I like how Cash showcases the various eateries, shops, and grocery stores that are by each listing. I keep coming back because of the bong store quips :)
Cash I love the second 1 bedroom because the balcony is smaller and the apt has more space. It is a great kitchen. Thanks for all your hard work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Small town Iowan here, I enjoy watching your videos too! Keep up with the great work. I've never been on a subway train, so it's fascinating seeing them on your videos.
The two-bedroom apartment is the best value if you are comfortable sharing. The more expensive one-bedroom might appeal only if you'll use that deck a lot despite NYC weather. The less expensive one has a smaller outdoor space, but that would be fine for me. The fact that it's all brand-new, and that the building has laundry and an elevator is worth extra points, but if you need to commute you'll have to cope with the trek to the subway when it's rainy, snowy or cold.
i'd take the two bedroom with my sister or a friend because the price is pretty good, with second choice being the one bedroom w/o private deck. there's too few months in NYC where the deck would be useful, imo. i'd take a way bigger indoor living space over the spacious deck anyday.
I like the 2nd apartment the best. The first apartment you really don't have a view unless you count looking at a half-wall outside a view. And the flooring of the outside reminds me of a Primary daycare for some reason.
Cash finally gets his much touted but rarely seen walk-in closet! And you have literally shown us apartments with bedrooms the same dimension as that closet. Nice apartments but with Manhattan prices.
Great job Cash...showcasing Bushwick and the new building. Really liked those 3 apartments. Rent is not too bad but looks like heat and hot water is not included. Hopefully it'll stay mild when I get up there.
Private deck with a ladder? Where does that ladder go to? How secure is that apartment if people can come down the ladder, easily break-in to the apartment through that door. I would want assurance that I'd be safe. It is a lovely apartment.
Why do all these new buildings not add in unit laundry?? The private deck is great- but I’d trade it for in unit laundry. Can it be added are the hook ups there?
Personally in apartment buildings I had rather they have laundry for the building in the basement. Just imagine if someone from one of the upper floors had a flood from their washer and you lived below them, Happened at one of my old apartments in the village. Someone put in a washer without telling the landlord and it flooded. Took out the kitchens of the two apartments below it and then we had to live in a construction zone while the plaster was repaired. I can take my laundry to the basement. At least it is in the building and not down the street.
@@southernhippie9058 Spot on, and space and construction costs, running all the plumbing and vents costs money for not a lot of gain. Laundry in the basement is not the end of the world as long as there is enough.
@@scotttild: 'Laundry in the basement is not the end of the world ...' unless it's a scary black hole. Really, I'm not in favour of building amenities because they jack up the rent. I am quite happy to find a launderette and a gym.
Love all 3 but preferred the 1st one. Lots of space for the money. Love the tour on the way to the apartment and the fact that hens howl in the mornings is a friggin feature...only in NYC that that happens folks. Thanks Cash! Enjoy guys. Later.
I love apartment two with that awesome walk in closet! I really like the more residential areas showcased yesterday and today. I am at that stage in life where I prefer quiet rather than raucous neighborhoods 😆. Another great review Cash 💕
All 3 we're amazing in very different ways! The big outside area was WOW 😳! I've noticed pets whether they are allowed or not; are never mentioned? That's important to alot of people including myself. Another winner of a video Cash! Have a great weekend 😊
Your presentation was so awesome Cash. All the apartments are really nice - except the last one. A heater should be in an area where there is a lot water and steam as in a bathroom.
Didn't see how apartments are heated. The apartment beneath the large deck is better with more living space as the deck is useful only in nice weather.
Wow, that last apartment with the water heater in the bathroom. How hard would it have been to have built that into its own closet. Someone really dropped the ball on that little/big detail.
Very nice building! Laundry, outdoor space, shops and restaurants, great light in all the units! The 2 bedroom would be great space for a couple at $1650 each!
Good morning Cash. I guess that deck is pulling most of the cost of the first apartment because it's the same price as the 2 bedroom. Your humor gets better by the day. Enjoy your day. And thinks for the tour of the neighborhood.
Did I hear "free samples", of which you didn't partake?! - or is it just me who finds them irresistible?😎 But anyways - these were nice apartments! I was a bit concerned by that ladder between the roof and so-called "private deck" though - not only for privacy reasons, but for security, too...?
Great set of apartments, evenly priced, but with a lack of building amenities and no in unit washer drier, they should knock off a few hundred. I also don't recall seeing a microwave in the first one? And it had a different fridge to the last two (I remember because I have the same fridge haha) - I've always wondered why appliances aren't always consistent in new builds.
Nice apartments and I would take the one bedroom with the smaller patio space. Just curious about whether or not window blinds are installed and the closets without even a bar or hooks are put in before you move in. Otherwise it's an expense to install all that stuff. Also, it's too far from the trains especially in the winter or at night walking alone for women.
The apartments just keep getting better and better. The first and third are approximately the same price but in the third apartment you get a separate kitchen and an extra bedroom, as well as insane storage space in that walk-in closet. The second apartment is cheaper and has more space and also has a balcony. The bathrooms are great as are the kitchens, although I don't like the water heater in the bathroom. I would choose either the second or third.
The entire outdoor space is fantastic, however, if you took some space from the outdoor deck and add it back to the indoor space, there will still be plenty of room for the outdoor space and probably have another bedroom/living space.-- I love the 2 bedroom apt.
The third apartment is the best value you can have a roommate and the rent would be reasonable. The neighborhood is kind of iffy, but the amenities in the apartment makes it worth it.
I love this building , the large closet in that bedroom could be a nursery extending the use by a breeding couple lol. That outdoor space is supper useful from Late April until October. Great showing Cash .
Wow, a walk-in closet. You know immediately it's not Manhattan. What I like about a lot of apts you've shown is that they all seem to have laundry rooms. When I lived in the city, for years, I was always schlepping my laundry down 3rd Ave to the closest laundromat. Nothing is worse then spending time in a laundromat, watching laundry twirl around. I read recently that a lot of residents in apt buildings have been complaining about roof-top decks.....too many parties, to much noise going on late into the night. That would worry me. That being said, this building has some really nice and bright apts. Lots of nice windows, decent bathrooms, etc.
The apartment with a "private" deck isn't really private if it has a ladder leading up to the roof where anyone can go. Absolutely love the 2nd apartment walk in closet. In Manhattan that would qualify as a bedroom. I think that's the better of the 2 1 bedrooms. Definitely NOT a fan of the 2 bedroom. The kitchen area is smaller & a hot water heater right in the bathroom? Would have been better if they put it in a closet & made the bathroom a little smaller
Side note: there is nothing like enjoying that first blue mountain peak ☕ in the morning lounging on that patio and hearing those hens howl...really nothing like it .😉
All three apartments are very nice I actually prefer 1st and 2nd apartments the spaces flow into each other. I am not really fan of the 3rd yes it is nice despite the measurements I personally feel it is mediumistic rather than large spaces are disconnected in some ways.
I really like the neighborhood and all 3 apts. The only thing missing is in unit laundry. My favorite is the 2nd one. Very nice apt for a decent price though after being there for about 3 or 4 years the yearly rent hikes might make it a bit pricey. Enjoyed the video and am looking forward to the next. God bless and take care and be safe 🤗👍🎅🎄🎁✌ Happy Holidays!!!!
All lovely!!! Especially like the .. slightly!!... cheaper 1 bed. Spanking new and squeaky clean!! NY doesn,t appear to be very festive... don,t see any lights or trees anywhere.. maybe because we don,t see many free standing townhouses.. shops and apt buildings only.. c,mon luv... show us some houses!! Cheers pal!
FINALLY!!!! A "walk-in closet" that is actually a walk-in closet!!!!!!!! YAY Cash, you found a real one!!!!!
I like how Cash showcases the various eateries, shops, and grocery stores that are by each listing. I keep coming back because of the bong store quips :)
Me too.
Definitely. He really gives you a feeling for the neighborhoods.
The food places are the best part.I like Taco Bell and theirs is the healthiest of fast foods.
I think that walk in closet is as big as some of the apartments you've shown us! :)
Cash I love the second 1 bedroom because the balcony is smaller and the apt has more space. It is a great kitchen. Thanks for all your hard work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I live in Canada and still love watching your videos.
I can't get over the rent prices compared to where I live. Also love you sense of humor.

