Starting 65.5kg Day 1: sweating like a pig. Needs to lot of motivation to keep going. I sweat more in 20 min treadmill. But this workout takes care of hitting all parts of the body. Great great session. 2 days break. Weekend. Day 2: Body gave up multiple times. Shivering and ready to lie low but mind pushed back and finished the entire session. Eye burning, mouth salty but so proud after the completion. What a great session. Day 3: Almost finished all the sets. Replaced the easy ones with leg raises, mountain climbers, scissor legs etc. turned off AC for max sweat secretion. What a great session. Day 4: was caught up with work. Did workout around 12.50 am. Tried sucking stomach in for some of the sets. Was difficult. Will try tomorrow again. Day 5: reduced break to 5 sec. Abs are burning af. No weight loss as of today morning but feeling great. Trouser are getting lose. Tummy has toned. Not able to tighten core though. 3 days break. Had gel therapy. Can't sweat. Did 8k steps. Weight 64.9 kg Day 6: didn’t sweat as much. Getting stronger haha. Changed diet to protein, fibre and watery fruits. Motivated to see the scale going down. Day 7: was weak today. Stomach pain cause of high fibre diet. Yet somehow finished the workout, post 8k walk. Gave a break as i was feeling weak n losing muscle mass. So I started strength training to train my body not to lose muscle. Day 8: felt easy. Didn’t do any modifications, just proceeded as is. Enjoyed it to the core. Did after almost a week. Great session. Weight: 61.9 kg Day 9: 14 more days to go. Love love.

Btw I’m 15 and in a professional ballet program, so my progress might be quicker than others. Remember this is only for motivation, not to compare! Loving it so far, it gets easier and passes by quicker by the day! I will only be do this until January fourth, but i will tell you how it goes until then!!! I am also doing some physio exercises and 9 minute ab workout everyday along with this.
I cannot imagine how many calories I burned from this workout. This was a serious cardio workout 🥵. I can't wait to see what the rest of the 21-day challenge will be like.

Today I tried this workout and it exhausted me to the bones. It feels new again because I’m out of workouts for 2 months.😂I hope it helps me to lose weight again.❣️
Day 1 - done. It was pretty hard. Had to make a break 1 day cuz my body hurted. Day 2 - my body hurted so bad but i did it. Day 3 - it was so good. i felt so good after workout Day 4 - i skipped one day, so this one was kinda hard. I’m feeling good
I have decided to do the 21 day challenge so I will do this workout for 21 days. Every day I will come back and update you on my results! My starting weight is 9st and 1b 1/4 but I think I am a little higher, I will also be doing some other exercises as well as this one though :) Day 1= Burned 322 calories, did this exercise straight after breakfast so burned off breakfast kcals and extra 💪. I must admit I had a few stops in between each exercise but I stayed strong and did the whole 30 mins!!
Day 2= Burned 256 calories, I have realised now that this is the normal number because on day 1 I walked my dog before hand, lacked off a bit today though but I still made it all the way through! Was very busy today so I was tired and I ate quite badly today because of Easter chocolate :(. However I have come up with a way to portion out my Easter chocolate to make it more healthy and efficient. Will weigh myself tomorrow but I don’t have high hopes in any changes due to my bad habits…

Day 1 done! I'm not too fit at the moment plus I've got hand surgery and I'm still recovering but I've managed to finish this! I usually give up but this one is so good. Looking forward to smash day 2.

this is the first time ive finished this workout - as well as the first time i have ever done it. and let me tell you, i am sweating and so tired! it's been a while since i last finished such a workout and i am feeling good! I have struggled to lose weight lately and im sure that this will help me, thank you so much!
@@thisbichgotlost I've lost like 20kgs since last year but that's because of other reasons other than this workout. Started with this and moved on to different things. Remember that working out is only 10% of losing weight and the rest is food ❤

