How has it held up? I've heard people having problems leaking at the welds after a year or so.

Damn good radiator for the price, no issues at all and if you look at the welds in the video, I highly doubt they will ever leak. So, it’s a good radiator otherwise I wouldn’t of made the video or use alloyworks products. It’s the real deal….the only thing I would change is the fan sensor, it turns fan on at 190 degrees, I would prefer 160 degrees to match thermostat but, most vehicles have 190 or higher thermostats so, the fan sensor matches most cars. The 160 sensor is under 20 bucks so, easy and cheap enough to change. Thanks for watching.

I just ordered a asi pro performance that looks exactly the same for half off cause it was the last one the seller had. Hopefully it works out

Hey nice videos. Did you get the temp sensor to rear the temperature off the gauge after putting in the one that cam with the radiator. I piggy back off the one that came with it and tryed to reuse the wire that goes on it but it’s not rear on the dash. TIA

I found a empty spot on the intake, screwed in the radiator temp sensor, never touched the stock temp sensor

thanks for the video appreciate that those radiators are pretty much common on eBay I was looking at one for my 69 Ford f250 also I was thinking of finally going to a 160° thermostat I've had a 180 in it ever since I first had the engine rebuilt and in the Summers it runs just a tad bit too hot for my taste it never overheated but it's always pushing the hot side say 195/ 200 it has a 390 I went as far to put a four row aluminum radiator in it that looks like that alloy works radiator they're pretty much made in China that is the truth they all look the same on eBay they're just different shapes and configurations.
so they had one just like that for my truck that had the dual fans on it although the fans were a little bit small for my taste they're 12 in fans and I'm just wondering you filmed the video in March the fans are holding up okay they have enough CFM to cool the radiator down?
those look like the exact same fans as well they don't have no names on them but it said that each one has like 1750 CFM and I was trying to believe that it's a little hard to believe that an off name brand like that in a 12-in fan would have 1750 CFM so together they supposed to have around 3,400 CFM ... did it feel like 3400 CFM to you????

The car runs cool, the gauge on the dash is off by about/around 15 degrees so, on the highway, the temp gauge is very low, city driving it's almost halfway on the gauge., Then minus the 15 degrees it should read in-between 0 and halfway so, yea...the radiator is doing a great job. Also, on highway I don't think the fans come on and in the city driving they pop on once in awhile. No complaints with this radiator.

Hey man I could really use some help. I watched your Chevy cavalier videos and I'm having trouble getting the oil Pan off. I'm unable to get to the bolts on the backside next to the crankcase. I'm curious of how you did it. I need to change the gasket on mine ASAP
