This one ACTUALLY really cuts. I had always dreamt of meeting you in person, John. Hope you rest easy. Will see you on the other side, chief.
Same. I would have loved to hit the weights with him. This is beyond tragic.
@@-Zer0Dark- looking at the bodybuilding community coming together to pay homage to John actually shows what an amazing human being he was.
I'm shocked , RIP to a legend, my deepest condolences to the family, you were so inspiring and taught us so much ,
is he actually dead? saw that only multiple sources said it, and that no family members or anyone from the company mentioned his death.
@@weathermanofthenorth1547 yes unfortunately :(
@@Allan_Melon yeah i saw the confirmation now. makes me wonder what happened.
Wow I can’t believe it rip your videos have been a huge help to me
I didn’t have a dad so I always gravitated to kind strong men to guide me. John was definitely one of those men. Just a great human and example of how to live. Thank you John. I hope the best for the family.
Great comment.
Awesome comment I can relate to this heavy
Can’t believe this is the last video we’ll ever have from you John….. You were a genuinely good man, and countless people will miss you. 😢
"I'll look forward to seeing yall next time..." Rest in peace fella ✌🏼
The way he stared at the end
Reading this comments brings a tear to my eye all over again. So many polarizing figures in fitness these days but never once have I heard a bad word about John “Mountain Dog” Meadows. You will be missed by the entire community.
Favourite part of John’s videos is when he brought in guests and they swore and John would have it beeped out in post processing. Or bringing the boys on the channel. A true family man and an inspiration for us all to try to aspire to me more like.
Rip John. We all miss you
Rip, thank you for everything you've done for the sport 🕊️
RIP John, I am absolutely crushed. John Meadows was an incredible human being. I will be praying for his wife and 2 young boys. I have been watching John for years. You will be missed John Meadows, you changed my life and so many others forever !

Man the way John looked into the camera at the end of the video was chilling. He actually stared into the camera for a solid few seconds with no words as if he knew something we didn't. Then he looked down and away. He did look sad 😫 Rip John.
