Neisha, you're glowing. Dr. Ken is a lucky man. Thanks for showing that they are producing more keto varieties of food to eat. Hello from the heartland. iOWA❤
I've heard others (Paul Saladino I think is one) point out that, in the natural human state, tens or hundreds of thousands of years ago, people probably didn't eat a huge variety of foods. But most of the foods they ate were nutrient dense, with a variety of nutrients themselves.
@Demi Dashish-Rossi Average life span was low due to high infant mortality as well as dangers of the environment. Starving when you can’t hunt is why agriculture started in the first place.
Hello Neisha, I have been watching Ken and occasionally you on You Tube since August 2023; I do not know if you get this message on ARSON UPDATE, I feel so shocked that you went through all that you appeared so keen on screen, sometimes quiet/concerned but you held yourself up; I pray you regain total happiness in your 'live and let live' journey; best of blessing in all the things you want to do in 2024. ps you were stunningly awesome and informative the times I saw you on stage in Ketovore events you participated in; I REALLY appreciate your stance on N=1, you may never realize how 'healthy' that is for those beginning their journey and going down the rabbit hole of influencers ( medical professionals and others) THANKS you rock 🤗

In a kitchen I used to work in, we would make our own "lamb bacon". We would get the loin and tenderloin with the bone still on. We would sell a 7oz loin and then take the tenderloin which is pretty small on a lamb, and wrap it in the fat cap and tie off with butchers twine. Kind of like a simple roulade. We would cure that in a sugar/salt mixture for a couple days, and then slice it thin and render it down until the meat was crispy. So tasty, but labor intensive. It was the garnish for the lamb loin.
Just tried egglife.OMG, I agree delicious! Thank you for turning us on to a fun new Keto friendly "product" With a discount code to boot. Looking forward to trying out all different ways to enjoy!

I love wraps but every one that I have found so far still has gluten in it or way too many carbs. I found out recently that I have Celiac disease. I seriously don't know how I've gone my whole life without knowing that. Thanks for the tips! Love them all.
Just remember, liver (or other organ meat) is key. I have also heard Wild Salmon (fish) is a needed add on. I do Dr. Berg style Keto but I believe he also explained how Carnivore works with organ meat and omegas and such from fish.
the last few mornings of doing Ketovore, I have a "power" bowl as Kerry from HH taught. Ground beef, bacon and scrambled eggs, so pleasing to my palette and satiation guaranteed. I can go 6-7 hours not being hungry with this.
I am so glad I came upon your channel today. I get bored easily so it was nice to hear your journey. I have decided to do ketovore. Just ordered Carnivore Crisps.
Just ordered the (2) 5 variety packs. Thank you for the discount code. I let them know that you recommended them. I love crunchy things. Just love you and your husband. Wish I could find a doctor like Ken Berry in Knoxville, TN and nurse like you!!
I have eaten those same eggs since I was pregnant with my son! I’ve always wanted a little farm of my own and hopefully, just maybe, one day I’ll have one but for now it’s out of reach. Thanks for all your content! ❤️
The reason that you are burnt out on pork rinks is because you buy the kind they have in those bags in your grocery store. A real Mexican food store ( mercado ) with a deli counter, you might find real chicharone carne. With the meat and juicy fat layers all in tack. Not just the snack ( botonero) style. The ‘carne’ style. Fresh from the vat. Cooked in real pork lard. It hard to find these in the states but worth finding. Yum.
i love lamb too! yay for another keto-er who likes lamb! and i've realized, i love sheep's milk cheeses too, they're some of my favorites. i can put pecorino romano on ANYTHING and i swear it makes it better. (way better than parmesan imo!) so i guess i love everything lamb / sheep-y.
I’m with you, I love keeping things simple. Eggs, bacon, and ground beef are staples in our house. I’d forgotten about Steak-Umms. I haven’t seen them in the stores.
Those Egg Life wraps are a game changer. Just got mine and I’m blown away. I get bored too. Made a chicken bbq wrap last night. So good. I used your code so I thank you for that Neisha! ❤️
Mix the liver pate into a ready cooked frying pan of crushed bacon and a little butter and bacon grease. Season if you wish, love moldons salt flakes , saw dr Shawn baker eating the salt flakes and I love them.
These product suggestions are really helpful also for those of us who are not eating carnivore. I eat just moderately low carb, but I look for ways to increase my protein to prevent further bone loss as I age. Thanks!
Grocers like Aldi and Kroger in my area have started carrying shaved beef. FYI Aldi is about $2 cheaper. While I really want it on a bun, i add a few cooked onions, cheese, and banana peppers and love it.
I love lettuce wrapped steak ups but am paying more attention to my carbs - but not like a whole head - just enough for me to feel like a sandwich wrap!! LOVE steakums!!
@@bliss4glory Because there are better cuts of meat. We are spoiled because we can get this kind of steak meat fresh. Freeze it ourselves. Steak-umms make me cringe. Onions just cover up the bad taste of Steak-umms's inferior meat.

This should be on a shirt!
I eat beef bacon a lot and still losing weight.
