Dude I love how you show us everything. Not just the listing, you show and explain everything. It gives a great look in to what downtown NewYork City life is like. Living in New York City isn’t for most people so we will just vicariously live through you and these videos lol.
Love how much fun Natalee is having. She even laughs at your jokes!!! That is an amazing space. I'd put the outdoor spaces on Airbnb as camping rentals. Always a joy to see Violet. Does she know she's a star??? 🥰
OMG Cashew - that apartment is, as they say, to DIE for. You wouldn't need any chest of drawers or storage cabinets at all - just sofas and chairs and a dining table. What you may have missed, though, is that all the outdoor spaces (even the small balcony) had pull-out awnings over the doorways. The wall bed is called a Murphy Bed. This apartment is super amazing!
Cash...I have to say... I have no way of ever needing any of the places you show on this channel... but, New York has always been on my bucket list of places to visit... and watching these videos makes it even more so. New York City is just one of the cities that are unique and special. Yes, when you watch TV shows set in New York City... get kinda get a feel for the place... but, here on your channel... it's really real... the places to eat... the places to avoid (Dunken) .... the interesting areas to visit... Your channel keeps me coming back...just to see all the different areas to New York City. Thank you... my list of must see places grows every video... and not with tourist trap crap.... but, real honest New York City... that's my favorite.... so thank you so much!!!
I have to finally admit it. I'm addicted to Cash's channel! :-) I would never consider moving to NYC but I can''t get enough of these apartment showcases. NYC is such a unique place. It never gets old to see how NYC residents actually live. Before I found this channel I used to like to do the virtual tours of misc. cities that are all over Zillow which was OK but this is so much cooler IMO. Thanks for doing what you do Cash!
Hi Cash. Best way to end the week, the adorable Miss Violet decorating the tree! Apartment was gorgeous 😍 I love all the storage it has. I really like that you are showing a spectrum of places, something for everyone! Have a great weekend with your lovely family 💕
At first I thought you were just another realtor/UA-camr but once you introduced your family I am seeing you differently. Thanks for the awesome content week after week, you walk and work so hard for your family that I have to admire your determination. Violet is a beauty, and your wife seems very sweet, and you are a funny guy that deserves success! Happy holidays to you, wifey and lovely Violet! 🎄🎉🎊🎁❤️🎄🌹🎁🎄🎉❤️
Natalie has AWESOME energy about her! I would def sub if she had a channel. She's got such a genuine & friendly aura about her. Best guest I've seen on your channel .. and I watch EVERY video :)
Agreed! 👏Noticed that right “off the bat.” Natalie has great 🤩 energy! She radiates good fun vibes & seems a genuine and down to earth person. In seeming contrast with the kind of super wealthy/ elite/ corporate folks who could afford the $20,000/month rent. Someone I’d love to hang out with and/or work with- and what a winner of an apartment‼️ Tomorrow’s POWERBALL lottery is up to $303 million!!! TTYL🤞🍀
I'm almost speechless. Finally an apartment for normal to large size people. The juxtaposition of you, Violet and the Tree vs. this cavernous apartment full of monolithic walls: Priceless. 🎄
Almost perfect! I would just want the bedrooms a bit bigger. BUT it has the pocket doors & in unit laundry & so many rooms!! The pull down thing in the closet is just a shirt rack. You put the hangers across the bar like a normal rod & it gets pushed up into place. It is just a way to get more clothing rods in a high place in the closet. This would be a place I would really like to live in. I didn’t catch the price- prolly a good thing. Beautiful pace!!
Came to comments just to see if anyone knew what the pull down was in the closet, so thank you. I thought it might be something like what you said, but I wasn't sure
I'm a architect and interior designer, I would definitely turn 1 of those outdoor spaces into faux front yard with some turf or real grass. The 2nd would be a garden, 3rd for hosting grill etc, and 4th a hot tub spa area.
The rent does go up in rent stabilized apartments, though the increases in recent years have been minimal. The increase is a percentage that the Rent Stabilization Board determines annually and depends upon the length of the lease. The zero increase years were divine, unless you were the landlord!