That room with the secret closet, that closet would be an amazing nursery for a small baby that you want to keep close.
I’m so impressed at how you keep your videos fresh and interesting! You always find amazing apartments and houses to take us round. Thank you 🥰
I just love the way Cash is so nice to his fans. What a nice man.
Can't stop thinking about your jumping the turnstile in yesterday's video.
Now that is an actual walk in closet
I LOVE the idea of pocket doors instead of the normal door. More places need to start doing this- it saves so much space!
Agreed
Not just about having more space but accessibility
There are negatives about them also and that is why they tend only to be used when a full door is not feasible.
@@Mark.Taylor. Great to so digital smarts - spelling (feasible) 😎 🇺🇸
see . . . . . 💀
That second apartment with that balcony and big walk-in closet would be perfect for me
Wow finally apts that have a lot of storage.. Have a great Day Cash and thank you for all you do.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone rented out that closet. It is NYC after all.
I like the 2nd apartment the best. The first apartment you really don't have a view unless you count looking at a half-wall outside a view. And the flooring of the outside reminds me of a Primary daycare for some reason.
What a great neighborhood. Love #2-great indoor space & enough room on balcony for that grill.
Gosh, I'm spoiled for choice Cash. All are great apartments but I think that #2 just has the edge on the others.
Cash finally gets his much touted but rarely seen walk-in closet! And you have literally shown us apartments with bedrooms the same dimension as that closet. Nice apartments but with Manhattan prices.

I agree with you, I was just going to write the same thing. Anyone can and will come down from the roof! I’d be scared to live there.
@@AdrienneMint I thought the exact same thing. No, thanks. I would not live there.

Wow 😲😯 Three great apartments in one building in Bushwick. Great video Cash, well done. That's a big thumbs up from me.😉
That high school building use to be a movie theater years and year and years ago

You’re funny, “…a breeding couple.”

Agreed. The developers should have at least enclosed the water heater
Yeah I would put a gate over that door that goes out to that patio. Seems like a prime target for a break in.
Amazing I just love the walking closet. 😘Brooklyn in the house. 💝
The “speckled” chicken is a Barred Rock. I live in the second largest city in NY (Buffalo), where people raising chickens in the city is quite common.