I just bought the Steak-umm, and since they're so thin I tried them in the air fryer. Makes the perfect steak chip
Great idea!
Wow...good to know. Thanks😁
Oh wait... How long do you cook?
400 degrees till crispy. 4-8 minutes
@@barbaralee5696 Great, definitely going to try that.😊
Hello Neisha, I have been watching Ken and occasionally you on You Tube since August 2023; I do not know if you get this message on ARSON UPDATE, I feel so shocked that you went through all that you appeared so keen on screen, sometimes quiet/concerned but you held yourself up; I pray you regain total happiness in your 'live and let live' journey; best of blessing in all the things you want to do in 2024. ps you were stunningly awesome and informative the times I saw you on stage in Ketovore events you participated in; I REALLY appreciate your stance on N=1, you may never realize how 'healthy' that is for those beginning their journey and going down the rabbit hole of influencers ( medical professionals and others) THANKS you rock 🤗
Steak-umms! We love them Neisha, thank you for the reminder! For who knows why, I hadn't even thought to put these on our keto menu ... went straight to Walmart this afternoon and bought the big box.
@Demi Dashish-Rossi You're correct. Disgusting.
Thanks for the updates. I’m allergic to eggs, so that limits me too. And sick of pork rinds. But, doing well, lost #20. Keto to carnivore for a month now. Retired RN. Love to see Beckett and Loki. Great videos
You are so encouraging Neisha💗. Thanks for all of these great ideas. I've been following you and Dr. Berry the past several months and have lost 62 pounds so far. I feel like you're part of the family and so enjoy both of your videos and have learned so much. Your home is gorgeous and so very special that it was your dear grandparents. God bless you all💕
Bought a pack at Costco. Haven’t tried them yet.
Omgosh, my friends and I used to always say “love you mean it”….brings back memories ❤
My hashimotos has made it so I can’t eat eggs. I have to carry an epi pen now. Used to be one of my favorite proteins. My body just attacks certain foods. Casein protein powder also causes my throat to close shut. This actually lead me to my diagnoses of hashimotos. Thank you so much for your channel ! Starting the ketovore diet soon.
You go organic or pasturerisk, no, soy, no vegetarian fed chickens. You should do very well on those eggs.😊
We all the different channels about carnivores diet and keto it can get overwhelming. I just stick to watching Dr Berry and and this channel works the best for me.
I would love to see what Beckett eats in a week video
Neisha, your honesty is so refreshing! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
I ordered and received my EggLife Wraps. They definitely are a game changer! I’m still experimenting on how to use them but so far I’ve wrapped them around a hamburger with some mayo and tomato with home grown letttuce. I’ve yet to fry them. Thank you Neisha for offering the discount code.
I too love the egglife wraps!
Loved this so much, I didn't know about the egg wraps, and never thought about the Steak-Umms! Thank you! ❤️ Lisa
Lisa! I learned about the carnivore diet from you this week. So… now I’m watching videos on it everywhere.
Lisa is annoying

What’s an egg wrap
Ive been a butcher for 19 yrs. My great access to meat of all kinds feels like a cheat in itself. Very lucky to adapt to this way of life so easily because i can butcher all my own great cuts and be creative with it lol. You and your husband are awesome! Thanks for all the advice and content!
Awwe, love the kitten, and hearing about these foods! The only thing that would have made it better would have been seeing Beckett, love seeing that lil cutie, with his cookies!!!
Keeping it real … thank you for not shaking. I love Steakums with the baby bell peppers… probably the easiest meal item to keep on hand especially if you cook for one.
Thanks for the air fryer tip on bacon! So much easier! And tastes great!
Neisha, you are absolutely adorable! Keep doing what you're doing!
First time watching Neisha Loves It after following Dr. Berry for a long time. This video was so useful that I subscribed and went and bought some Carnivore Crisps. Thrilled to learn that Steak-umms are pure beef. I'd just assumed they were a highly processed product. Also love your suggestions for people who don't like pork rinds or liver. Practical information I can put into use right now. Thank you, Neisha.
You're a doll! Love your star quality. I've been a fan of your husband's for a while now and I just discovered that you were also available to us. Your kitty is adorable. Looking forward to seeing all of your videos - thank you!
Congrats Neisha on the 100,000 subscribers!!
Thank you so much 🥰
In a kitchen I used to work in, we would make our own "lamb bacon".
I’m new to your channel and I am finding so many tips & ideas for my dietary needs. I look forward to future videos!
I’m so happy you found me!!
I love your honesty......they push us to spend beyond our means with those prices for beef!
Just tried egglife.OMG, I agree delicious! Thank you for turning us on to a fun new Keto friendly "product" With a discount code to boot. Looking forward to trying out all different ways to enjoy!
One of my top three - lamb shank, slow cooked with onion, bell pepper, and tomato. For my homemade pate', I use balsamic vinegar instead of Sherry.
Oh dear we can’t get anything like that in Scotland - I watched you and then went on line - I’ll have to try and make them myself . Love you and your husband ❤️
I buy a cut of meat at Costco called shubu, very thin cuts of NY strip steaks. No additives. Quick meal.