Thank you @Annoukkkkc great workout. I’m seeing fantastic results with No bad addiction, I started with the 7 day challenge, did it 3 times. Then did the 14 day summer shredding one 3 times and now I’m in the 21 challenge. The reason I did it 3 times each session is because I always struggled to finish even tough I did every time. Every week I see and feel different, I love how it works every muscle in your body. At my old age I feel and look great….. thank u 💪🏻💓
Day1: could complete it till 20:18 Also took a longer break in between. Body is literally shivering. Day2- completed 2 rounds without taking extra breaks. After that my body couldn't go on. Day 3,4,5: caught a fever Day 6: completed till 25:23
i have done this 21 day challenge and i have seen markable difference in my body and face too it has gotten slimer...Just keep this up and don't give up
@@vfamilykitchen6486 i just keep on doing workouts because i loved doing it and it helps me getting things over my mind and after that i notice my waist getting slimer even face and clothes were getting loose and when i see my previous pics there was a noticeable difference
Back in high school (9 years ago) I would work out and run 5 miles a day play basketball ect. I say that to say in just that amount of time or less you can become very unhealthy and out of shape. This workout was a struggle for me because I haven’t been working out or doing cardio as much due to grieving the loss of my grandmother, juggling being a mom, work and my passion of doing music but I’m here in the comments to say YOU CAN DO IT NO MATTER THE OBSTACLES . I actually completed this! I’m also proud to say that I’m 3 week’s nicotine free from quitting cigarettes cold turkey 😊 and just like cigarettes getting yourself to get up and active is a mind thing. JUST DO IT. It’s no excuse people! Get your big backs up and get active 💗 I enjoyed doing this workout very much. Thanks for posting.

21 day challenge accepted Starting : 59 kgs (132 lbs) Goal : 52 kgs (115 lbs) Ending : Day 1: I felt very energized after this and it felt good. I slacked a bit on one of the excersizes and took a longer break between round 2 and 3 but finished the video. Day 2: I took today as my rest day. Only because I forgot to do it. Well I didn't forget I was putting it off lol. I'll ne back tmr. Day 3: same. A little sore today but still finished. Day 4: slacked a little on one exceraize but still finished. Don't see any results. Day 5: went well. Felt stronger and didn't stop in the middle. Day 6: went well. A little sore today but overall.good. finished all the way. Day 7: I wanted to quit so bad today but I pushed through. I didn't modify any workouts like I did day 1 and 2 but I did take a extra break at 18.01. (Ill give yall a break for a week but ill keep doing it) Final dayyy: Basically I haven't been updating but I lost a couple of kgs and am almost a size smaller in clothes. I noticed the difference but cannot weigh because I don't have a scale. But good workout. I recommend doing of you can stay consistent! Good luck! * I want to note a couple of things, first I am eating healthy and doing the 80/20 rule. Secondly I am 16 and have been working out for a year and a half but have stopped and recently started again. I will be doing water fasts but only on the weekends and I will be taking 3 days off a week. 2 for running and 1 for rest. I will be eating around 1,200- 1,500 cals a day with daily 30 minute walks. I will be drinking lots of water. I wanted to say these things to let you know that results and progress is differnt for everyone and many factors change results so don't compare.*

I liked the pace of that one, no too hard on my arms, or my hips or any part of my body. It wasn't too painful to follow (tho I did some low impact when I couldn't lol)

