Rain showers, no thunder and lightning or wind. Perfect. I love the rain so much. I'm ass backwards, I actually feel better going out and doing errands when it's raining and being inside on the internet or playing video games when it's warm and sunny out.

Rain is amazing, it's smell, the freshness of the air, summer sucks if it's hot and sunny, I thought that i'm the only freak, that slowly walks under the heavy rain and thunder, especially it's great if it's paired with a melodic death metal or symphonic metal playing in the earphones or with a pipe filled with nice aromatic

i like when it rains especially when i knew i had a stressful day ahead,i only hated the rain when i had to get on the bus because everything feels 10 times dirtier then it already was.
Proud introvert here. Strong thunderstorms, rain, fog, and dreariness are my idea of a perfect day or night! I wouldn't have it any other way!
Today it rained and there was fog and smoke from firecrackers. I went to a walk in some quiet places in nature. It was so relaxing

I love rainy days. Going for a walk in the rain is one of my most favourite things to do, because of the soft sounds and the smell of everything.

Same here. Whenever rain happens, I like to go to Park, Mountain & an open Kiosk serving spicy food.
I remember when I was in French 1 class and my teacher would often ask the class, "Quel temps fait-il?" (What weather is it?) and if it was raining that day, the whole class would say, "il pleut" (it's raining) and the teacher would ask, "il fait mauvais?" (the weather is bad?) and the whole class said "Oui, il fait mauvais" (Yes, the weather is bad). But I was the only one who whispered, "Non, il fait beau" which means (No, the weather is nice).

Personally, I don't go as far as classifying rain as "good weather" (at least not all kinds of rainy weather), but it drives me nuts when in summer everybody is aching under the heat and they still call that "good weather", even when the internet-weather-page is already warning about health risks. Just goes to show how unreflecting most people walk through life.

You know what? As a person who has SPD, I think it would be nice to start an SPD campground that’s always quiet and only has the smells of nature so it’s not too overbearing. There should be designated areas for campfires, because I know some people, myself included, can’t stand the smell. I have to be far away from them to actually enjoy the smell of campfires. There can be cabins, treehouses, and tents. If someone has a certain texture, sound, smell, etc. that they don’t like, we can make sure to put them in an area without those disturbances nearby. There can also be a nature trail, and at the end there can be a little cabin with dim lighting that’s full of interesting books of different genres.
And at the end of the day you can go stargazing while listening to nature and optional soft music inside a ring of dim fairy lights so it doesn’t disturb anyone, or give off light pollution. There can be comfy chairs all around the circle with a spot to lie down in the middle.
That would be the perfect life for me, and hopefully it would benefit others with SPD, anxiety, or just high stress levels in general, to get away from they busy world and enjoy peace and quiet in a space designed specifically for them.

In AZ it just rained over the past 24-30 hours. It was AMAZING! It's sunny now, but it's still nice and cool. It'll warm up slowly and sadly.

all of my friends hate rain. I absolutely love it, rainy days make me happy and I feel so much better when I notice it's raining outside. it really powers me.💕
I love rain. I love the smell,sound and the look of it. I love looking at the droplets fall onto the windows. Sometimes I think about running outside and just getting wet in the rain but I realize I would get sick. Also when I get out of school I wish it would rain so I can hear the sound of the rain hitting on my umbrella while I look at the drops falling from the sky. Now I'm just rambling. All in all to me rain is the most peaceful thing nature gave other than the wind.

rain and wind have both the same effect i think. Less people walking around, the sound calms you down....can´t wait for a warmer Day with lots of wind.

I'm an introvert. Everyone says i'm weird cus i love rain. Rainy days, looking at the rain pouring outside my classroom windows, the smell of it, lying in the rain, standing, sitting or running there. Long, warm late night showers where i sit there, under the water, closing my eyes and putting my hands in my ears to block all unimportant sounds. Listening to the sound, swimming while raining, everything. It's hard to explain the feeling u get when those things happen. The peace n quiet, all of that. One night i woke up. It was on vacation. I went to the toilet. I realized that it was raining. I went back to my room, under the warm blanket. I fell asleep listening to the sound of the blessing that mother nature gave to us, the rain. It was the best night i've had in a long time
I love rain! I never knew that this was a sign of being introvert! When people moan about rain I'm always the odd one out saying I love it. Proud to be introvert!!!
I love the sound of rain, how fresh everything smells and just the feeling of rain drops on my body cooling me down. I legit never go outside because I feel safer in my room, but when it rains I love to take a walk because it calms my anxiety so much
Everytime when it's raining and I'm leaving the house, my mom tells me to take an umbrella with me and everytime I tell her no, I wont. And she's like "Come on!! Take the umbrella it's raining outside!! You'll get wet!!" and I'm like "how MANY times do I have to tell you that I LOVE rain and rainy days and that I don't CARE if I get wet". I just love everything about the rain, the smell, the feeling, the sound. Ohh I can't wait spring/summer rains!

Spring came very early for where I live. I'm typing this comment on February 28th and it's 15 degrees Celsius outside - today set records. Of course, it might rain/snow tomorrow, but that's a good thing.

