    Yo Alexis just going to write a little paragraph about how you’ve helped me, hope it reaches you.
    I’m 26 and I work 8am to 4:30pm (Mon-Fri) at a virology lab in a small town in Ontario Canada. Everyday after work I come home and start my workout routine with your 10min ab workout. It’s been almost 2 years since I’ve started doing this and I feel great both physically and mentally. I don’t know what it is about your video but somehow it’s become part of my routine and life and it’s random but so cool.

      There are many other fitness programs which are up here for free, like Lilly Sabri's or Rachel Gulotta's. Maybe try them out ;)

    i love alexis, she's so supportive in the best way possible. I started doing her beach butt and ab workouts a year ago and saw such an amazing difference in my body that I hadn't seen in a few years. she makes them hard but they're not agonizing in my opinion. will always support her

    That was AWSOME! I don’t even know how many times I’ve tried to exercise with videos like this and I gave up just because I can’t do a move or I need to take a break. Because you know, in all the other videos girls do all of the things so perfectly that I usually feel bad. But you stopped, you took a break, you get tired and I stopped with you, I took a break but I kept going and I can’t believe, I just finished your workout! Girl, thank you so much, I feel so fucking proud of myself.

    I know you posted this one month ago but that was one of the best workouts I’ve had in awhile not only physically but mentally by the way you were talking. I really hope u upload some more like this as I understand you have to pay for it but yeh just letting you know you really are helping me.

    I didn't know I needed this until I completed the workout. I love the affirmations and mindset. It brought to my attention that I should work on my mental health more. I actually started to cry during the stretches but it made me feel a lot better. Thank you.

    Alexis, even though this was a HIT workout, it was also very .. relaxing? And freeing ? And omg .. you’re doing so amazing...your beautiful soul makes these feel more than just a workout, and more like a soothing experience. Love this & you! 💛🙏🏻🍃

    I just want to let you know I’ve started your Alexis ren ab workout 2 years ago and it’s a daily routine I do it everyday along with Chloe ting and Gabriella whites leg workout as well as running 2 miles on the weekends I just wanna let you know how much you’ve helped me physically I practically have abs because of you ❤️

    I really love this workout. It's not too hard and there are modifiers to make it more or less difficult. I like variations in movement and how it's not 80% cardio like most full body HIIT workouts and how there's a really good stretch flow after. And not to sound like a weirdo but your voice is very calming. 💜

    Hey Alexis, I just wanna say thanks for this video. I did this workout multiple times whenever I needed to release stress, cuz life is really hard currently. Your calming voice almost made me cry while stretching and it honestly feels amazing to let go like that.

    Idk why some of y’all complaining of this workout cuz if u want to see real fast results, the time is the key. Literally saw a news saying that we should workout at least 1 hour 3 times a week. If u want to see fast results, you’ll workout every day for 1 hour but also eating enough protein like don’t starve yourself.

    I always get such fast and great results from your videos!! Absolutely loved the 10min abs workout. Please could you provide some sort of time /length of each workout? It really helps me to not stop short because I have no clue how long I've got left!. Also if you could show us the move before going straight into it that would be amazing too.....?     Honestly I might start doing this work out when school starts because I'm also in athletics and I think doing this will help . But right now I'm doing a ten minute abb work out from this channel and it's been 8 days now and it's been good and im seeing results

    Be careful with that squat where you put your knees together. If you have a previous knee injury, like I do, you can reinjure yourself with that move!

    Heyyyyyy i decided to do that workout starting tomorrow cuz it’s really late at night right now :( i will do the workout everyday but i’ll update weekly because its pointless to do it every single day.
    My height:169 cm
    My weight:53 kg
    My measurements: 90-65-91
    I dont try to lose weight because i’m quite skinny but im really so out of shape 😣 my goal with this challenge is to get more toned and especially lose my lower belly fat!! 😭 like my comment to be updated and i can do daily updates as well if wanted. 🤩( my english might be very bad )

      A little update: this workout is actually kinda easy 😅 literally like a workout you would do before school or work to feel refreshed. Kelly gale has a better 45 min full body workout and it makes you sweat like crazy. Her workout had made me lose 5 kg in a month (55 to 50) without diet (i obv gained it back because of inconsistency and bad diet last couple of months :((( ) but im still going to do this workout because i love alexis
