- Owning a #fishingboat is never a cheap endeavor. In this video, Ken makes some much needed #repairs to his #boattrailer. Obviously, as one issue crops up, another three will generally arise. For what was supposed to have been a quick and easy 30 minute repair turned out to be multiple day ordeal that ultimately took three months to sort of complete. After all, any boat owner will tell you that nothing is ever complete when it comes to boat or trailer repairs.

I always try to use stainless steel whenever possible. Lately, even the stuff sold as stainless steel isn't. Generally speaking, if a magnet sticks to it...I no longer try to use it.
Weather has been "yuck" hot. The mugginess is producing mustyness!
It is nothing short of miserable right now with more heat on the way. Last year, I went fiahing and didn't think I was going to make it home. I'd left at 8AM (103°F heat index). By Noon I was no longer sweating, unable to keep down liquids, and nearly 20# of ice had melted in my ice chest with my drinks as hot as bath water. Definitely more cautious this year.

I still think your backing to far in the water, PVC risers on those back guides. And the winch is backwards. Bring it over and ill help you with it.