Im 5’9 200 pounds i was 155 before i started eating a bunch of fatty foods and it just became a aprt of my diet which is why ive gained all that weight and i do not want to be fat so i found this video today and i did it even though i only lasted 20 minutes lol but im so happy i did. I will do this everyday for the rest of my life l hope today is the start of my new journey i pray god wakes me up with the motivation every single day 🙏🏽 this was super fun! I feel great
@@mahnoor_069 Yes just eating 2-Roti/Chapattis with veggies after breaking Fast at 12pm or 1pm and in Evening time black coffee with no sugar and then dinner 1-2 Rotis with veggies that's it. Apart from this 25 mints workout everyday after having black coffee and 6k steps walking after dinner.
I decided to do this challenge from today, I weigh 70 kg's and I need to loose some. Hope this challenge will help me. Day one: I could do only up to 3rd set's 1st exercise Day two: I could do only upto 3rd set's 3rd exercise(It was hard for me....having a mental breakdown but It'll be okay...making my future self will be proud)
Doing this workout for the next 21 days Day 1✅: it was very hard to push myself till the end but I did it . Day 2✅: completed it fully . Cannot master the whole workout in a day so doing it at my own pace Day 3✅: I've started to do the excercises more properly as it's getting less difficult by the day. More sweat now Day 4✅: couldn't finish doing the last 3 exercises cuz I tried doing a different workout before this. Day 5✅: completed Day 6❌:took a break bcz i wasn't well. Still completed 10000 steps and some skipping Day 7✅ Day 8❌ Day 9✅couldnt complete the full exercise bcz i was tired (as i did 30 squats today🥲) Day 21: forgot to update but yes I've been following this for days now . Although I did miss a few days here and there but I'm still going. 2 months later update: I've lost almost 4 kgs

I've encountered so many channels, and this is a channel having almost everything I need. I lost 18 kg by doing various workouts from this channel four times a week. And I can say if I can do it, anyone can do it too! Of course, I will participate in this challenge and today is my day 1. I am looking forward to seeing another 20 days workout!
This workout is an advance one. I have done HIIT workout before but this one is very intense. I had moments where I was about to cry and had moments where I almost gave up. I do not know whether I'll be able to keep up with this workout but let's stay optimistic.
I LOVED this. Honestly this is the best cardio i have done so far, i hardly took any breaks and this was so fun to do..i stopped dong cardio for a while and it felt good to really move and challenge myself again☺.

today was my first day that i started this challenge and i can t believe i did it. i am so capable.. so i will write here the progress, unfortunately i dont have a scale to weight myself so i will write my curent weight, the way i am feeling and when i finish the 21 challenge i will weigh myself. So... 1st day: 114. i feel so fresh, i was in a really bad state of mind but this workout showed myself i am really capable and its me vs me. 2nd day: I didnt have my full potential but fortunately i did it. 3rd day: i did more than i was capable the first two days and was more intense. i guess consistency is the key. i really surprised myself.