I’m not only an introvert, I’m also depressed. Rain puts me at peace, it cures my loneliness! I watch a movie and look at the rain pouring down the window and all my worries go away 👌🏻

I love rain so much !!! I love its smell, its music, its coolness ...Rainny days get me access to a secret little world of my own where I feel so happy and peacful. It's just magic !!! It really hurts me knowing that most people hate it and I barely can stand hearing people complaining about rain !!! Despite what "sun people" say (real) rainny days are so rare !!!
I love the rain! It smelss good and it sounds calm! I also like to go outside when it's raining. In spring or summer I like to sit outside on my balcony and read =w= It's perfect and no sounds disturbs me while I'm reading. I can't read while people talking next to me, that's because I read if I'm alone or I hear some music that fits. I also like it if I get up in the morning, open the curtains and see that it's raining. I get happy right away! x3 My love for rain started when I was little and played Animal Crossing Wild World. Rain was so rare and nice there! And one day while it rained, I looked out the window and liked it. This game was the reason why I looked at the rain differently. Rain is so nice. I love it
i'm alone outside on my patio, swinging on my hammock while it's currently showering and i love it sm. cloudy and dark skies as well as cool rain is amazing.
I love rain, but not thunder and lightning. I hate storms but I love summer/spring rains. It gives a pretty after effect and even though it will be miserably humid sometimes it’s still beautiful. I don’t like a lot of loud sounds so I hate thunder and lightning and any kind of violent storm. I just like a nice peaceful rain

if it’s raining hard at night ill literally put on warm clothes, and sit in my garden and close my eyes while i get soaked. i love it. the sound, the smell, the visuals, the feeling rain hitting me. it’s literally a spiritual process. i would definitely reccomend

When I was a little boy I used to sit in my mums porch, id watch and listen to the rain for hours. Id be totally zoned out, the only thing that brought me back was her coming out to get me as I was so cold but I didnt realise it. I still get caught in the mind now when me as a grown man sits out in the rain just like that little boy did all those year ago.

Everybody said sunshine, warm etc.
Then I was like rainy, cloudy etc.

I really love gentle, grey and cloudy soft days with rain. Or heavy. It's just so calm and you can think your thoughts, with the rain falling in the backround. I feel alone, but not alone. I want to master painting so I can paint a beautiful painting of rain, lavender fields, and a single willow tree.

I love violent storms. The more wind the better. Most of my happiest memories happened during rain. Bus rides, staying at my Grama's, and the power going out. On those days I'd get out candles read Inkheart and take a break from all the television, people, and phone calls.
"Bliss" Yes. Here in my region of Australia I suffered through a 6 year drought. Then we had one of the rainiest seasons on record. I was so amazing.
Rain is really nice, but I gotta say, when its nighttime, and snowing outside, and its just the most utter silence ever, thats amazing.
Having the chimney on, a cup of hot steamy coffee, comfy clothes, and a window to see how the rain falls in the background just forms my true heaven

Thank you for making these videos. This one is particularly helpful - glaringly, hot sunny days make me feel so depressed and I yearn for rain. People think I'm strange, and I don't care about that. But it helps to understand there's actually a reason for my NEED for, and greatest happiness with, rain.
In the midwest, summer rain is the best rain, its warm, the thunder is one of the sounds that doesnt make me want to curl up in a ball and cry, its relaxing, I love to sit, in the rain and just...breathe...its a relaxing thing. I have a large family, we just moved to the northwest, the rain is cold up here, rarely any thunder, too many things, my siblings make too many noises, too many lights, it's a suffocating sensation

What gets to me is not the loudness, it is the chaos. It is hard to sift through it all, especially when it is all coming at you at the same time. Even sitting between 2 different conversations and having one in each ear is overwhelming. Especially if they are both interesting enough to warrant attention.
Loud is fine as long as it is one source.
My ideal environment is snuggled in bed with a window next to it so I can look through it with music quietly playing in the background as a thunderstorm does it’s thing. It’s so blissful

i love rain cuz rain always reminds my brother who died in cancer. on the first week of march the first rainy season in the philippines my brother and i go to hospital for his illness he was confined and at that day it was rain. when we got the result of his cancer stage it was rain when under session of chemo another day of rainy days. when he feel his pain it always rain..... after a month we decided to go home for his last month then it rain he died on my side i know it will rain 🌧 rain reminds me of my brother when i feel my broken and negative mindset it always rain and i know my brother was ther for me to comfort my world of pain....

I'm an ENFP and i always love rain, not only introverts love rain, some extroverts secretly love them too! Well, I'm not really that talk ative but whenever there's a party then i was on bliss with people around but I'm always fine being alone and i find being alone pleasing too like being with others is being happy. Don't know. Maybe my personality ain't right but yeah i love rain since i was a child and i always love them!

Those are the best days, Dark and cloudy, raining all day while playing my Xbox One (and soon PC), and watching UA-cam and Movies. I like the regular sunny days too. Tbh I'd love it if every weekday was sunny and beautiful while weekends were rainy and relaxing. Being an introvert is such a great thing, cherish it rather than release it

Yes, I mean, I'm from southern Canada (less snow than everywhere else), but I love snow. There's still plenty to go around and alpine skiing is just inexplicably awesome, right?
I was born on a January stormy blistering night so maybe that explains why I feel so in tune with rain and gloomy weather in general . I just feel safe and home when it starts to rain or if the sky is gray( I also LOVE lightning and thunder) so soothing and cozy . I usually feel down when it's sunny and don't feel like going out . I just hate light lol
