I really hope you find this comment. This is by far one of the best UA-cam channels regarding healing I have encountered. It’s so genuine and no bullshit. Not telling us what we want to hear but what we need to hear. The channel is focused on healing and personal growth. I watched 3 different videos and I immediately bought the healing course. I am so excited for my journey over the next few months to heal and grow and move forward. This video gives clear instructions that we should heal and hope for a reconnection but not after they’ve been with someone else. It’s so sincere, you can feel it in his voice. I sent one last message to her today. Making it clear that I was going to focus on my growth, and character development over the next few months and if our paths crossed again, perhaps we can’t start something new, but the moment that someone else is involved (on either end) the possibility of reconciliation dies forever. I would have taken him back if he took the time to grow and heal himself. But after telling me that he has another woman in his life, not even a month after breaking up me, and him telling me that she is more grateful than me i am too hurt to take him back. I gave him 4 years, and he didn't respect me. I told him that hurts deep, its basically cheating. But for him he doesn't see it that way since he broke up with me and is no longer with me. The spiritual connection part is true- we were together over 20 years! Felt inseparable. Nowadays 8 out of 10 women will eventually get bored and monkey branch. 1 out of 10 will end the relationship and rebound, and the last 1 out of 10 is the unicorn who is committed, loyal, and will work through things and grow together, improving together. We supposed to look for the unicorn? I don’t know what to do anymore. The commitment of our parents era is basically gone. Especially as I get older, most of the women at my age or even a few years younger are traumatized and have a bunch of bodies. I could date a 23 or 24 year old that isn’t a ho and is family oriented, but that’s a pretty big age gap, and also hard to find. So I’m not sure lol

I’m a prime example. Had a happy family life married to my high school sweetheart, never thought had to worry about this. Had an affair and hurt me even after I tried saving my marriage and family. The thoughts are same about resentment and pain. I remember feeling that when we first dated about her exes can you imagine now. This is an insecure mindset! Our exes were sleeping with ppl before we got with them! & Once we break up we are all free to sleep with who ever we want. We don't control ppl!! Be more secure within yourselves..... Now if someone sleeps with another person while y'all were together yeah leave them & never look back.

Wish I had seen this 9 yrs ago when I took her back. In my case we were (and still are) married and were separated for 2 yrs. The more work I do, the more resentful I am. Prob too late.

If anything she’s into guys who ignore her and mistreat her and even when she’s crying because he’s being mean she’s only wanting him more. Try it out where you don’t get excited with a girl you like and see how she’s doing everything to try to please you more. Women are afraid of commitment when first meeting a guy. My wife is monkey branching to her aunt. Her elderly, well to do, cancer stricken and now childless aunt. I feel like such a sap. I helped her pack after the death of her cousin because her "aunt needed her". I had no idea she was actually leaving me.
***** Need to add to this comment**** Sorry if its long. My Ex asked for the break up a little over 2 months ago. Its been 66 days of No Contact for me so far. We were together for about 4.5 years. Long Distance. I'm in Jersey, shes in Mass. The distance between us was always an issue for her but I had no problem. There is a 17 year difference in age. Me being older. She expressed on several occasions to be married, I have no desire. She pushed constantly me moving up there, I cannot due to work, family and all that goes with that. I never asked her to move here. There are other things I can include in this list but I wont. Just 2 days ago, She posted something on Facebook along with photos of her and another guy spending a long weekend at a resort in RI. I am still friends with her. I am tempted to pull the trigger on blocking her and unfriending her but wanted to hold out a bit longer (90) days or so to see what happens. Obviously she monkey branched me and rebounded to this new guy. Who by the way is a bit younger and lives and works in the same town as her up in Mass. Convenient huh? anyway, I'm torn as to my decision on totally blocking and unfriending her or riding it out on No Contact to see what happens with this rebound. This is so painfully relevant. I just listened to this like 5 times in a row to really absorb it and to hear what I’ve been thinking said by someone else. You’re right. It’s been 6 months and I recently started seeing my ex going to my gym with another guy. It pisses me off so much because we were so in love. She repeatedly told me she wanted to marry me and loved me and wanted kids. Even the day before she discarded me she told me she really missed me and loved me. Then the next day….a dozen excuses for why she never wanted to see me again. Half of which either were just things she had swore she loved and appreciated about me but now hated. The other half were either not relevant to our relationship or were easily fixable, yet she wanted to fix nothing and wouldn’t listen to solutions. She made up her mind without giving it a chance. She slowly became cold over the next week then cut me off. I only reached out once before I saw her in the gym five months later. She was so mean and treated me like I was a horrible boyfriend and a diseased plague. She avoided even walking anywhere near me in the gym and I even saw her run out of a movie theater when she saw me sitting in the middle row with my daughter before a movie started. I switch between hating her and loving her constantly and I’m so angry and depressed despite the amount of time that has passed. I haunts me every time I think of this guy with her enjoying her in every way I used to. It’s not fair and it makes me question my worth daily. Even during the break up she told me what a good man I was as she cried in my arms. I just want to be so angry at how she has treated me but I can’t understand why she would go from being head over heels in love to hating me overnight. And then having the guts to tell me she never loved me and to leave her alone when I tried to say hi to her in the gym before I saw she was with a guy.

It doesn’t help that there are very few real options to date out here and her and I always believed we were so lucky finding each other and falling for each other the first day we met.

I think I know what kinda woman you were dealing with, this are the women who are desperately looking for love and fall in love really quick once they find you. They do not focus on themselves and promise a family and kids but theyre really a mess. This is what Im going thru after she ended things with me she couldnt really take some time for herself, she hopped onto someone was with him for a month and then found another one on dating apps and keeps jumping around, unfortunately I still live with her because of our baby but this women are always looking for validation once you stop giving them that they leave.

