I love this sassy Neisha today. My daughter just got married and is moving out this weekend. My boy left 3 years ago. This is so bitter sweet for me. Your kids are adorable. I miss them being this age. It goes by so fast. So adore every moment with them.
I have Hashimotos too, Neisha. Im appreciating your videos very much. I'll be 36 this year and Im so grateful I found you all. I am also doing carnivorish right now (not full). I feel better after a week. I have even lost weight even though it wasn't intentional. I lost 5 pounds😊 I do eat a tiny bit of banana and peanut butter, protein whey powder. I feel the protein powder helps bump my protein content because I am finding I stay pretty full on this way of eating! Lol. Thats a GREAT thing. I feel I was snacking too much before. Looking forward to food ideas because thats kind of where Im stuck, so thank YOU!
P.s.
I feel my body composition is getting better too. I incorporated some weight training about 3 weeks ago and this way of eating is surely helping me in that realm in the aspect of energy.
I realize carbs make me look a little swollen too. Done with all them carbs! Im of Cuban heritage and I grew up on rice and beans. Im actually not missing it. I thought I would never be able to live without them!
I made your chicken patties (I know you call them nuggets but I made them bigger), and they are really good. My hubby loved them. I made a sour cream, mayo, mustard, & garlic salt dip to go with. ❤ Thanks for the recipe, Neisha!!

Oh my heart when you kissed Becketts neck ! I used to kiss my little boys neck and cuddle! There grown 42 and 30 now no more cuddles just hugs ! Love watching you children grow! ❤️
Love how dad walk in for a minute and everyone praises him. Good job mom! Raising kids is the hardest, loneliness job (sometimes) ever. You still got a great life but it’s hard ❤❤, I’m making the nuggets they look delicious.

I’ve been hypo since my 1st birth at not quite 19.
Pg just destroyed me and I did it 5x 🤔 (bad hyperemesis gravidarum also)
Of course I didn’t know I was hypo till a yr or so before my last babies & nobody will treat for it so got no help.

I posted on the PhD community those g Hughes sugar free sauces cause they work great for me. And I right away got a comment from a mentor that they had questionable ingredients and I was asked why do you need sauces? Does the meat not taste good? My reply not word for word , but close, was what works for me may not work for you. Yes, I love sauces and I think sugar free is a good choice.
Sauces & condiments help me change it up & stay on this healthy lifestyle journey permanently.
😂❤ He is such a hoot. Great inspiration . Simple . I am a sauce addict. These inspire me to try other things as well. Not sure if you have an HEB, but JANK - bbq sauce is one I found recently. Make sure it says" Goodness". (No sugar version)Clean ingredients. Have someone mail you one if no HEB . Best bbq I found to date. I keep a few G Hughs on hand to keep me from going back to my past dipping addictions lol Great video.😊 You all look and seem to feel amazing. That's what counts.

So I’m getting bored as I’m not getting positively reinforced
If I was losing even a few lbs weekly I would be strict strict
I’m 4 mos in and 5# maybe is it for fat loss; inch loss has stopped too

I tried to convince a friend to go low carb. She thinks she knows everything about carbs because she had gestational diabetes some 25-30 years ago. She has completely bought into the narrative that the body needs carbs to function. I gave up. When she finally wakes up and asks me I might help her then.

I eat mostly carnivore ( still drink coffee and a splash of creamer and sauces too) and recently I've gone to 1 meal a day and I feel even better! Everyone is different and will find their own routine.

That orange sauce you used, I just bought a pack of three different flavors from him. The Orange tasted SO salty, I wonder if I could melt butter in with that to calm it down.
