building and all the apartments. I am torn between the 2 and 3 bedroom, but if I had to choose I am taking the 3. I figure if I am going to pay 3300 in rent, might as well add another thousand for the duplex with that rooftop space!! Tons of amenities and a garage for my car....woohoo!!! The kitchens are perfect for me, as you all know I only need water, a tea bag and a burner. That ends my cooking abilities. Thanks for the video Cash. I hope Mrs. K is better! @3:15, nice looking building with not too many storeys. Loved the big windows and the black and white bathroom is completely my style. However, the trade-off for both is the small living room, which is problematic given the three bedroom unit.
I would make one bedroom a living room and have a dining room

Ok so that 3 bed apartment gave me the shivers! That’s the first place for a while that’s made m seriously consider the possibility of moving (the last one was the town house with the huge tree in the back garden)
The light, the space, those windows, the roof deck! Oh my… the building is stunning too with all the amenities.
I could see myself decorating that 3 bed with bookshelves and plants and all those windows!!! First bedroom as home office, the second bedroom upstairs as my bedroom and the room with the corner windows would be my reading room and studio! I could paint so much in there…Oh wow just so stunning!

This is the ONLY NYC apartment I've ever seen with Windows clean on the inside AND OUTSIDE!!!

The theatre’s closure led to neglect, water damage, and vandalism for a couple of decades. In January 2013, the Bloomberg administration, Houston-based ACE Theatrical Group, partnered with Goldman Sachs, borough, city, state, and federal entities to restore the theatre. The results now are breathtaking, with the theatre being even more beautiful than before.
DUDE! I live in the paradise known as coastal San Diego and your apartment tours make me want to pack up and head to NYC. At this point rents are about equal, but in NY no need for a $1000 Tesla payment & there’s actual culture in NYC. Pretty epic…
On site garage parking too? So you CAN keep a car...just can't afford to keep it. LOL

Once I saw all the natural light coming in I was sold! I would go for the one bedroom since I don’t want roommates but the three bedroom loft is stunning 🤩

Nice modern building. I would take the bedroom with all the windows on the second level. Only if it could have a door to the roof terrace, it would be perfect.
Just having private parking in general for a building is a plus.
Being close to a stop and shop is a good sell for me. Stop and shop is a great store.

What a fabulous apartment. I'd live in it in a heartbeat. The third bedroom I'd use as a guest room. And the second bedroom I'd use as my office / yoga space.

Great shopping and West Indian food along Flatbush Ave. this building is amazing. I comment on every duplex . I love them. The one bedroom ain’t bad at all.

OKAY! I liked all 3 units! I really LOVED that $5K/month 3 bedroom unit especially because of the two walls of windows in that 1 bedroom! But, $5K/month is a bit much. I actually liked the $2K/month 1 bedroom better than the $4000/month 2 bedroom. The 1 bedroom is the deal when you consider the building amenities. Very nice building and the neighborhood is quite nice. The only drawback might be the public transportation.
I'd rather have a building without amenties or a lift for that matter. In the absence of 'in unit' laundry facilities, I don't mind going to the launderette. I also don't want to pay for a gym or parking that I won't use.
@@eattherich9215 Unfortunately, even in buildings without those amenities you'll end up paying more in New York. $1900 for such a nice apartment alone is unheard of these days.
@@panamasrose: I would agree if all those laundry rooms were free, but they are not included in the rent.

Love the big, bright rooms, but I'm surprised they didn't put laundry in each unit since it's a new build. I hope your wife is feeling better.
The main rule in Foosball (that everyone breaks) is no spinning. That means that you cannot make any of your rods do a 360 rotation. And yes, that's a little bit of a bummer, given that making them spin uncontrollably is fun. But if you're playing regulation rules, it's not allowed. ... And now you know... (The 501st Legion approves this video)
there's a good trick that's just as effective as spinning and just as fun. You have to do it quick but using your palm to spin up and then hard down will do a little power shot and is WAY more fun than wildly spinning. Only takes a little practice too!
My ex-husband and his friends (all Italian) always spun the rods. Annoyed the German onlookers 😀

I went to take a look at the King's Theater and went to the sketchiest McDonald's ever about 10 years ago. Things must have changed.

When my sister first moved to New York, Flatbush was where she lived so when my nieces and me flew down from Canada, we made a pilgrimage to the main drag. It felt homely and familiar since I live very close to neighbourhoods just like it in London (UK).

This flatbush ave has a lot of business. Go toward the belt parkway and you have king plaza mall. Going toward the manhattan bridge you have the botanical garden, Barclay center and much much more.
I would get one of those plants with climbing leaves & lead it along the railing up the stairs

I work two blocks away from this building and it really is beautiful and the block is really quiet and it’s not too far from the train station it’s probably like a 10 minute walk away from the nearest two and five train

Pretty great apartments in this one! The building amenities are very nice as well - roof deck, balconies, in-building laundry room, gym, parking! I'd probably go for the 2 bedroom as a couple we'd pay $1650 apiece (or closer to $1500 per month for the first year). That's quite a good deal for all that you're getting here!

Foosball is always house rules. Sometimes house rules can be negotiable from match to match. I have played where if the ball leaves the table then last to touch looses the entire game, inverted head loses a point.
That neighborhood is quiet. I used to live on Cortelyou and used to go to that church on Beverley. Now currently live on Bedford Ave about 15 minutes on foot from that building.
cash! As someone who has watched your videos since you were at like 30k subs I just want to say I'm glad you are doing well man! Secondly, I really wish you could get more Manhattan apartments on here! I am a new yorker and won't be leaving in the next like 20 years but I love and live in manhattan! As someone who moves almost every year, I would love to get a new place through you or your channel this summer but everywhere nice seems to always be in Long island, Queens, Brooklyn, or even Jersey!

I love that he does other boroughs. A lot of people think ny=Manhattan but the other boroughs have so much to offer. Cash does a great job of showing different neighborhoods.

Your in my hood....The Caribbean part of Brooklyn.....You're right by Church Ave,which is the center of Brooklyn.....The food out here is AWESOME and cheap compared to Manhattan plus your plate is FILLED!...You could've easily take the 2 train to Church to the B35 or Flatbush to the B41 or $2 Van....
