Almond Banana Cake - How to make soft almond banana cake! / No oil, No butter, No milk

- Hi, welcome to BREADAY!
This is an almond banana cake recipe. It doesn't have any oil, butter, and milk, so it's quite healthy! And it's soft inside and full of banana and cinnamon. Let's bake rich almond cake with me:)
Please notice that the almond powder I used is consisted of 95% of almond and 5% of flour.

[Ingredients]
2 large eggs
180g Almond powder
80g of mashed banana
40g of brown sugar
3g of cinnamon powder
1g of salt
Sliced banana for decoration (optional)
[Instructions]
1. Preheat an oven to 356°F(180°C).
2. Mash 80g of banana and set aside.
3. Beat two eggs gently.
4. Mix egg and mashed banana well.
5. Add sugar and salt into the egg mixture and mix together.
6. Sift almond powder and cinnamon powder into it and mix it.
7. Pour the batter into an oven pan. Don't forget to grease the pan before pouring the batter. Also, remove some air inside and make the batter even.
8. Put some sliced banana on top of the batter. (optional)
9. Bake it at 338°F(170°C) for 40-45 minutes.
10. Enjoy this soft almond banana cake :)

I'm using tiny oven, so I don't make a bunch of bread. So you can adjust the ingredients if you want to bake more or less bread.
