    How did such a young guy get this much knowledge and be able to convey all this so clearly? You definitely need to be trainer bro.

      I have been learning from a coach from a country in that region for almost five years.. I initially wanted to learn the proper mechanics of a Russian/Cuban check hook but discovered a gold mine of boxing knowledge. It is no coincidence that former Eastern Bloc fighters have dominated amateur boxing for several decades. Balance, angles, body mechanics, and kinetic chain are everything. After a while, you can feel if you have broken your kinetic chain. It gets more interesting all the time. Salute.

    Your way of coaching is absolutely perfect bro, you show progressions, then you show advanced and then you show the situation in which it can be used. Wish you the best and keep these videos coming!

    • @BeenRedeemed-f6d
      @BeenRedeemed-f6d Місяць тому

      @@akhotinbxng it’s a outside pivot variation but instead of dragging the leg across, the boxer hops. Slips right then hops to an angle like what lomachenko goes, there is lots of videos out there but your instructions are clear and show the motion the best.