Man, if I made a few million a year & wanted a place in the city, this would definitely be one to consider. Good location, right between the East & West Village, plus wonderful views. The bibliophile in me is going crazy, thinking of all the fantastic books I could put on those shelves!🤣
I'm dying for those bookshelves. I just moved into a new apartment in Washington, DC with more space than I previously had, including a second bedroom that I'm turning into an office, but no built in shelves. Alas.
Man, that is a great apartment. Great outdoor space. Dreaming about all the parties I could have it it was mine. Violet is too adorable. Happy Friday everybody 😃
Beautiful penthouse apartment with lot of outdoor space at a great location. Awesome kitchen and modern bathroom with steam bath. Very nice built-in cabinets and shelves. I would buy this apartment instead of paying $20k per month with no doorman and no amenities.
That place is massive! Love the bookcase with the rolling ladder. That's pretty unique & not something I'd expect in such a sleek apartment. But that 3rd "bedroom"? Small & dreary. For sure much better as a home office. The definite drawback right now is all the construction & equipment on the outdoor space. There should have been some concessions made for that. $20k rent you better be working in the financial district & pray there's not an economic crash
The second and third bedrooms are in need of serious reno, in my opinion. The second BR is an homage to storage and would feel like sleeping in a walk-in closet, the third one one is so dreary and in need of some love. Guess maybe that's where the previous tenant kept their luggage or staff. Blech.
What a crazy place! So unique! So much storage! I had to replay but still don't understand how that giant closet looking thing is a light feature?? But for sure no one will accuse Cash of "reposting" this apartment lol. Christmas tree is lovely and decorating with kids is so much fun!
I love how you're just like us, not knowing all the attachments to that humongous walk-in closet!😄😄 For the amount of money being asked, you would hope that all the light switches would work.🤷🏾♀️ The kitchen is definitely a chef's kitchen. Overall, its nice, but the vibe isn't there with this property. I love you're videos and have been an avid watcher since you put videos up on TikTok during the beginning of the pandemic. Thank you for the valuable information you share with us and highlighting not only the apartments/condos, but the actual neighborhoods and small businesses that are there.👍🏾❤👏🏾😁
I always like your videos, Cash, but I love them when Violet makes a cameo! Thanks so much for sharing her with us! You're a great father and (probably) a good husband too. lol
The space is insane but the interior is kinda lacking. Seems a bit out of fashion. I am sure someone will have great use out of this apartment but if I had that kind of money I would probably go for something more modern even if it is smaller.
The closet you were asking what the pole with handles that pull them down are for your hanging clothes. You use the handles to bring the closest bar down so you place your shirts, pants, dresses etc.. on them then push the pole back up and you'll be able to use and reach all your clothes!
Loved the tree & coffee moment. That place was way too big for me, hard to even figure what to fill it with. I'm sure someone will be glad to get their hands on it. Hope you have a great weekend & no howling chickens disturb your sleep.😉🐔🐓
Hey Cash!! I watch all of your shows and seriously love the way you show us around the neighborhood that the apartments are in. Of all the apartments you have shown this one is my second favorite!! It's awsome. I noticed you forgot to see if it had a sink sprayer. Lol.. I think those super fancy refridgerators had you distracted. I live in California and I feel like I know New York better because of your show. I hope you keep up the good work!!
As spacious as this place is, I'm betting this will stay on the market for a while. Too many quirks and plentiful, but peculiar storage options that the next tenant would probably consider ripping out, but that would mean they would have to absolutely love the space. There are similar or better places in NYC with friendlier layouts with less rent.
Yeah like how about a couple huge really nice closets instead? That wall of cabinets reminds me the the storage they have in many homes in India (looks nice there but no so much in this apt.)