29/07 Starting at 55.5 kgs Day 1- completed 2 rounds, was feeling too sweaty and tired for round 3 as my body’s too stiff and i haven’t worked out in so long Day 2-
this is honestly crazy. i was already running out of breath in the first two exercises, so, i had to stop and drink some water before restarting from the top again. i focused more on my breathing and yeah i definitely did a lot better than the first try. but then again i kept on struggling, i feel that my whole body was trembling and im literally like hyperventilating, sweating like crazy. i had to stop cause i dont feel really good at that point, i was getting all dizzy. i could barely stand loool this is a crazy workout but its definitely not for me. but im proud of myself for trying and made it 'til round 2 🥳 (im a beginner and i weigh 58kg btw.) * really envious and admire those who can do all of these, good luck yall.
I am starting 15 days challenge.... Day: 01 - 87.85 kgs 😢 Did only round 1 and some other excercise for thighs ...... Day: 02 - 86.4 kgs 😮 Did only round two and some excercise for thighs (same as day 1 ) Day: 03 - 86.55 kgs 😅 No exercise cuz I have to go somewhere so I can't do. Hi. For the past 4 years I have tried to lose weight and failed. But i learned many things. So i want to tell you what i learned so that you don't do the same mistakes. 1. At first you don't need a diet. Just eat at the same hours. Eat only when you are hungry and try to eat healthy. Sugar and fat are ok If you do it in moderation. Eat only until you are full, no more. Cut in half the amount of ice cream or chocolate you eat in one seating. Eat less fast food. 2. Don't follow 2 weeks abs workouts. Take full body workouts that you like and don't don't do them for only 2 weeks do them for as long as they help then do others, keep working out. Do 3 days workout, one day rest, do less impact exercises at first and then the hard ones and If you like and feel the workout is easy add weights to it. Walking is the best! 3. Don't compare yourself to others. The only one you need to compare yourself is yesterday you. Even If you didn't finish the full workout be happy, you strated it and that is all that matters. 4. Think about genetics when you feel as If your progress is slow, each body is diferent. 5. Enjoy it. Feel happy. Working out shouldn't be a chore, do it because you love it. 6. Love your body now and you will love it even more at the end. Only when you love your body from the start, it will work. Trust me on this one. You got this! All i said comes from someone that isn't at the desired weight but i love my body and i am doing it for my health and happines. Looking good is an added bonus;). Sorry for the bad english.
I am starting this 21 trip because my now ex cheated on me, with an excuse that he's looking for a perfect woman, which apparently I am not. I want revenge. Day 1: 58kg I feel absolutely exhausted, the 1 round quite easy but through 2 and 3 round I feel like killing myself. I finished all of the exercises and yes, during 2 and 3 round I did some of them slower or easier simply because I couldn't lift my legs anymore 😵💫 now I am back to drinking water, see you guys tomorrow. Day 2: I am soo exhausted, I feel like today was even harder than yesterday but I am not giving up! I'm full of motivation and sweat 😅 as if I'm threatening myself. It's quite late at night since I was working late but! I'll see you guys tomorrow! :D Day 3: Rest day to let muscles regenerate since I am a beginner. Day 4: Still swimming in sweat BUT today the exercises felt a tiny bit easier and quicker! 💪🏻 I didn't need any additional breaks and completed all of the exercises in given time. Maybe I did them slower but that's called progres 😁 see you tomorrow!

Hey girl 40 kg is actually underweight don't aim for being skinny aim for fit and healthy body . 51 kg is not overweight i am not saying don't workout but iam saying goal for fit body not a skinny body 😊 I also started working out and i am skinny girl and i feel weak so i am trying to build strength I hope this help

I am sorry for what are you going through People are mean you know what some people never appreciate you how perfect you they always try to degrade you but course you can have the body you want by working on right direction you want slim things you can have but i am trying to say be fit also eat healthy drink enough water i hear same people starve themselves don't do that that's make body weak work on your every body part with cardio take rest day and also do flexibility exercises some day's to prevent injury and also focus on your studies work on what you want to see your self in future i can advice you that because i am 23 old i wish i do these things when i was in your age . Fit body and working on your goal is most important in this age . Also love your self ❤ working out is very good keep going 💪

Day1 ✅ I didn’t have energy to do round 3 it was so difficult for me it’s been a while I didn’t do any exercises
Day2 ✅ I was so tiered but I still did all rounds 😍
Day3 ✅ it was so easy 🤭 I feel I lose some weight
Days 4 😢✅ only one round it was hard and my period just come today I’ll go for 5000 steps instead of 2 another round
Day 5 ✅ done but with another exercise Burn 500 calories in 20 min its in her channel

Today I tried this workout and it exhausted me to the bones. It feels new again because I’m out of workouts for 2 months.😂I hope it helps me to lose weight again.❣️
Day 1 - done. It was pretty hard. Had to make a break 1 day cuz my body hurted.
Day 2 - my body hurted so bad but i did it.
Day 3 - it was so good. i felt so good after workout

I have decided to do the 21 day challenge so I will do this workout for 21 days. Every day I will come back and update you on my results! My starting weight is 9st and 1b 1/4 but I think I am a little higher, I will also be doing some other exercises as well as this one though :)
Day 1= Burned 322 calories, did this exercise straight after breakfast so burned off breakfast kcals and extra 💪. I must admit I had a few stops in between each exercise but I stayed strong and did the whole 30 mins!!
Day 2= Burned 256 calories, I have realised now that this is the normal number because on day 1 I walked my dog before hand, lacked off a bit today though but I still made it all the way through! Was very busy today so I was tired and I ate quite badly today because of Easter chocolate :(. However I have come up with a way to portion out my Easter chocolate to make it more healthy and efficient. Will weigh myself tomorrow but I don’t have high hopes in any changes due to my bad habits…