Egglife wraps are amazing, love all the flavors! Wish Costco would sell these.
Love you & Ken; but I am also one who has to have something different every now & again. GLAD to hear you are also..I get that as my son who lives w me..could eat the same thing over & over. Smiles. THANK YOU for what you do with these video's so very much.
Nisha. Every good doctor needs a good nurse and you are amazing.. Dr. Berry is a keeper .
This is one of the many reasons i love you!!! No need to focus on organic special stuff. Im a single mom so need cheap.. thank you
Picked up some EggLife wraps at Krogers after seeing you mention them. Really good and a great replacement for tortillas.
@Randall Glatt Awesome, thank you both for the recommendations. Some days I really miss a vehicle for all my keto mixes.
Girlfriend I am so excited! I just ordered me some Egg Life wraps. I think it's going to change my life. I love wraps but every one that I have found so far still has gluten in it or way too many carbs. I found out recently that I have Celiac disease. I seriously don't know how I've gone my whole life without knowing that. Thanks for the tips! Love them all.
This was a very helpful list for someone thinking about going Carnivore, thanks for keeping it real!!! 👍
Just remember, liver (or other organ meat) is key. I have also heard Wild Salmon (fish) is a needed add on. I do Dr. Berg style Keto but I believe he also explained how Carnivore works with organ meat and omegas and such from fish.
Very informative, I watch Dr Berry regularly, am carnivore and enjoy learning the do,s and don'ts, Have just subscribed to you, Thanks
I really love this thing you do. It's inspiring when I feel tired of the same ol'. Also, Loki is so beautiful. Love you, Neisha!
the last few mornings of doing Ketovore, I have a "power" bowl as Kerry from HH taught.
Ground beef, bacon and scrambled eggs, so pleasing to my palette and satiation guaranteed.
I can go 6-7 hours not being hungry with this.
Thank you for the steak-umms recommendation. I never thought about them but so easy and quick!
Neisha this has been very helpful as someone new embarking on this journey. Thank u. You’ve shown me some variations that r also necessary to me.
I love how you are so real and helpful to all types of budgets! Happy to have found your channel, since I am starting my own journey to health. Hugs ❤
I am so glad I came upon your channel today. I get bored easily so it was nice to hear your journey. I have decided to do ketovore. Just ordered Carnivore Crisps.
Tried lamb for the first time today. Loved it!
I don't know why I never thought of SteakUms + EggLife wraps!! I bet Steakums would be great for camping too.
Just ordered the (2) 5 variety packs. Thank you for the discount code. I let them know that you recommended them. I love crunchy things. Just love you and your husband. Wish I could find a doctor like Ken Berry in Knoxville, TN and nurse like you!!
I'm your neighbor just south 20 min!
Hey I in Knoxville tn also in fountain city omg 😱 hey
Thank you for your insight. Still working on going toward carnivore. Love your honesty. Your video has been very helpful to me.
I have eaten those same eggs since I was pregnant with my son! I’ve always wanted a little farm of my own and hopefully, just maybe, one day I’ll have one but for now it’s out of reach. Thanks for all your content! ❤️
Thanks!
I ordered the crisps and the egglife...thanks for the codes I truly love watching you and Ken throughout my ketovore journey!
I watch more if you sing 💕 I watched you in a video and heard you sing for the first time and I was so very impressed.... You have a lovely voice 😊
Thank you Neisha for more choices under Ketovore you’re a life saver❤️
I’m with you, I love keeping things simple. Eggs, bacon, and ground beef are staples in our house. I’d forgotten about Steak-Umms. I haven’t seen them in the stores.
Hello 👋dear, how are you doing?
Neisha, I still get excited every time you post. I seldom get excited by anything. LOL
Aweee thanks so much!
@@NeishaSalasBerry You're very welcome.. 🤗🤗
Love that y’all are settled in and we are getting lots of videos again!
So glad you’re enjoying them ❤️
Those Egg Life wraps are a game changer. Just got mine and I’m blown away. I get bored too. Made a chicken bbq wrap last night. So good. I used your code so I thank you for that Neisha! ❤️
Hello 👋dear, how are you doing?
This is basically my diet too, in the same order! Feeling great on it, too. 💓
OMG the kitty is adorable!!
Mix the liver pate into a ready cooked frying pan of crushed bacon and a little butter and bacon grease. Season if you wish, love moldons salt flakes , saw dr Shawn baker eating the salt flakes and I love them.
I love your channel so much. Thank you for sharing your journey and experiences. You’ve helped me very much.
These product suggestions are really helpful also for those of us who are not eating carnivore. I eat just moderately low carb, but I look for ways to increase my protein to prevent further bone loss as I age. Thanks!
Love the Steakums suggestion. I had completely forgotten about those as an option! Thank you so much ❤
Grocers like Aldi and Kroger in my area have started carrying shaved beef. FYI Aldi is about $2 cheaper. While I really want it on a bun, i add a few cooked onions, cheese, and banana peppers and love it.
Omg Steakums - why haven’t I thought of picking those up?!