This is unbelievable!! I love the bed for my mother in law (I would close it while she was sleeping..lol). What to do with all this space? It would so much fun picking out furniture and designing. However, since I personally only own one month's rent, and I refuse to ask my husband to rent it (he tells me it will be cheaper to kill me), I can only dream. Cash, did the showers have the handle to clean my "unmentionables"....roflmao!! Best part of this video, Violet and the Christmas tree. She is so sweet I just love her. Thanks for the video. xoxo
Hello Cash, I watch your apartment tours every day and Love them always wishing someday to be able to move back to a luxury building someday with all The amenities and perks and of course a beautiful view. 💞🌆🌃💞 When you said you purchased a Christmas Tree 🎄 for your Adorable daughter Violet because she would appreciate the joy of a Tree, how considerate !! 🎄💚❤️💙🎄 Kid’s feeling’s do matter 🤗
I'm not keen on this apartment for that price. It has just one really nice bedroom; the others are either too small or bland. The various balconies/terraces would make sense in the tropics, but how much would you use all the outdoor space in NYC weather? That staircase is not to the usual codes and would be a danger to small children. I'd be happier in some of the other places we've seen here at a quarter of the price.
agree 100%! why the heck you need so much space outdoors?! are you hosting a 100 person party? besides not being used for half of the year. And the bedrooms, so small compared to the dimensions of the terraces, living room. Of course it is a fantastic apt, but not for $20k/mo.
I think I a in LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the penthouse is nice also. Natilie, "...say it loud and Music's playing, say it soft and it is almost like praying..." Be still, my quaking Heart. If i were a rich man, I would buy this place, I own enough books to fill all of those shelves and still could fill all of my Ikea Billy bookcases. When I win the Power Ball I will be in touch. Thank you. God Bless and have a great weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love everything about this place. I don’t know if the price was mentioned, but whatever it is I can’t afford it. Very spacious & the outside space is awesome. Just a little too many stairs for me. Thanks Cash❤️!!!
I imagine someone in that apartement who throws business parties and meetings. Someone who hires a cook for the parties. Someone who could use all that storage space for e.g. merch.
If I were to live in New York, this would be my place. That is super outdoor space as well has indoor space! Very nice and you are the best person to show it! Thank you, great video!
Plenty of outdoor space for ur own private garden, you can grow enough vegetables to feed yourself. Also that pull down thing in the walk-in closet is for hanging clothes up high but don’t have to climb up to get them.
With 4 rooftop decks and plenty of cash (as affording the monthly rent would suggest, I would do this with the outdoor space: each deck would be themed after a country. They would be: * Italy * France * Hawaii * Japan
I am just awe struck how much housing is there. I honestly don't know how people afford to live there, absolutely ridiculous. Working just to pay rent, nah I will stay in the country in Kentucky and pay $1,000 per month for my 2200 Sq. ft. house. Bless all of you who can do the hustle and bustle of a busy city.
I’m a Christmas coffee pot tall and stout.. 😂 love the Christmas colored coffee pot! What’s the name of your theme? Nice sounding song 🎶 Nice place for the money. Cashism: “I’m not creative enough to figure it out!” You’re so creative Cash. Your videos are proof of that!
Ken’s rating: B+. If I paid $20,000 a month (unbelievable) I’d want the “perfect” view. You might not get it in this part of town. But, everything else is great. I’m still a little confused about the layout, because I don’t know what is up the stairs.
Ok, so this screams Corp apt! The room and price I think visiting employees/management would be comfortable here. Or if a private home I'm sure the medicine cabinets will come in handy for all the medicine someone will have to take to cope with that 20k bill every month! Lol! Great video, neat place. Have a great weekend Cash! 😁
Your like a kid in a toy store in that apartment ~~ the tree is just lovely~ what a beautiful pic that would make of you and Violet smelling your tree =priceless
I live in a house. In Arkansas. I have no plans of ever moving to NYC and have never even visited. Yet. But I LOVE watching your videos!!! I watch them all!!!!
I realize there are people whose possessions could fill the storage spaces in this apartment but I still can't wrap my mind around it. At $20,000 a month only professionals whose overseas companies are footing the bill would live here. Otherwise, buy your own place. An impressive apartment to say the least.
14:50; "feel like this can be some sort of conference room. you can bring people in here and tell them about your pyramid scheme" 😭 yes! for sure you have one of those schemes, if you can afford to live in that place
What you showed us was basicly a house(a large house). Every thing you could ask for. Not much of a neighborhood though( no grocery store). Not a place I would rent ( the rent for one month is more that I make in a year), I'd buy it before I would rent it.( I can't imagine the job or the income you'd have to have to get a place like that and maintain it )But for that kind of money I might look for a brownstone to renovate. Love the video and am looking forward to the next. God bless and take care and be safe 👍🤗🎅🎄✌ happy holidays!!!!!
