    • @KushWings

Islam allows incest though… You can marry your first cousin like Muhammad, consanguineous marriage are highest in Muslim majority countries (Many ME countries and Pakistan) and genetic diseases are through the roof there after generations of following the “sunnah”
The fact that Allah lets you marry your first cousin shows that the Quran is imperfect

    • @lygun5581
      @lygun5581 8 місяців тому +25

@@KushWings According to Merriam-webster and other dictionaries, the word incest is defined as "sexual intercourse between persons so closely related that they are forbidden by law to marry".
The US is one of the few countries in the world that penalize cousin marriage whereas the VAST majority of the world do not penalize it. Therefore, by the most general definition of the word incest, cousin-marriage does not count as incest.
Moreover, new-borns born to first-cousins only have a 2% higher chance of getting genetic defects compared to regular new-borns(if you want a source for this I will provide it). Just to compare, that's the same chance that women over 40 have in birthing children with genetic defects. So to be consistent you would also have to ban women over 40 from having sex because they carry the same risk in birthing children with birth defects as women who are in a first-cousin relationship do.
You will have to try harder than this if you want to find imperfections in the Quran my friend.

Siblings being split up is a real life occurrence.
If two brothers or sisters or even brother and sister have relations without knowing they are related morally they have done nothing wrong.
Unless they made a child or knew each other before then you fall into the problem of power dynamics and or a messed up kid.
However incest has nothing to do with being gay it is two different moral dilemmas.
If you can’t see this you do not understand consent or know how to have a respectful relationship.

They only don’t want your naked genitals to touch the wood benches.
So women can go in with a towel wrapped around the waist just like the men.
There is no health reason to cover breasts only genitals.

That's such a waste of time, + the more you comment or like the comments, YT will promote it to more people because the engagement rate is higher. Instead, you should just dislike the video. Disliking the video makes YT recommend it to fewer people if it's high enough. Commenting will NOT change people's opinions at all, and it even makes more people watch it, and they will have a bad image on Muslims if they don't know anything about Islam.

Just to point to the incest argument. The only criteria they have for something being morally permissible, in terms of sexual actions was, A, consent, and B, being considered adults. When brother Jad and Faiyad used their (the other side's) own two criteria for incest against them, suddenly, it is wrong. Despite the people in the scenario being both adults and consenting to the act?
They have now added two new criteria, so let's deal with them. C, the child that may result from such a relationship may have a genetic defect, and D, there is a different power dynamic when you have grown up with someone.
As for C, we can say, the use of protection, or simply, that they are of the same sex, so they can't have children in the first place. Not everyone chooses to have children and there are numerous ways (as I am sure they are well aware of) to not have children from such acts. I want to also add that there is no such thing as cops busting down your door if you happen to have a disease that can easily be passed onto your children. Have you ever heard of a law that prohibits people that are more likely to pass down a disease or something to their children, being unable to have children? Clearly, this notion of genetics and children isn't as important as they make it appear to be, to THEM.
Now, what remains is the last contention, which is D, the power dynamic. First and foremost, don't all relationships have power dynamics? Such as age, life experience, education differences, strength differences, intellectual differences, influence and social networking differences, and the list goes on and on. No one denies that there are differences between people in relationships.
But ask yourself this, this so called power dynamic they refer to, is it a negative thing? It is assumed to be, but is it in actuality? Couldn't we just say that the fact that they did grow up together strengthen their bond? Wouldn't you care more about someone you'd spent your entire life with? You know all their bad and good sides, and you most likely love them more than some stranger you've only met for a few months and decided to be in a relationship with? All I am saying is that their argument can easily be flipped on its head. You could even ask, "what about twins then? Do they have a power dynamic when they are so similar?"
Either way, when you let God decide your morality, as you should, since He knows everything and you only have a piece of information, then you won't fall into these discussions. One day in the future, people might in fact use these same arguments to favour incest. Such is the way when your morality is subject to people's opinions. One day, a different type of opinion will have more following, and that becomes the new morality for these people, and they will then see no issues with it.

