Hey Johnny…congratulations on your journey. I started eating Keto in January 2022 at age 60 weighing 250 taking 7 medications…I also walked 8 miles every other day. October 2022 I weighed 190 lbs, got off all my medications with guidance from my doctor and had the best blood test results ever. I continue to research and I plan to follow Carnivore after watching Dr. Sean O’Mara on Visceral Fat… YOU CAN DO THIS…Thank you sir for your service. They immediately refunded my money. Now that’s awesome customer service!! Later I had a cold slice from the fridge and realized that THIS is the bacon of my dreams; more salty and smoky than sweet and I have NO IDEA what it was. I ordered and received my EggLife Wraps. They definitely are a game changer! I’m still experimenting on how to use them but so far I’ve wrapped them around a hamburger with some mayo and tomato with home grown letttuce. I’ve yet to fry them. Thank you Neisha for offering the discount code.

First time watching Neisha Loves It after following Dr. Berry for a long time. This video was so useful that I subscribed and went and bought some Carnivore Crisps. Thrilled to learn that Steak-umms are pure beef. I'd just assumed they were a highly processed product. Also love your suggestions for people who don't like pork rinds or liver. Practical information I can put into use right now. Thank you, Neisha.

In a kitchen I used to work in, we would make our own "lamb bacon". We would get the loin and tenderloin with the bone still on. We would sell a 7oz loin and then take the tenderloin which is pretty small on a lamb, and wrap it in the fat cap and tie off with butchers twine. Kind of like a simple roulade. We would cure that in a sugar/salt mixture for a couple days, and then slice it thin and render it down until the meat was crispy. So tasty, but labor intensive. It was the garnish for the lamb loin.

Girlfriend I am so excited! I just ordered me some Egg Life wraps. I think it's going to change my life. I love wraps but every one that I have found so far still has gluten in it or way too many carbs. I found out recently that I have Celiac disease. I seriously don't know how I've gone my whole life without knowing that. Thanks for the tips! Love them all.

Just remember, liver (or other organ meat) is key. I have also heard Wild Salmon (fish) is a needed add on. I do Dr. Berg style Keto but I believe he also explained how Carnivore works with organ meat and omegas and such from fish.

The reason that you are burnt out on pork rinks is because you buy the kind they have in those bags in your grocery store. A real Mexican food store ( mercado ) with a deli counter, you might find real chicharone carne. With the meat and juicy fat layers all in tack. Not just the snack ( botonero) style. The ‘carne’ style. Fresh from the vat. Cooked in real pork lard. It hard to find these in the states but worth finding. Yum.

i love lamb too! yay for another keto-er who likes lamb! and i've realized, i love sheep's milk cheeses too, they're some of my favorites. i can put pecorino romano on ANYTHING and i swear it makes it better. (way better than parmesan imo!) so i guess i love everything lamb / sheep-y.

@@bliss4glory Because there are better cuts of meat. We are spoiled because we can get this kind of steak meat fresh. Freeze it ourselves. Steak-umms make me cringe. Onions just cover up the bad taste of Steak-umms's inferior meat.
