    Oh yeah, this workout killed me! Good stuff brother! I can tell I've spent waaay too much time defending from the bottom. Off the back I feel strong, but those top drills with the pushing really burned my shoulders out. This was a great workout even without the burpees ; ). Nice spider guard and v-frame drills too! You're awesome - thanks for the start to my day with a good workout!

    Thanks for the well descriptive video. Even as a beginner who just wants to do this for mobile and endurance, I find this perfect and well balanced

    Just found this workout, man did this one burn those leg muscles, really enjoyed it. I have also managed to get to s-sweeps finally working, eventually i figured out what my hips were for. Great workout, love this channel.

      @@JiuJitsuFLO Only thing that could really be improved is the audio could be better. Also if i were you I'd add a single commercial at the beginning so you can make money off it. haha Other than that, i just wanna fly out and take the class in person!!

      @@JiuJitsuFLOI think the whole workout in general. For example, the exercises for legs is hard, but I know that it is very useful for "iron guard" :) And it's good that there are many different trainings on the channel, because e.g. today i want to do a hard workout and tomorrow more ''quiet" workout for mobility, stretching, breathing.

      @@JiuJitsuFLO Yes. This exercise is good, the problem is me haha. I had a knee operation years ago, generally I have no problems but in this exercise I have a hard time getting off the ground, I really have to build up good momentum.