    1. Whenever someone undermines the need for gender roles, remember that the overwhelming evidence is on your side. So respond to their contention with the question: "What proof do you have that gender roles are unnecessary?" Everything they say will fall under conjecture, or conspiratorial nonsense.
    2. Whenever someone challenges the hijab/abaya, they are denying their base instincts of attraction to make their case. Simply ask them: "In order to attract a man, does a woman reveal her adornments, or conceal her adornments? They will evade evident truths and point to outliers.
    3. The voice has to be beautified when calling the adhan, and a melodic female voice will elicit unwanted thoughts and stimulation within the men (young and old). Men come to the masjid to fulfill an obligation, not to have their wudhu broken and their spiritual states obliterated, by a feminist competing for the local muadhins job.
    4. Men are built and obligated to care for the weak in society (including other men). Women aren't built nor obligated to care for the strong in society. This dynamic underpins the instinctive desire for men to pursue multiple women, as the man is effectively caring for four families. A woman with four husbands leads to the following issues:
    a) She effectively deprives four women of financial support (as the resources of four men are pooled into one home).
    b) she would have to have the libido of four men, because intercourse will be a week long ordeal. And the number of days she's unwilling to be intimate (due to being exhausted by one) will lead the other three to release their sexual tension elsewhere.
    c) If all four men desire to have more than one child each, she will be pregnant for over a decade. This would be unbelievably difficult on her as a mother, and if she refuses to have their children, they will just look elsewhere.
    d) std's are inevitable, as she's being touched by four unprotected men. In a polygynous marriage, each woman is being touched by the same man, so the chances of std's are as low as monogamous marriages.
There is a reason why polyandry is practiced among isolated people in small groups, and it's normally the result of perversion or coercion.

Beautifully written. Goes to show how much emotion and little logic goes into their arguments against Islam.

    • @muddy3367
      @muddy3367 4 місяці тому

      1. Gender roles historically were functional given the biological risk and consequence of pregnancy. Also, with less advanced medical technology infant mortality was very high so multiple consecutive pregnancies and births were necessary to ensure the continuation of the family and to ensure familial care for aging parents would be possible. However, now with such low infant mortality and medical risks with pregnancy the time frame necessary for women to be incapacitated is much smaller. So now there is the possibility for women to make income and have established careers. In instances where the woman in a marriage is more established in the work place- earning more with continued development despite a small pregnancy period- there is no real reason why the old gender roles should remain in place. Assumptions of emotionality do have empirical basis, generally women are more emotional which leads them to being the best careers for their children. At the same time, this is not always the case and the same data supporting the differences shows this. So there is also the case where the man in a marriage is more suited to being the caregiver and homemaker.
      2. The only real issue I have with hijab arguments is rooted in a misunderstanding of what it entails. For men, even beyond gaze there is the imperative to dress modestly, with specific rules. In such a sexualised world, hijab for women is liberating. There is oppression for women in terms of hijab in specific countries, but this is political and not stemming from Islam. Equally, modesty in dress for men is in my experience is consistently neglected. You will see brothers dressing in such ways that are sexualised- grey joggers, tank tops to show muscles etc. As much as men must lower their gaze, neglecting the fact women can be sexually interested in physical male features both reduces men to mindless bodies motivated entirely by sex and permits men to dress provocatively to attract women into haram situations or adultery.
      3. Similar to what I said regarding hijab, why do we work from the assumption our brothers are motivated by improper sexual thoughts. The history of Adhan being made by men is powerful, Islam doesn’t base beauty and melody as female and it stands out for that. At the same time, with the global spread of Muslims today, who don’t always have masjid/mosque to play Adhan to call people to prayer, you have apps that perform that role instead. A sister performing Adhan on this technology could be used by women. And then for men for whom the struggle of thoughts that may break Wudu they can have a man. Men who are mentally strong could also mix up the person performing Adhan, with both men and women. Imagine it would be very beautiful to hear your grandmother who was there helping to raise you call you for prayer and reminding you of the family Allah has provided us to keep us on the right path.
      4. We need to remember why 4 wives are permitted in Islam. During war times, the number of men is reduced and so having multiple wives allows family structures to extend to all children and women. Discussions around the libido of women in marriage to multiple men is unnecessary and supports the idea that multiple wives within Islam is to satisfy the sexual desires of the husband which is not the case. Engaging with debates surrounding polygamy from a perspective of std from multiple husbands who cant be satisfied and thus turn to sin, or constant pregnancy from multiple insistent fathers only supports the non Muslim perspective and undermines the integral role of the family and marriage within Islam.