All my love has turned into total resentment . Nowadays 8 out of 10 women will eventually get bored and monkey branch. 1 out of 10 will end the relationship and rebound, and the last 1 out of 10 is the unicorn who is committed, loyal, and will work through things and grow together, improving together. We supposed to look for the unicorn? I don’t know what to do anymore. The commitment of our parents era is basically gone. Especially as I get older, most of the women at my age or even a few years younger are traumatized and have a bunch of bodies. I could date a 23 or 24 year old that isn’t a ho and is family oriented, but that’s a pretty big age gap, and also hard to find. So I’m not sure lol

I’m a prime example. Had a happy family life married to my high school sweetheart, never thought had to worry about this. Had an affair and hurt me even after I tried saving my marriage and family. The thoughts are same about resentment and pain. I remember feeling that when we first dated about her exes can you imagine now. It’s hard to let go of your family and part of it is thinking love forgiveness and healing is everything. Fact2 is the pos that they destroy your life for.
Same here. But like 7 different dudes over a 7 year period. I'm absolutely permanently damaged psychologically and emotionally for the rest of my life. It never goes away, that pain is there like a recovering addicts cravings ....forever!!!

This is an insecure mindset! Our exes were sleeping with ppl before we got with them! & Once we break up we are all free to sleep with who ever we want. We don't control ppl!! Be more secure within yourselves..... Now if someone sleeps with another person while y'all were together yeah leave them & never look back.

Wish I had seen this 9 yrs ago when I took her back. In my case we were (and still are) married and were separated for 2 yrs. The more work I do, the more resentful I am. Prob too late.

***** Need to add to this comment**** Sorry if its long. My Ex asked for the break up a little over 2 months ago. Its been 66 days of No Contact for me so far. We were together for about 4.5 years. Long Distance. I'm in Jersey, shes in Mass. The distance between us was always an issue for her but I had no problem. There is a 17 year difference in age. Me being older. She expressed on several occasions to be married, I have no desire. She pushed constantly me moving up there, I cannot due to work, family and all that goes with that. I never asked her to move here. There are other things I can include in this list but I wont.
Just 2 days ago, She posted something on Facebook along with photos of her and another guy spending a long weekend at a resort in RI. I am still friends with her. I am tempted to pull the trigger on blocking her and unfriending her but wanted to hold out a bit longer (90) days or so to see what happens. Obviously she monkey branched me and rebounded to this new guy. Who by the way is a bit younger and lives and works in the same town as her up in Mass. Convenient huh? anyway, I'm torn as to my decision on totally blocking and unfriending her or riding it out on No Contact to see what happens with this rebound. This is so painfully relevant. I just listened to this like 5 times in a row to really absorb it and to hear what I’ve been thinking said by someone else.
You’re right. It’s been 6 months and I recently started seeing my ex going to my gym with another guy. It pisses me off so much because we were so in love. She repeatedly told me she wanted to marry me and loved me and wanted kids. Even the day before she discarded me she told me she really missed me and loved me.
Then the next day….a dozen excuses for why she never wanted to see me again. Half of which either were just things she had swore she loved and appreciated about me but now hated. The other half were either not relevant to our relationship or were easily fixable, yet she wanted to fix nothing and wouldn’t listen to solutions. She made up her mind without giving it a chance. She slowly became cold over the next week then cut me off.
I only reached out once before I saw her in the gym five months later. She was so mean and treated me like I was a horrible boyfriend and a diseased plague. She avoided even walking anywhere near me in the gym and I even saw her run out of a movie theater when she saw me sitting in the middle row with my daughter before a movie started.
I switch between hating her and loving her constantly and I’m so angry and depressed despite the amount of time that has passed. I haunts me every time I think of this guy with her enjoying her in every way I used to. It’s not fair and it makes me question my worth daily. Even during the break up she told me what a good man I was as she cried in my arms. I just want to be so angry at how she has treated me but I can’t understand why she would go from being head over heels in love to hating me overnight. And then having the guts to tell me she never loved me and to leave her alone when I tried to say hi to her in the gym before I saw she was with a guy.
Whatever u do do no under any circumstance take her back if her current relationship ends. Block her.

@@A23-e9d Thanks for your kind words. I really am broken. It hurts seeing her and then feeling her shun me only to go laugh and smile and be happy with some other guy. It doesn’t help that there are very few real options to date out here and her and I always believed we were so lucky finding each other and falling for each other the first day we met.

I think I know what kinda woman you were dealing with, this are the women who are desperately looking for love and fall in love really quick once they find you. They do not focus on themselves and promise a family and kids but theyre really a mess. This is what Im going thru after she ended things with me she couldnt really take some time for herself, she hopped onto someone was with him for a month and then found another one on dating apps and keeps jumping around, unfortunately I still live with her because of our baby but this women are always looking for validation once you stop giving them that they leave.

I guess it's true that our phones really do listen to us. I'm in the thick of it right now. After 2 and 1/2 month break up and her having a rebound relationship, yes they had sex, she's come back asking to be with me again.
As heartbreaking and painful as it can be ,stand your ground 💪, and tell your ex to f@@k off , there aren't words to describe how much I loved and cared for my ex , the pain I'm going through after a 15 year relationship is just immense, I accepted her back twice before, and 3 weeks ago she did it again, and this time round it's been traumatic, believe me !!! All my love has turned into total resentment . So pls get the necessary strength to refuse her straight away , you'll be saving yourself from further and greater pain cause each time it'll get worse, and the one thing that you must keep in mind is that she's been with someone else ,thus violating the sacred temple you had in the relationship, like coach himself said , it's now contaminated!!
