    I like these range of motion workouts. They are especially helpful when I've been sitting too much from working on crochet projects, or doing editing at the computer. Thank you, Jules.

    I am so grateful for your videos! At first I was true blue to the first one I tried. Now I am branching out and really enjoying the variety. They are easy to stick with because your delivery is gentle and the movements are well explained. I am much more sure footed and stronger since starting just a couple of months ago. Thank you. You are making a huge difference in my life and sense of well being.

    Perfect balance of gentle motions and the stretching. Just what I needed, after doing your wooden spoon exercise a few days ago. Wore myself out! With bad knees and a shoulder replacement, have to pace myself and be careful. But, I keep on going! Because, I don't want a frozen shoulder and it makes my knees stronger, right?! Your videos are always so helpful. Thanks again Jules. Have a good night. 💝

      I'm glad this one worked for you...and yes, with bad knees and a shoulder replacement it is definitely wise to be careful with the exercises you choose. Listen to your body and only do what you feel works best for you.

    Today it was really nice to go out for a long walk. So today’s exercises were (as I say Jules sent) Loved doing every bit of it. I am so hooked to your workouts now that I love doing these six days a week. Thanks for incorporating all these strength training, balance and flexibility exercises in your various videos.Love doing mindfulness video too with Jennifer.I wonder if you are in Canada or States.     Hi there Jules! Your imaginative moves cover all the body areas beautifully. Of course this is another well designed and guided routine--a bit more than just stretches...it was truly a mini workout! This is my second stretch for the day. I plan on several more since it's Sunday since I only do stretches not exercises on this day. Thank you much...Anastasia

    Thank you Jules, as someone suffering from an arthritic knee, and in my 70's, I need to be able to do exercises which do not impact on my knee. I coped easily with these, and as a new subscriber today, hope to carry on working through the other ones suitable for me.🙂

    Jules, I really enjoyed this workout and it is much easier for me then floor exercise, on to doing my Ab workout and 3 minute breathing exercise.....hope you are have an awesome day...take care and God Bless.....Anne

    Haven’t exercised for years easily 40 and armchair exercises are starting to help lose weight I have 2 knee replacements 1 hip replacement which has dislocated 4 times. But really enjoy your work outs thank you so much 👍