Their 2 big points were so easy to respond to. I’m gonna completely destroy their arguments rn because I think Jad should have gone a little more in depth.
The first point, “why don’t men have to cover themselves as much as women” is easy. Men and women are fundamentally different. Women simply do NOT get aroused by men at the same level men get by women. Men have a considerably higher sex drive than women due to the fact that they naturally have 15 TIMES more testosterone. Men are MUCH more turned on by a woman’s body than a woman is for a man. Do you ever hear about women paying to masturbate to naked pictures of men??? While how many men are out there buying onlyfans, porn, asking for nudes and all this??? This is why statistically TWICE as many men masturbate than women. Research it yourself because none of this is conjecture. If you cannot see a fundamental difference in the two sexes from this point then your lost. 15x higher testosterone is no joke, so that is why women cover up more than men. It’s based on the biological truth that men have so much testosterone that it infiltrates their mind.
But then someone might say “Oh why cant you control yourself as a man? Why do we have to wear hijab just because of how you feel?” Well first of all this is incredibly impractical at a societal level because men CANNOT just turn off their sexual instinct just to help you feel comfortable wearing revealing clothing. Islam takes care of issues from all angles. It tells men to control their desires and “lower their gaze,” and tells women to wear hijab to make it even more efficient. Islam operates at a societal level and not solely at an individual level so making sure that ALL parties contribute is what leads to a better outcome.
That lesbian girls point where she said “I’m lesbian and I don’t get turned on from seeing women in revealing clothing.” This was the most braindead statement I’ve ever heard, yes sorry to say but you are biologically a woman with 15 times less testosterone than a man. OF COURSE you won’t experience the sexual drive that a man has, and sorry but it is impossible for men to turn off their sexual drive just so that you can feel comfortable wearing less clothes. Men are always going to think sexually about women no matter what, and islam has the most efficient way to deal with this biological TRUTH.
So the people who think men and women are the same are IDIOTS. We are equal in terms of worth but NOT the same.
Their second point was “Why isn’t homosexuality okay in Islam?” Jad brought up the question, “In your worldview why is incest wrong?” And they had an absolute panic attack saying he was offensive and all this garbage. Jad didn’t do the best job at using this argument but he was on the right track. According to liberalism incest between two siblings is NOT wrong. Because with modern day birth control you can bypass the reproductive consequences so you WONT have to deal with deformed offspring. With this in mind how can we say that incest is wrong according to the liberal mindset???? Is it because “you shouldn’t have a relationship with someone you’ve known your whole life” like that black niqabi girl said? What if it’s two estranged brothers/brother+sister?? There is simply no argument a liberal can make after this point. They basically HAVE to agree with incest on an intellectual level, because with “modern day” technology you can bypass all of the previously known disadvantages of incest. This effectively makes it so that the incestuous couple is not hurting anyone so why not let them love each other??? Cause love is love right? This same concept applies to necrophillia as well. The guest brother on this channel was on jubilee before and he said it was different with the new assistant director and he wouldn't go on their show again.
They cut the conversation in a way to make it seem that one side is asking logical questions and the Muslims are struggling to provide coherent answers.

