    It's so awesome hearing about people being 13 years old and discovering this content. They have their entire life infront of them with the best information and good training programs.
    When I was young I trained the bro-split 5 days a week. Everything to failure and hardly grew because of low frequency. Imagine if I knew all this amazing stuff when I was 13. Oh my.

    So good to see you are doing better. Love the family involvement; reppin' Alexander's new channel and hearing you do 'the Dad thang'. 3 weeks back in the gym and have put several of your training and nutrition tips into play and am seeing some substantial games. Once 'in shape' and ready, I'm going to try one of your programs. Thanks for all you're doing, John.

    ralf möller was actually a pretty famous bodybuilder in germany. He was part of that era when bodybuilding became more mainstream in Germany (late 80s early 90s when arnold had his run in hollywood). He probably would have faded into obscurity by now if his medieval looking mug didn't win him a part in the classic movie gladiator, which immotalized him. He is still in shape and still does commercials, still looking like his character in gladiator.

    i also hate free barbell bent over rows to death only solution for me is the smith machine, much better contraction and less pressure on the lower back and by the way 150mg of test resulting in 490 test in bloodwork is underdosed gear!

      That was actually my question he answered. Injection was on a Sunday, and blood work was done the second monday after that. So 8 days. It was just when I was able to get to the lab. So the 491 or whatever I said is likely low. But my free test was just above the high end of the range.

    Hey John, love your videos! I have a question for you if you don't mind. Instead of doing 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off a highly caffeinated pre-workout, could someone instead limit their use to only 3 times per week and have that be their only source of caffeine throughout the week? Would this make it so they do not have to cycle it? Thanks!

    You made a comment about testosterone replacement therapy. Im 51 , type 2 diabetes controlled with meds. I have tried testosterone that you rub on your shoulders to no avail. My family doctor ok'd testosterone injections with one time use vials at 200mg once a week. That amount didn't seem to even start to raise my levels. Might have a day where I felt better with more energy, but then quickly felt back to normal. Currently and for the last 2 years without taking anything (i gave up) my level is right around 100mg/dl Any thoughts?

    Hi John do you think women need testosterone to be a good strong functional women I like bodybuilding but I just feel I could be stronger . How much do you a women need?? Thanks 😊

    • @lastsonofkrypton3918
      @lastsonofkrypton3918 4 роки тому

      Hi Deb, A woman can become very strong compared to the average population naturally. Testosterone will have masculinizing side effects most women want to avoid: thickening of the cheek, jawbones and brow ridge; enlargement of the clitoris, body and facial hair growth, deepening of the voice. I wouldn't recommend it unless the person researches it extensively, consults with their doctor to arrange regular monitoring of blood work and needs it to be competitive to earn their living in a professional sport. Hope this helps.