Nice 🌲 ! Hope your daughter had fun decorating it. An interesting apartment. Seems like they tried to everything and the kitchen sink in there. In some places it didn’t seem to work. That Murphy bed - it didn’t look like there would be space to walk around it after it was pulled out. It looks like it would be flush against the storage on the other wall. Also, unless you are disturbingly compulsive about order, no one should have a refrigerator with a see through glass door. The freezer was great though 😊- think of all the ice cream 🍨 you could store! BTW - That pull down bar in the closet you were confused about - it’s for handicapped people, so they can get clothes on the upper level. I saw it on a home improvement show. Not that I’m cheating on you 😁😉!
Hey now, I’m just short lol I understood immediately ;P a bit handier than having to move a step stool around the closet I suppose but I found it rather bulky- you’d think there’d be a less invasive version where the handle/pole doesn’t take up so much space.
12:04 - it’s to pull down within your reach to put clothes on hangers on and then to push it back up. Hi Ms Violet!!! 💜 OOOOOOOH, Jacuzzi Bathtub!!! 😍😍😍🥰
That corner cross street was a scene in "You've got mail" . Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan cross paths whilst carrying coffees to their prospective bookshops 😀😀😀😀
Not even a full minute in and i love how cash pulls his daughters table out to sit at it instead of sitting at the already set dining table right next to him 😂
The librery shelf!!!!!! I could have all my books with me!!!! Now some are here, some are at my mums and the rest in a container. The other thing I like is all the outdoor space and views!!!!!
Dude I love how you show us everything. Not just the listing, you show and explain everything. It gives a great look in to what downtown NewYork City life is like. Living in New York City isn’t for most people so we will just vicariously live through you and these videos lol.
The tree is Adorable…….just like you and Violet smelling the Christmas spirit 🥰
Love how much fun Natalee is having. She even laughs at your jokes!!! That is an amazing space. I'd put the outdoor spaces on Airbnb as camping rentals. Always a joy to see Violet. Does she know she's a star??? 🥰
I was just thinking you could try to get some of your $20k/month rent back by having 3 Air B&B Campsite rentals!!!
Violet must know she is the cutest kid in all of NYC
More importantly, does she know Cash is a star?
nothing like the skank smell of fire in your penthouse! 🤦♂️🤣
In your leather couch, mattress, clothes when you go to the office everywhere!
Cover up the exhaust pipes for starters!
Sink off center! REALLY?
OMG Cashew - that apartment is, as they say, to DIE for. You wouldn't need any chest of drawers or storage cabinets at all - just sofas and chairs and a dining table. What you may have missed, though, is that all the outdoor spaces (even the small balcony) had pull-out awnings over the doorways. The wall bed is called a Murphy Bed. This apartment is super amazing!
Cashew hahaha
Especially with electrical outlet right above the sink lol
Me too . . . 😀
Hi from Montana! Six days a week in the morning my cat and I watch your latest video 😊 I love your style and seeing all the cool neighborhoods in NYC!
This is amazing! What a gorgeous space. Natalie is so personable and seems like such a nice, upbeat person to work with.

NYC is amazing
I have to finally admit it. I'm addicted to Cash's channel! :-) I would never consider moving to NYC but I can''t get enough of these apartment showcases. NYC is such a unique place. It never gets old to see how NYC residents actually live. Before I found this channel I used to like to do the virtual tours of misc. cities that are all over Zillow which was OK but this is so much cooler IMO. Thanks for doing what you do Cash!
😂 I would never ever move to NYC either but I love all of Cash's showings. He's so good at it.
I preferred Trulia bc they had a lot more info than zillow.
But maybe that's changed?
Haven't looked in about 5 years.
Hi Cash. Best way to end the week, the adorable Miss Violet decorating the tree! Apartment was gorgeous 😍 I love all the storage it has. I really like that you are showing a spectrum of places, something for everyone! Have a great weekend with your lovely family 💕
That quarter is for the "magic fingers" bed massage.
