@@AutobahnSoCal I think for 2023 it's different. It was standard in 2022. I recall reading on the forums that you do need wireless charging for NFC. But please correct me if I'm wrong.
Just built mine today. Gave the build code to my dealer. No mark up which is good. Went with Toronto red, carbon roof , live cockpit pro, shadow line, and heated steering wheel. I've heard that they start building in December so hoping to get it around April.
BMW covers full maintenance for free you don’t need anything beyond that unless you buy the car after 3-5 years etc. Even then I tend to join the majority opinion that it’s a waste of money.
The live cockpit pro with HUD literally only adds the HUD. You can confirm this by looking at the detailed pdf of all the options. If you always turn off the HUD you’re just donating $1,100 by ordering this option.
Wireless device charging also adds NFC key, so either a card or a phone can be used to open and drive the car.
NFC card / phone is standard. Wireless charging is a separate option. I don’t have wireless charging, but I do have NFC.

does anyone ever get the BMW Ultimate Care Plus for $850? If it similar to Audi care which is basically annual maintenance for 3 years at a discount?

I think carbon package is expensive but essential- roof, seats, interior trim

Surprised no sun roof option
Sunroof is standard in US.
