You could probably do that but in all honestly I probably wouldn't. The kits need setting up and sealing and any variable out let to pump tyres is just another part to fail or leak. I'd carry just carry one of the cheap green Slim flat tyre repair kits that comes with a pump that plugs into the cigarette lighter. Tyre pump and repair kit if you get stuck.

VW Club of Hawaii, great guys, loved Shaka Weekend in 2019, going back to Oahu for Shaka Weekend in September.
The Shaka weekend seems to be the show to go to, next time maybe but the guys were great.