He needs to make a video with actual tenants that are renting the apartments we see in these videos.
@@taoist32 Destroying their privacy and putting them at risk? I worry about Violet.
TTYL🤞🍀
EVERY . . . Me too ! 😎 HAPPY HOLIDAYS 🎅
Nat was really cool! Comes off very down to earth , with her baby grand ! Im not mad , works for all she has ! GOD BLESS ! BAYVILLE NY
I love Princess Violet's pretty tree.. Great job dad!
Love seeing Violet enjoying the tree!
Am shifting to NYC someday its too beautiful for this world!
Awesome place! Also, love your tree and Violet's face was precious when she saw you carry it in! 🤩🤩
I'm almost speechless. Finally an apartment for normal to large size people. The juxtaposition of you, Violet and the Tree vs. this cavernous apartment full of monolithic walls: Priceless. 🎄
I know!
A BOOKSHELF WITH ROLLING LADDER AAAGGGHHHH 😩 this apartment is MADE for me! Cash I LOVE this place! It’s just stunning! Oh wow wow wow
$20,000/month. Can you afford that?
All these small bedrooms drive me crazy! I keep telling myself to just turn the second biggest bedroom into a closet.
Came to comments just to see if anyone knew what the pull down was in the closet, so thank you. I thought it might be something like what you said, but I wasn't sure
The window in the bathroom that leads to a brick wall, id paint a scene on the wall making it look like it was facing the outside
Good to be back seeing Cash once again ☺️
The book shelf with the ladder is fucking insane
Man, if I made a few million a year & wanted a place in the city, this would definitely be one to consider. Good location, right between the East & West Village, plus wonderful views. The bibliophile in me is going crazy, thinking of all the fantastic books I could put on those shelves!🤣
Technically just need 20% 😅
I'm dying for those bookshelves. I just moved into a new apartment in Washington, DC with more space than I previously had, including a second bedroom that I'm turning into an office, but no built in shelves. Alas.
One Million a year would be more than enough to afford this place. Plus a full time housekeeper and a Chef. And maybe a smaller Appt. somewhere else
Merry Christmas to you and your family, your tree is beautiful!
There is so much space; it's overwhelming.
Natalee is awesome! Beautiful smile. Just the kind of person I would want to work with for an expensive apartment.
Outdoor spaces can be divided into the grilling/entertaining outdoor area, a youga/zen area, pet relief are and miscellaneous!
@@TiffSpiffy you have to admit tho that the Murphy bed is not something you see every day!

All kitchens should be made with stainless steel. That kitchen is great but it needs another couple sinks lol
I always like your videos, Cash, but I love them when Violet makes a cameo! Thanks so much for sharing her with us! You're a great father and (probably) a good husband too. lol
He must be if she decided to have a baby with him:)
The space is insane but the interior is kinda lacking. Seems a bit out of fashion. I am sure someone will have great use out of this apartment but if I had that kind of money I would probably go for something more modern even if it is smaller.
Love it, your channel is never boring with these surprises. Love how you change it up with the different architecture styles.
I need that bookshelf. Would be perfect for my living room (i own a big house with a lot of BC red fir moldings)
This place was made for entertaining, hence the 4 outdoor spaces. I love it
Wow, you totally outdid yourself with this one - you had me at all the bookshelves - so rare to see these days - great vid. Thanks
The closet you were asking what the pole with handles that pull them down are for your hanging clothes. You use the handles to bring the closest bar down so you place your shirts, pants, dresses etc.. on them then push the pole back up and you'll be able to use and reach all your clothes!
This is one of the most spacious apartments you’ve shown and the kitchen was amazing.
Ollie Ramone- should be better for $20,000 a month!!!!.
Loved the tree & coffee moment. That place was way too big for me, hard to even figure what to fill it with. I'm sure someone will be glad to get their hands on it. Hope you have a great weekend & no howling chickens disturb your sleep.😉🐔🐓
1:55 it would go great with your jacket. Gray, yellow, white, checkers..... get the hipster scarf!!! 😆
Hey Cash!! I watch all of your shows and seriously love the way you show us around the neighborhood that the apartments are in. Of all the apartments you have shown this one is my second favorite!! Another fabulous apartment & lovely, fabulous people. Thank you for what you do, much love from Tulsa! 🎄
The handles in the closet are to be able to reach ties, hanging clothes.
