      I was sharing a physical complaint with my fit daughter and she reminded me age (also 62!) is not an excuse! Increasing strength training and consistent movement is preventative against "age" related issues! There are a number of programs on UA-cam but I love Juice and Toya! 😍

      @@amber.miscellaneous but I've seen a number of workouts posted by others on UA-cam and those have no ads, so I really don't know how it works but the ads really interrupt my flow ; )

    When I was 40, I was in the best shape of my life. Now at 53, I am in the worst shape of my life. I started using your videos daily, and my goal is to get back to using 25lb. dumbells within 3 months. I love the flow, and it is a nice mix of exercises that keeps me interested, and despite my body's desire to revolt, after two weeks I already notice a difference in stamina and strength. Great job you two!

    I want you to know that I love the format of these workouts and the fact that they include a warm-up and cool down section. It makes it so much easier for me to focus on the workout itself.

    From the other side of the Pacific(Taiwan)~i've been doing the full body workouts for last 8 months! Really love every single workout that helps me pump up muscles. I lose 10 kgs and will keep sticking with Juice and Toya's workouts!

    I am so happy that I found you guys! I used to lift weights but had an injury so I stopped for a while. I stopped going to my gym back when Covid hit and just have been doing workouts from home.     Good morning guys ❤ totally love your work outs which really challenge me, especially the hold moves in some of the moves 😂. But I've finished and feel good for the rest of the day 😊.     Omg I thought this be a nice workout not to hard to get back into a routine. I was breathing hard after 5 mins. Felt great though. I forgot how great your workouts are.     Hi, i am beginning this workout today. Im 63kg with a high body fat % of 37. I will report after 30 days. Wish me luck.
    Edit: 2nd week, im 61.5kg with 35.5% body fat. Slowly!
