It is still important to remember that every relationship is unique, so you can generally not draw conclusions how to handle your own situation just based on the videos or the quiz. In real life things may be often much more complicated. When trying to get someone back, you should not use any tricks or anything like that. Just try to remember how things were when you started dating. Then try to figure out what went wrong and what you should have done different. When you have this information, you have already a starting point to fix things. Important is also to remember, that breakups could be long lasting (months, years) before your ex starts to see you in a different light. Based on own experience, I recommend that you try to find a good coach to "navigate" during the most difficult time after the breakup. Talking to friends or family could be disastrous, so I don't recommend that if you are not sure that they will support you. Mostly family and friends will try to tell bs like "an ex is an ex for a reason" which is true, but still totally useles sentence. Your ex was also your spouse for a reason, remember that.
Hi! That's true and you've made some good points there. My tips, however, are designed based on human psychology and attraction. i.e.: The no contact rule. Cutting off communication is often very useful to your situation if you've just been dumped and it works as opposed to bugging an ex or trying to talk your way out of a breakup like some people do, in the hopes to change their ex's mind. Oh jeeze... 😢 I was relatively clueless and getting a lot of mixed signals from my ex. @breakupbradbrowning yeah, I did leave her because I let a lot of things get to me and I was interpreting the wrong way. I want absolute no contact, but with no intention of going back at first. I broke no contact after about 5 months. I forgot about all the mean things that she said and I missed all the good times we had and missed the connection we had. At first I wanted to just check on her but then as we were talking, my feelings reignited. We were speaking for quite a while but I made several mistakes. I was misinterpreting her mixed signals, I started to try to rush things and I gave her foolish ultimatums when she was still having trust issues and pushing me away. The situation kept getting worse after I discovered the Facebook that she made behind my back and I finally found out about it 6 months after she created it and it never was something I was going to just accept and I finally made the decision to never speak to her again because she felt it was more important to keep secrets behind my back and operate a Facebook wall that was strictly friends only that she hand-picked the people to be on and did not want me seeing or being a part of.

He has mixed up emotions which is more common than you think. You know, this kind of behaviour coming from your ex is somewhat expected after a fresh/recent breakup. That's why you ought to give it enough time where there's totally no contact between you and your ex for at least 30 days. If you're hellbent on trying to work things out, let me just set expectations that it's a tough battle for sure with kid/s involved and/or usually other responsibilities still tied to your ex, but it's best you do limited contact or what I call the dynamic "no contact" rule. Your questionnaire needs more option c choices on some of your questions. Therefore your analysis is skewed and faulty. ie: maybe you haven't met family yet. There's no choice other than meeting family. The score therefore will be faulty. Just one example.

If you're hellbent on trying to work things out, let me just set expectations that it's a tough battle for sure with kid/s involved and/or usually other responsibilities still tied to your ex, but it's best you do limited contact or what I call the dynamic "no contact" rule.