Thank you @Annoukkkkc great workout. I’m seeing fantastic results with No bad addiction, I started with the 7 day challenge, did it 3 times. Then did the 14 day summer shredding one 3 times and now I’m in the 21 challenge. The reason I did it 3 times each session is because I always struggled to finish even tough I did every time. Every week I see and feel different, I love how it works every muscle in your body. At my old age I feel and look great….. thank u 💪🏻💓

Back in high school (9 years ago) I would work out and run 5 miles a day play basketball ect. I say that to say in just that amount of time or less you can become very unhealthy and out of shape. This workout was a struggle for me because I haven’t been working out or doing cardio as much due to grieving the loss of my grandmother, juggling being a mom, work and my passion of doing music but I’m here in the comments to say YOU CAN DO IT NO MATTER THE OBSTACLES . I actually completed this! I’m also proud to say that I’m 3 week’s nicotine free from quitting cigarettes cold turkey 😊 and just like cigarettes getting yourself to get up and active is a mind thing. JUST DO IT. It’s no excuse people! Get your big backs up and get active 💗 I enjoyed doing this workout very much. Thanks for posting.

One of the best workouts I have ever done! just perfect for my abilities, it's really a challenge but I can do it!

Day 1: I felt very energized after this and it felt good. I slacked a bit on one of the excersizes and took a longer break between round 2 and 3 but finished the video.
Day 2: I took today as my rest day. Only because I forgot to do it. Well I didn't forget I was putting it off lol. I'll ne back tmr.
Day 3: same. A little sore today but still finished.
Day 4: slacked a little on one exceraize but still finished. Don't see any results.
Day 5: went well. Felt stronger and didn't stop in the middle.
Day 6: went well. A little sore today but overall.good. finished all the way.
Day 7: I wanted to quit so bad today but I pushed through. I didn't modify any workouts like I did day 1 and 2 but I did take a extra break at 18.01.
(Ill give yall a break for a week but ill keep doing it)
Final dayyy: Basically I haven't been updating but I lost a couple of kgs and am almost a size smaller in clothes. I noticed the difference but cannot weigh because I don't have a scale. But good workout. I recommend doing of you can stay consistent! Good luck!
* I want to note a couple of things, first I am eating healthy and doing the 80/20 rule. Secondly I am 16 and have been working out for a year and a half but have stopped and recently started again. I will be doing water fasts but only on the weekends and I will be taking 3 days off a week. 2 for running and 1 for rest. I will be eating around 1,200- 1,500 cals a day with daily 30 minute walks. I will be drinking lots of water. I wanted to say these things to let you know that results and progress is differnt for everyone and many factors change results so don't compare.*

I liked the pace of that one, no too hard on my arms, or my hips or any part of my body. It wasn't too painful to follow (tho I did some low impact when I couldn't lol)

Im 5’9 200 pounds i was 155 before i started eating a bunch of fatty foods and it just became a aprt of my diet which is why ive gained all that weight and i do not want to be fat so i found this video today and i did it even though i only lasted 20 minutes lol but im so happy i did. @@mahnoor_069 Yes just eating 2-Roti/Chapattis with veggies after breaking Fast at 12pm or 1pm and in Evening time black coffee with no sugar and then dinner 1-2 Rotis with veggies that's it.
Apart from this 25 mints workout everyday after having black coffee and 6k steps walking after dinner.

This workout is an advance one. I have done HIIT workout before but this one is very intense. I had moments where I was about to cry and had moments where I almost gave up. I do not know whether I'll be able to keep up with this workout but let's stay optimistic.