I need to know what the renter does for living to afford that place. I'd tried to guess the rent and I was nowhere close to 20,000.
Probably a finance bro
Maybe a trust fund pays the rent
20 000 a month ??!!??! what the ruck
I always wonder where the previous went:)
Your tree is beautiful! And the penthouse is WOW!
Hello Cash,
I watch your apartment tours every day and Love them always wishing someday to be able to move back to a luxury building someday with all The amenities and perks and of course a beautiful view. 💞🌆🌃💞

Kid’s feeling’s do matter 🤗
I love this place 💕 soho is my favorite spot in NYC so expensive though.. living in Sedona 🌵🌵Now but I dunno city girl at heart! Love it 🥰

I imagine someone in that apartement who throws business parties and meetings. Someone who hires a cook for the parties. Someone who could use all that storage space for e.g. merch.
12:05 Use it to store your suits/Shirts, when you want a particular item, instead of a step ladder, this brings its down to you.. Cool idea.
If I were to live in New York, this would be my place. That is super outdoor space as well has indoor space! Very nice and you are the best person to show it! Thank you, great video!
I wish I had a kitchen that looks like it's been stolen from a restaurant. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
They would be:
* Italy
* France
* Hawaii
* Japan
Now THAT'S a place i could live in LOL finally! Changes from all those cracker box size apartments!! 👍
The poles in the closet are because of the height. Use the poles to pull the bar down and go through and select your attire.
That pull down thing in the closet is just another bar for hanging clothes, but you could use it for something you don’t wear often.
Love your tree! Yay for Violet! This apt just kept going, and going, and going.
Ken’s rating: B+. If I paid $20,000 a month (unbelievable) I’d want the “perfect” view. You might not get it in this part of town. But, everything else is great. I’m still a little confused about the layout, because I don’t know what is up the stairs.
Definitely not worth $20,000 a month.
This unit is absolutely amazing. Love it.
CASH, @12:00 -- that's a 'pull-down closet rod' , enables you to hang more clothes above, utilizing the space up there :)
I always have fun watching! Keep it up! 💥💥
May I just say WOW 💥 This Penthouse Perfect for large Family 💥 The Kitchen is Fantastic❤ I Love the Commercial Frig and Freezer This place is Super ❤
Your like a kid in a toy store in that apartment ~~ the tree is just lovely~ what a beautiful pic that would make of you and Violet smelling your tree =priceless
I like the background music you choose this time or shall i say always a good pick!
yes i think so too. As far as i have been watching you on yt , this might be the right one for you and your family.
Cute Violet! & I love that book shelf with the ladder :)
No. My dog would have trouble on those stairs. Children too.
Yes, but not even professionals would live there. They are smart enough to get houses, not apartments. Even a penthouse is ridiculous.
14:50; "feel like this can be some sort of conference room. you can bring people in here and tell them about your pyramid scheme" 😭
yes! for sure you have one of those schemes, if you can afford to live in that place
Wow. Top 5 place since I have been admiring your work.
Violet outshined this massive-over-the-top-excessive apartment by a million galaxies!
5:29 that is very interesting for a car park. I have never seen anything like that, how does it work??
Always a great way to start my morning 🌄🌞
That closet with the pull down rack is pretty cool. You don't need a ladder! Never seen that before.
Your tree and Miss Violet are lovely. The apartment was cool too.
I would put a above steel ground pool on the deck and sectional furniture in the living area, keep it light on furniture so it looks airy
Your funny that why I love watching you. Keep up the good work.
Jeez, what it must be like to be rich. 🍸🥳😮
12:04 - it’s to pull down within your reach to put clothes on hangers on and then to push it back up.
Hi Ms Violet!!! 💜
OOOOOOOH, Jacuzzi Bathtub!!! 😍😍😍🥰
3 levels of food gardens and an entertainment outdoor space.
1 of my dream must haves is pocket doors for every door way in the house!!!! I absolutely love them. I would take this play if I could afford it 🙂
