    I have found sit ups to be a big help. I’ve had sciatica since 1991. I bought an attachment that clamps on to the bottom of a door to help me. You place your feet under it to aid in pulling yourself up. I do 100 sit-ups every morning. No more soft work outs like they run you through in physical therapy. This really works for me.

    Are you lifting your legs in the Swan? It looks as if you are, but you don't refer to it.