53:15 yeah she’s a revert, but so am I, and I have never said anything like this sister said. I have LGBT parents (I’m adopted) and I still accept the Islamic mandates concerning homosexuality.
Being a revert is not an excuse for saying whatever you want about Islam. But I have noticed that many reverts are overly conciliatory about things in Islam they just truly do not understand, because they love Islam but they take it upon themselves to do Islamic apologetics full of inaccuracies and ignorance. I’ve had many a revert become defensive with me when I correct them on something in Islam, saying “well I’m a revert! I can’t just automatically know all of this and be perfect, I’m from a non-Muslim society!” And then it gets really awkward when I inform them that I’m also a revert from non-Muslim society lol.
The ignorant posturing and apologetics done by SOME liberal revert Muslims comes from a place of just lacking basic Islamic knowledge, they admit as much when cornered. Funny thing that these are the Muslims to jump on board with the ex-Muslim arguments. It tells you a lot.

regarding "those your right hands possess..." you have to actually take them on as a wife and give them the rights of a wife if you're going to engage with her like that, i.e. you can't just sleep with them and have your way with them. I’m not talking about your 9-5 or the typical sweat shop, which are forms of slavery, but “slavery” in the sense that servants live and preside with the homeowners in a section of the home and serve the homeowner’s family 24 hrs around the clock. They are not beaten and chained up. They are not lashed in public and sold in open markets. All “slavery” is not your American history. America is not the world. If feminists acknowledge that the sexes are different and therefore women should be treated “equitably” as opposed to “equally” and there is room for variances in law to account for said differences, then where do we draw the line? EVERY instance of different treatment could be chalked up to different nature/creation of the sexes. EVERY difference in gender role could be attributed to and explained away by reference to difference in nature/creation between the sexes.
Why should women be primarily socialized to take on maternal caretaker roles as opposed to men, who should be socialized for bread-winning roles? Difference in nature. Why should women dress a certain way as distinct from men? Difference in nature. Why should women be barred from becoming imams while men fill that role? Difference in nature. Why should the role of khalifa and state leadership be reserved for men and not women? Difference in nature.
All gender differences can be rationalized in this way, which is a nightmare for feminist philosophy. So to avoid it, feminists have to insist on mirror equality, but that also causes conflicts and incoherence, as we saw.
This is one among many of the conceptual problems that plagues feminist thought, but Islam and the Sharia are completely free of these problems. - Muslim Skeptic.

I hope you realize that not every woman wants to be a mother and not every woman wants to get pregnant. There are various kinds of women as well. I don't have any issue with women choosing to wear a headscarf over their heads by themselves, but they shouldn't be forced into it or shouldn't be killed abused or harrassed for not choosing to wear one. Also, just because someone is a woman doesn't mean equal opportunities must be snatched from her, infact women are capable of doing many things these days which societies previously deemed as impossible for women previously such as being a political leader. Also, women these days have more opportunities in terms of being financially, socially and economically independent hence women are almost in every profession and they are doing it just perfectly. Women too want to have social, economical and financial freedom and independence regardless of what women choose to wear.

It honestly feels more safe to wear revealing clothes at home, because only my husband will see me.
These women want to fight against sexual harassment or being sexually objectified, and do all sorts of things to fight it except using one of the most effective protection i.e. to wear modestly. It's not 100% full proof so in Islam there are other protective measures too, like lowering gaze, gender separation...
They want to solve the same problem that we want to solve, but with different solutions. Just compare societies, which has lesser levels of sexual harrassment?
Who cares if I can't wear whatever I want outside?! It's not as important as feeling safe when I'm out and about as a woman!

If you have 1 husband who wants intimacy every night, or 2 that are happy with once a week or fortnight, then 2 once a fortnight is probably the better odds. In reality, you could just choose to avoid the fertile period whether its 1 husband or 4, to limit risk of pregnancy.
