Perfect balance of gentle motions and the stretching. Just what I needed, after doing your wooden spoon exercise a few days ago. Wore myself out! With bad knees and a shoulder replacement, have to pace myself and be careful. But, I keep on going! Because, I don't want a frozen shoulder and it makes my knees stronger, right?! Today it was really nice to go out for a long walk. So today’s exercises were (as I say Jules sent) Loved doing every bit of it. Haven’t exercised for years easily 40 and armchair exercises are starting to help lose weight I have 2 knee replacements 1 hip replacement which has dislocated 4 times. But really enjoy your work outs thank you so much 👍