1st day: 114. i feel so fresh, i was in a really bad state of mind but this workout showed myself i am really capable and its me vs me.
2nd day: I didnt have my full potential but fortunately i did it.
3rd day: i did more than i was capable the first two days and was more intense. i guess consistency is the key. i really surprised myself.
Im just getting into working out (im fifteen) and this is so cool:) Im totally aiming for 21 days but ill be happy if just get more comfortable with exercise!!!!

this is honestly crazy. i was already running out of breath in the first two exercises, so, i had to stop and drink some water before restarting from the top again. i focused more on my breathing and yeah i definitely did a lot better than the first try. but then again i kept on struggling, i feel that my whole body was trembling and im literally like hyperventilating, sweating like crazy. i had to stop cause i dont feel really good at that point, i was getting all dizzy. i could barely stand loool this is a crazy workout but its definitely not for me. but im proud of myself for trying and made it 'til round 2 🥳

1. At first you don't need a diet. Just eat at the same hours. Eat only when you are hungry and try to eat healthy. Sugar and fat are ok If you do it in moderation. Eat only until you are full, no more. Cut in half the amount of ice cream or chocolate you eat in one seating. Eat less fast food.
2. Don't follow 2 weeks abs workouts. Take full body workouts that you like and don't don't do them for only 2 weeks do them for as long as they help then do others, keep working out. Do 3 days workout, one day rest, do less impact exercises at first and then the hard ones and If you like and feel the workout is easy add weights to it. Walking is the best!
3. Don't compare yourself to others. The only one you need to compare yourself is yesterday you. Even If you didn't finish the full workout be happy, you strated it and that is all that matters.
4. Think about genetics when you feel as If your progress is slow, each body is diferent.
5. Enjoy it. Feel happy. Working out shouldn't be a chore, do it because you love it.
6. Love your body now and you will love it even more at the end. Only when you love your body from the start, it will work. Trust me on this one.

I am starting this 21 trip because my now ex cheated on me, with an excuse that he's looking for a perfect woman, which apparently I am not. I want revenge.
Day 1: 58kg
I feel absolutely exhausted, the 1 round quite easy but through 2 and 3 round I feel like killing myself. I finished all of the exercises and yes, during 2 and 3 round I did some of them slower or easier simply because I couldn't lift my legs anymore 😵💫 now I am back to drinking water, see you guys tomorrow.
Day 2:
I am soo exhausted, I feel like today was even harder than yesterday but I am not giving up! I'm full of motivation and sweat 😅 as if I'm threatening myself. It's quite late at night since I was working late but! I'll see you guys tomorrow! :D
Day 3:
Rest day to let muscles regenerate since I am a beginner.
Day 4:
Still swimming in sweat BUT today the exercises felt a tiny bit easier and quicker! 💪🏻 I didn't need any additional breaks and completed all of the exercises in given time. Maybe I did them slower but that's called progres 😁 see you tomorrow!

It’s from Madfit, I don’t how much I weight rn bc I don’t have a scale in my house, but this workout and the 20 min workout are helpful because i sized down in sizes in my clothing

Hey girl 40 kg is actually underweight don't aim for being skinny aim for fit and healthy body . 51 kg is not overweight i am not saying don't workout but iam saying goal for fit body not a skinny body 😊

I am sorry for what are you going through People are mean you know what some people never appreciate you how perfect you they always try to degrade you but course you can have the body you want by working on right direction you want slim things you can have but i am trying to say be fit also eat healthy drink enough water i hear same people starve themselves don't do that that's make body weak work on your every body part with cardio take rest day and also do flexibility exercises some day's to prevent injury and also focus on your studies work on what you want to see your self in future i can advice you that because i am 23 old i wish i do these things when i was in your age . Fit body and working on your goal is most important in this age . Also love your self ❤ working out is very good keep going 💪
